• Kevin (1/5): BICHOS - Nada Bichos en la habitación 2087, nos decían que eran hormigas y de hormigas no tenían nada se nos llenó todas nuestras cosas de estos bichos que al parecer son chinches de cama con una niña de 4 años teniamos bichos en el cuerpo y le quité de esos bichos 2 en las partes íntimas de mi hija, estoy pendiente del establecimiento devolverme el dinero y no e tenido llamada de ellos ya que quedaron en llamarme pésimo no vayan ese hotel está infectado

• Efisiette (8/5): Parfait pour celui qui n'a pas de voiture - Hôtel très propre très bien placé à proximité de tout de la plage des magasins des restaurants des bars la literie est parfaite le ménage était fait tous les jours sauf le jeudi et le dimanche bravo à l'équipe qui s'est chargé du restaurant c'est-à-dire nettoyer les tables débarrasser refaire les tables Merci à eux et merci au personnel qui s'est occupé de notre chambre. Les animations le soir. Au niveau buffet nous sommes restés 12 jours et nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il y avait pas énormément de nouveautés les fruits étaient en conserve dommage l'amabilité du personnel qui servait les repas pas top aucun sourire aucune interaction. On sentait vraiment qu'il n'avait pas envie d'être là. au niveau des desserts pareil toujours la même chose de temps en temps une fontaine à chocolat quelques bricoles mais c'est tout.

Bathtub was handy a so love an evening bat Local to shops other restaurants and the beach all within 10-15minute walk. Very close to airport taxis €18-20 Hotel is ok if solo travelling maybe rethink not the safest, no lock on door. No net curtain so you can’t freely open curtains and relax without full street seeing you… No kettle in room so abit inconvenient Gym is old needs renovating.

Poor maintenance (eg cracked floors, lifts out of order and broken floor in one that worked, fire extinguishers in gaffa taped cases). Small balcony overlooking road - chairs and table in room on arrival, table fell apart when lifted outside. Air conditioning not working, unable to use safe without fee, no remote so unable to use TV without deposit etc etc.

Le manque de transat autour de la piscine. Il y a bien une piscine sur le toit de l'hôtel mais l'endroit manque de parasol, et de bains de soleil. Dommage car nous aurions pu passer un agréable moment.

Tiles on floor broken and uneven mirror in our room was cracked food was very poor same every day not warm at all staff not very pleasant at all in the evening it was chilly but they kept the front door and adjacent doors open once asked if they could close them as everyone was freezing they said they couldn’t One evening in the restaurant I told a member of staff that the ice cream had gone off and needed to look at the freezer but she did nothing about it didnt even come back to apologise or say yes it’s broken nothing. I’m annoyed with myself as I didn’t take photos to proof this but I believe you will have a lot of complaints through Jet2 or other company that customers booked through.

• Jean-stéphane (5/5): Definitely not a 4 Star - Nice complex with good outdoor areas, lovely staff and not far from restaurants/beach or airport. Rooms are spacious, the hotel is clean and recently refurbished. Average in all aspects, definitely a 3 star only hotel. The food is awful, lack of diversity, lowest grade products, though meat, dry fish, no local or Spanish or elaborated dishes, plancha closes at 21h so you only have cold dry left overs if any. Breakfast ham and bacon looks like the typical processed meat, all very basic and cheap produce. Coffee was good though. The room was clean and spacious, but they were some ants and water supply failed three times during the stay. Very basic gel/shampoo provided, you'll have to get your own stuff and hand soap if you want something decent. TV has no remote. All inclusive cocktails are horrible premixed cocktails from a tap, you can see through your piña colada...
• Sandra (4/5): Disappointing - The location was pretty good The food was not great. It was almost always lukewarm and very repetitive. The beds in the room were so uncomfortable and the air-conditioning didn't work very well. The rooms could do with being updated, especially the bathrooms. The drinks machines were not working during our stay and this included the roof top bar which only served beer. This was extremely inconvenient to say the least! I had to make numerous trips to the pool bar to get a soft drink. The baby pool and the roof top pool were closed for our full duration [11days] which again was not really acceptable.

• Debra (8/5): Happy 2024 - The Reception staff cannot do enough to make sure everyone has a good holiday. We did bed and breakfast and the food choices were really good. The hotel could so with a bit of TLC as it's been well used. The cleaning staff do a brilliant job, clean towels every day and really comfortable beds. The pool is heated but we didn't go in. There were lots of sunbeds and the usual towel wars as we call them. The location is near the main square and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Beach is typical of a volcanic island, beds are only 5 euros and the sea is warm and shallow, full of fish. Watersports are fun and reasonably priced. .

