- ASKIN (2/5): - Balayı çifti olarak konakladık. Maalesef otelden beklentimizi karşılamadık. Girişte rahatsız edici bir koku vardı, oda temizliği yetersizdi; hatta kendi getirdiğimiz çarşafları kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Klima çalışmıyordu, odada battaniye veya yorgan bulunmadığı için üşüdük. Banyo temizliği de yeterli değildi. Tüm bunlara rağmen kahvaltısı güzeldi, açık büfe yeterli çeşitliliğe sahipti. Daha özenli bir temizlik ve misafir konforuna dikkat edilirse çok daha iyi bir otel olabilir. Yabancı turistlere uygun bir yer google yorumlar çok şaşırtıcı biraz daha fazla verin daha temiz bi yerde konaklayın

- Brian (8/5): - Fine for an overnight stop on our way home to Fethiye. Good nights sleep and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, although the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the room itself was a little tired and unloved. Wallpaper torn and peeling off the walls, wardrobe door handle broken stone sockets not working and toilet dripping all-night. Minor things that I'd put right would much improve the experience. Road noise might affect some people also given the location. Staff were excellent though and the breakfast was more than adequate.

Çarşıya uzak gibi gelmişti ama 15dk inebiliyorduk. Araba için otopark yok ama yollar gayet müsait park etmek için. Ama hotels.com’dan hiç memnun kalmadım. Bu otelde kalacaksanız bile başka uygulamadan ilerleyin.

Oda hazır değil diye çıkmadan öncede 20 dakika önceden odayı boşaltmamız istendi. Tv ve buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Tv yi açabildiler ama buzdolabı çalışmadı. Personelin gürültüsünden dinlenemedik. Ve en önemlisi kahvaltı ve çay yetersizdi. Personel ilgisizdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Ligger ikke så veldig sentralt som forventet. Ikke mulig å gå, om man har med noen som ikke kan gå langt og bakker.Da er man nødt å ta taxi.

Odalarda sigara içiliyor bu nedenle girdiğim oda tamamen sigara kokuyordu, perdelerde çok ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı. 1 gece kalacağım için sabrettim diyebilirim. Otelin ortak alanları da tamamen toz içindeydi. Bu nedenle bu otelde kahvaltı dahil olmasına rağmen kahvaltı da tüketmedim.

Il faudrait revoir le nettoyage de la climatisation qui est rempli de poussière. J’ai dû nettoyer, un aspirateur serait le bienvenu. Merci au MR le personnel qui parle un peu français et une femme de ménage qui était très gentille !!! Merci pour votre sourire ! On se sent chez soi en Turquie !

- Ozan (2/5): Schlafen unmöglich! - Das Hotel liegt in einem unschönen Viertel von Kusadasi. Die Zimmer sind klein und die Betten unbequem. Das Mini Badezimmer ist über eine sehr hohe Stufe zu begehen, der Toilettendeckel war kaputt. Aber das Schlimmste war der Hund und der Hahn auf dem Nachbargelände!! Durch das ständige Krähen und Bellen war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Die Krönung ist aber, dass die Tiere zu dem Hotel gehören, wie uns auf Nachfrage erklärt wurde.

Çarşaflar ve yatak örtüsü çok eski perdeler uzun zamandır yıkanmamış gibi. Yatak baya eski. Yatak rahat değildi. Yatak yanında sadece bir priz. Klima eski ama işini yapıyordu. Tv 82 ekran HD bir tv idi gayet iyiydi. Oda da buzdolabı, su ısıtıcı ve su kahve çay gibi ikramlar yoktu. Banyo da duşakabin yoktu. Her taraf su olması ve ayağınıza ekstra bir terlik lazım. Banyo 2000 lerden kalma gibi ve bakımsız. Tuvalet klozeti pas lekelerini görebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı ortalama bir kahvaltıydı. Toplamda 10 çeşit gibi düşünün. Fiyat uygundu ve buna kahvaltı dahildi. Bu deneyimden sonra tekrar kalmayı düşünmem.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Never again - Terrible hotel. We know that covid changed everything but this is unacceptable. When we arrived they did not know about our reservation and we had to show them two times that we really have a reservation. No one else was staying in the hotel. Hotel was unclean, looks like you entered to bachelors private appartment. Lobby was like living room and completely not functioned. Smelly and dusty room. Shower was only extremely hot so we had to “shower” in a sink. Spider webs on windows. In the morning when we came for a breakfast around 10 AM, we woke receptionists sleeping on lobby sofas. We barely touched the breakfast because it looked like it was laying in the fridge for some time. Strange and creepy place.

By taxi to buss station is 13 lira . Friendly stuff. Goid service. Nice building. Beds very hard-if u prefer soft it s not easy to sleep there :) For short stay was good.

Park sorunu yok. 20-30 metre ötesinde özel bir hastane var. Kahvaltı çok iyi değildi, biraz masraftan kaçınılmış. Çok daha iyi kahvaltılar yaptık diğer otellerde. Bunun haricinde herşey çok güzeldi. 15 dakika yürüme ile Kuşadası merkeze ulaşabilirsiniz.

- Evrim (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Kusadasi, Turkey. - Hotel was only 5-min walking distance from town's market streets from which, you can travel anywhere without trouble by public transport. It's also a 10-min walk to a public beach right next to yacht marina where you will find many different places to eat or drink. Hotel's facilites were well enough. A pool is available during day time for adults and children. Staff will offer you some tea or coffee without any charge if you want to hang out on the tables in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was nice and sufficient. You shouldn't expect a 5-star hotel meals or services from a 3-star hotel. But you should expect and will definitely get a nice chit-chat with hotel owner and staff while going in and out during your stay. A warm welcome when you check-in and smiling faces of staff every time. You can't find these kind of stuff in a 5-star hotel. We felt like we're guests in owner's house instead of two customers in a random hotel. All in all, don't be deceived by negative comments. It was our first time in Kusadasi and we will definitely come back. When we do, Saturn Hotel will be our accomodation again.
