Alaçati Gubiba Evleri is located in Hacımemiş Mahallesi, both away from the noise and within a 2-minute walk from popular streets, bars and restaurants in the village, design shops, antiques and art galleries.
Alaçatı market place, market and greengrocers are also two steps away. For those who want to walk, Çamlık Yolu track is right next to us. It is 3 km away from the surf centers and Ilıca beach. Havaş and minibus stops are also very close to us. There is free parking for your car 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, right in front of the door.
Our facility, which has been serving as a hotel since 2012, has undergone a major change in 2020 to keep up with the needs of the age. As a result, into each of them; The living room, fully equipped kitchen, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine have been added and converted into 5 flats and 1 single-storey detached house.
Thus, our facility, which has become suitable for long-term rentals, has gained the feature of a boutique site. Guests under the age of 12 and pets are not allowed in our facility. Cleaning service, water and internet are free of charge once a week; Electricity usage is charged according to the own meter of each flat.
