- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (8/5): Don't judge a book by its cover. -
- Ruth (8/5): - Great location and the views of the Hazards were great.
Bed was comfie with great linen but we felt the house needed a ‘good’ clean, it wasn’t dirty but could go up the next level.
We didn’t use the barbecue but that was left dirty.
The agent was great to deal with and gave us some great tips.
Wine Bay cruise was fantastic.
- Oag (8/5): Very good -
- Wendy (7/5): Good -
- Ann (9/5): Superb - Stunning view Second adult cannot sit up in bunk bed for tea drinking
- Will (9/5): Superb -

- Greg (9/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient. - Not supplied Code supplied by Bookin.com was wrong!
- Robert (9/5): Great location with unbeatable view - Clean, warm, great view, very helpful owner. Location! (Intended to help improve things) Only 2 towels provided - probably an oversight. Bunk bed needs stabilising. Listing had misleading info. about number of bunks.
- Christine (8/5): A neat place in a good location with everything you need. - Good location and the house was very warm and comfortable with a lovely view. We really enjoyed the Wineglass Bay cruise and could walk to the wharf. Nothing stands out but the addition of a few more recent good quality books would be great.
- Kenneth (9/5): Great spot and comfortable space to enjoy Coles Bay and Freycinet National Park - Walking distance to Convenience store and great cafe/restaurant Dust under the beds and on skirting boards
- Steve (8/5): - We stayed two nights, and it was extremely comfortable and well equipped for our purposes of taking in the Freycient National Park.
The location is perfect, 100 meters to coffee shop, a restaurant and supermarket and just a couple of Ks down the road to the National Park. Bed was great, top class linen
- Doug (10/5): - What a great place to stay. Clean, tidy, laundry, full kitchen and undercover parking. Highly recommend.
- Lucinda (10/5): Clean, tidy, quiet and well equipped. Great location. - It was everything we needed. Great location to drive to and from hiking tracks. Everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our own meals. Very clean and tidy. Very quiet.
- Sheree (10/5): Highly recommend it - Position of house close to everything. Lovely views. Quiet
- Bruce (7/5): Located ideally for our purposes resulting in a very rewarding stay. - Location, location, location.
Everything was clean. Could not find enough pegs to hang washing on line.
Mosquitoes seemed to be able to get into property in the evening despite the insect mesh on the windows that were open.
- Nino (7/5): Good - Great location in Coles Bay. Had everything we needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. Reclining lounge chairs were great after walking all day. Views to mountains and the water were lovely. Generally clean but few areas require a bit more attention...some kitchen surfaces and dust balls on floor.
- Knies (8/5): Beautiful location, loved it had washing facilities and line, deck was also a bonus - Veiw was great, very comfortable It wasnt as clean as i hoped, but i maybe fussy as im a cleaner and noticed things others may not have
- Raine (9/5): Superb -
- Peiji (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Seong (9/5): Superb - Kitchen was good. Bright house. Two story room
- Leigh (9/5): Superb - Great location
- Jan and Ken (8/5): Pebble Shack - The accommodation was very good but the company we booked through did not communicate to us how to get into the property. We had to contact a local agent for the key code.
- Chew (7/5): Good - The bedroom hardly has enough room to walk to the side of the bed. More like squeezing sideway to get into the bed.
I would suggest a clock on the wall of the living room.
There were dog poo all over the premises including the corners of the car porch. I would suggest an inspection of the ground before the arrival of guests.
- Rosita (10/5): Great, comfy, close to local attractions, highly recommend - Pebble Shack is a terrific place to stay in Coles Bay. Having a house to stay in was definitely a bonus. The property was comfortable and the bed was awesome. The location was great too, easy access to everything: it is the main street into Coles Bay, but I didn't have any issues with traffic or noise. This would be a great place if you have children as there was a huge yard for them to run around in. I would definitely stay here again should I ever be in Coles Bay again. Highly recommend. I don't have a disklike :)
- Joleen (9/5): Superb - Quiet, warm, good location, fully self contained including washing machine.
- Sapana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eve (10/5): - Location, amenities especially the shower. It was clean and included everything we needed
- Greg (10/5): - Quiet. Good provisions and view. DVD player did not work as advertised.
- Debra (8/5): It was fine for our stay - Neat & tidy, the view & proximity to facilities The TV didn't work however we were offered a discount0
- Catherine (10/5): - Unassuming from the outside, but a cute place with nice views and conveniently close to local shops
- Kevin (8/5): great location and enjoyed our stay - good location, easy to find, close to the park. I didn’t realise that if it was a booking for two the agents assumed a couple and didn’t open up the spare bedroom, that info was in the fine print but I didn’t see that til we arrived and didn’t want to bother the agent. I thought I was clear when the booking was made we needed two bedrooms as that was the appeal for this accommodation. This should be better coordinated between mybooking and the agent.
- Leach (8/5): Very good -
- Sue (7/5): Good -
- Walker (8/5): Very good -
- Megan (7/5): We absolutely loved the location and everything was quite clean. - It’s quite cramped in the bedrooms. Very hot in 2nd bedroom and unable to open window due to blinds rattling. Clothes drying rack or clothes line would be helpful.
- Maxine (9/5): Very comfortable - Location was perfect TV reception and no wifi
- Robyn (8/5): Very good - location was great
- Maryann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (9/5): comfortable lounge room, bed was comfortable, good pressure on the shower, but the view of the hazards was incredible - clean, everything we needed for a 2 night stay, beautiful view.
- Liliane (8/5): - Lovely property in great location.
- Griffin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Verity (9/5): Superb -
- Zoe (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): - View of Hazards is excellent
- Dona (7/5): Good -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The location, the views and the cosy feel Bathroom needs a fan
- Leanne (10/5): - Brilliant location to cruise. Such a nice property with spectacular views.
- Toni (8/5): Very good -
- Judith (10/5): Exceptional -
- May (9/5): Superb -
- Janet (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at the Pebble Shack. It was clean & comfortable with a great view. - We liked the Pebble Shack, it was clean, comfortable & & had a great view of The Hazards. The phone number we had to make contact to get the code for the key was wrong. When we rang it, it said disconnected. The phone number on the signs was also the wrong number. So that was difficult.
We are not good on modern technology so fortunately for us a man down the road was able to get the number for us.
A suggestion would be to put new phone number on the signs out the front & put new number in peoples information.
Thank you
- Kevin (8/5): Lovely, well presented cottage in a perfect location - Lovely comfortable cottage just a short walk from pretty much everything.
- Julie (9/5): We all enjoyed our stay in Coles Bay, boat cruise, accommodation and the Iluka Tavern were all given a big thumbs up😁 - close to everything we needed,
cozy and quiet
- Sandra (8/5): Very good - It was quite clean and everything that you needed
- Mark (5/5): Passable -
- Samantha (10/5): - Fantastic view from the lounge/Deck area. Bed was super comfortable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The view of the hazards was great.
The lounge suite needs upgrading, and the shower needs a mat as it is slippery
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Gold location, very comfortable & cosy highly recommended 👌Great people to deal with, will be back Guarantee that 😃
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location! Would recomend for anyone staying in Coles Bay!
- Vincent (8/5): Decent holiday house - The house offers a nice partial view of Coles Bay. It is well furnished. They set it uo so that you don't need to have too much to do with the rental office if you don't want to, but they do have some dvds you can borrow at the office which is a street away. Great location, easy drive to Freycinet NP.
