• Danijela (5/5): We had higher expectations of the facility for what we paid. - Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, a lot of living space. Pool was dirty from garden debris. We used the scoop ourselves to clean it. No power in main bedroom and bathroom for 24 hours. No Internet for long periods of time. Staff were extremely friendly but we had to ask for bins to be changed as they were full and towels to be replaced. They were extremely obliging once we asked. Bathrooms had many bugs as did the bedroom by the fish pond (even though doors were closed).

• Maria Antonia (5/5): Unfortunate ending to otherwise a decent stay but owner offered a refund for the final day because we had to check out o - Location and staff Perhaps there is a need to engage an exterminator for the many mosquitoes in the bathrooms and some in the bedrooms. But worst thing was the rat that was in the living/kitchen area hiding until it was caught on the sticky paper we asked staff to put out.

Moreover anywhere you go in Bali, people are - Due to flight delays, we only got to stay at this villa for 1 night. Though we missed one night accomodation, there was still very very limited items for breakfast. We were family of 13 and only fruits served was only small plate to share for all of us. Limited bread quantity and we had to chase staff to get us enough to have breakfast. No milk or cheese or fresh juice was served, we had to buy our own juice and milk if we had different then orange juice. We already communicated in advance regarding our dietary requirements still we had to spend almost 30 mins explaining what we need for breakfast. Facilities and villa was really good and clean. Location of the villa was really good.

• Maria (5/5): Beautiful Villa. But not maintained and cleaned properly - Overall, villa aesthetics is beautiful. The location is excellent. Shops and restaurants are walkable. Ketut and Uhci were very helpful in terms of giving suggestions on going around for food, shopping, etc. Early check-in was advised and acknowledged. But when we arrived, the staff just started cleaning. Rooms and floor were dusty. Bathrooms were not cleaned well. The pile of rubbish outside the main door was overfilled and not collected until the next day. Kitchen appliances need thorough cleaning or replacement.

• Chantelle (10/5): Exceptional - Our extended family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children aged 4, 7 and 10) had a wondering 5 days at the Odyssey Villa. The staff were lovely and went over and above to help us with anything we needed - laundry, pharmacy run, groceries and so much more. Ketut even kindly went to the trouble of arranging my husband's phone to be couriered back to NZ after he left it in the van on our way to the airport. Her communication during the whole process was excellent and we are so thankful for her help. Thank you so much ladies! :):)

• Kay (10/5): Excellent. Perfect villa for the hen party. Would highly recommed - My stay exceeded my expectations. I was aware that someone came in and cooked breakfast however I did not expect that level of cuisine. Our chef/house maid could not have been more helpful! She made herself available from cooking, providing extra linen, towels etc, even helped in trimming up the villa for then hen party, to showing us where local supermarkets were to helping us organise massage at the villa. She made herself available via her phone if she was not on the actual premises. The villa is spacious and clean. Perfect location to be able to escape the busy streets but only a short walk for beautiful bars and restaurants, an easy 20 min walk to the beach. Nothing

Villa is in a small lane, 300 mtrs so only a single vehicle / van can drive up and reverse all the way back. Very narrow road. Bathrooms surely need upgrading. No water pressure at all. Musquito mennace in the outdoor bathrooms that 2 bedrooms have.
• Minerva (9/5): Eva and friends from Australia - The housekeepers were excellent! We absolutely loved them. They help us out with anything we needed and wanted.They are polite, hard-working and always willing to help/assist our group. I celebrated my 60th birthday there and I wanted a babi guling which Ketut kindly organised thru her friend. We all enjoyed our last dinner at the villa. We are all very grateful to these two lovely ladies who made our stay a memorable one. It was a disappointment that there wasn't a washing machine as listed on the property facility. Some of the kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils needs refurbishing.

• Liz (9/5): An oasis in the quiet - The location was great, easy walk out to fabulous restaurants and cafes. The villa was lovely and quiet. The was a noise every night in/beside the master bedroom.
• Jung (7/5): Good - Overall it is a big house so we could stay comfortably. The lady who came and cooked the breakfast was friendly. Rooms are very big so it suits the group of people like us. Some tiles were broken in the Swimming pool and it could hurt feet. Toilet water pressure was low. Bathrooms were kinda open so there were a lot of insects and hot.

The breakfast was amazing served hot everyday and whatever time we said was served exactly at that time. No comments everything was just great

Ketut and Icu were very helpful.. thankyou 🙏 kitchen well appointed. Only two "slight" downsides.. Could not separate the beds to singles for friends sharing. Location was good, no street traffic noise, but a bit of a hike from the end of our Gang/street to get to main road..

• Susan (9/5): great place for a family with adult children, plenty of space. - beautifully decorated villa, comfortable beds, large bedrooms with large bathrooms. pool was clean and it is in a quiet location but close enough to walk to the main shopping area and beach. the key drop box was old and rusty and hard to open and very frustrating every time we needed to open it it would take 5 mins of fiddling around.

Clean, super spacious, comfortable, great staff who went above and beyond (thank you ladies!!). location was great, an easy walk or easier (and cheap) car trip or scooter ride to the pumping part of Seminyak, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. we loved the open plan of the living area and that it was all on one level. the pool was clean and a great size for 2 families. each bathroom was large and the beds were enormous and comfortable! we booked in-house massages for all through Ketut and she arranged it all. And we all especially loved the resident turtle in the pond 😍 We would love to come back to Villa Odyssey again one day! thank you Denny and your wonderful, helpful staff. nothing! loved it all!

• Mohamed (9/5): It was a relaxing, nice villa to be in. - The spacious nature of the property and the relatively well-kept nature of the premises. The property is very large, has wonderful facilities like a well-maintained swimming pool, good air-conditioning, good entertainment apps on the television and the many different facilities (e.g. kitchen, even a water dispenser) that one would be looking out for in a villa. It is quite far into a relatively narrow alley which was problematic for some cars, though that is also a boon insofar as the main traffic can't be heard from the location.