I met up with family who was there for 2 weeks..they only got clean towels on the 7th day and was given beach towels instead of bathroom towels. Also found at dinner and tea meals flies were swarming over the salad area which put me off and i went out to eat rest of my stay.
• Trevor (5/5): Had way better experiences at 2 star hotels - Helpful staff at checkin, sorted quickly and pleasantly. Excellent air-conditioning in the room. Typical all-inclusive poor service. One person on the bar long queues. Our room was above the evening entertainment area so no chance of sleep before midnight. Lucky my partner is deaf and I had noise cancelling headphones. Beds appear to be of the memory foam type, way too hot for this climate. Our room was also looking a bit tired, especially the bathroom. It’s a good walk to the town centre and lots of building work going on so not the the most enjoyable walk. Take the coast path if you want something more scenic.

Cold water on tap is great as no fridge in room Airconditioning in rooms not cool enough, leaving balcony door open insects enter and causing bites. Sometimes the floor is slippy at entrance inside /outside to dining room at breakfast due to washing.

However it wasn't terrible, it just wasn't anything to shout about. There are plenty of lovely places to eat locally for great prices.

Très bon accueil, avec la réception où tout s'est très bien passé, nous avons pu beaucoup échanger et plus particulièrement avec Manu qui fait de son mieux pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. Pour nous, le seul bémol est le manque d'ambiance musicale qui permettrait à ceux qui le souhaitent de danser en fin de soirée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Comedor amplio con una calidad aceptable de la comida así como su variedad. Piscinas adecuadas para toda la familia. Ubicación ideal. A pocos minutos caminando de la playa. Buena zona de tiendas y restaurantes. Regalo de bienvenida en la habitación que es todo un detalle. Wifi gratis en todo el establecimiento, e incluso en las habitaciones, aunque algo lento de velocidad. Personal de recepción profesional, amable y simpático. Totalmente recomendable para familias con niños.

• A&S (6/5): - Apprezzata la possibilità di parcheggio gratuita in tutta l'isola. La struttura dell'albergo è spaziosa e consente di trovare sempre un posto nei servizi comuni. In piscina però a danno dell'igiene non vi è controllo per la doccia prima di entrare in acqua e per l'uso delle cuffie. Le stanze non vengono pulite né il giovedì né la domenica. E negli atri giorni dimenticano sempre di rimettere qualcosa come saponi o asciugamani o tappeto doccia. IL LETTO È TERRIBILE affossato (forse da precedenti ospiti sovrappeso). Non abbiamo dormito per tutto il soggiorno!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Comodo resort a Fuerteventura - Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in quest'albergo. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto un addetto alla reception molto gentile e disponibile che, però, non parlava italiano.Ci ha sistemato in una camera al primo piano sopra la sala da pranzo con affaccio sulla piscina interna. La prima sera abbiamo avuto una piccola disavventura: entrando in camera abbiamo trovato uno scaraffaggio enorme in mezzo alla stanza. Avvisata la reception, ci hanno immediamente inviato un'addetta alle pulizie con insetticida. Purtroppo la signora non è riuscita a trovare l'insetto e pertanto abbiamo richiesto il cambio della camera. Il cambio ci è stato immediatamente concesso senza alcun problema. Siamo stati sistemati in una stanza al terzo piano con affaccio all'esterno della struttura con vista mare. Le camere erano confortevoli e pulite, in linea con un tre stelle. Il cambio asciugamani era effettuato tutti i giorni della settimana eccetto il giovedì e la domenica. I pasti erano serviti a buffet e quotidianamente variavano in base al tema deciso dal cuoco. Le colazioni sono state di tipo continentale e poco variate. I prodotti utilizzati era sicuramente freschi e di buona qualità, tuttavia non molto in linea con i gusti italiani. L'animazione del hotel durava fino alle ore 23, non disturbando il riposo notturno.
• Anonimo (4/5): Hotel para extranjeros - Nuestra experiencia no fue muy buena. El hotel esta exclusivamente pensado por y para los extranjeros, ya que las cenas tenían un horario de 18.30 a 21.30, cosa que cualquier Español le resulta difícil adaptarse a entrar al Buffet antes de las 21.15 Y aún más estando de vacaciones, ya que en una isla como fuerteventura, donde a la mayoría de lugares hay 1 hora de camino, te hacía acortar toda la tarde para llegar a tiempo a cenar. Evidentemente, acabamos cenando fuera la mayoría de días habiendo pagado el "All Inclusive". Un "todo incluido" bastante decepcionante, el cual se acababa a las 23h igual que cualquier actividad. En resumen: Desayunos: típico desayuno inglés igual cada día. Comida: cada dos días la misma comida. Cenas: No lo pudimos comprobar por lo ya comentado. Habitación: Renovada pero incomoda. En 2 habitaciones que estuvimos goteaba el techo por los aires acondicionados. Animación: Poca variedad. Personal: Nada que destacar más que un animador muy agradable (Diego).
• Evinrude (8/5): Hotel nella media per un buon soggiorno - Il complesso si trova a poca distanza dall'aeroporto, al centro dell'isola, il che lo rende strategico per chi ha intenzione di spostarsi in auto o con i mezzi per apprezzare le bellezze uniche di questa terra. Le camere sono pulite, anche se con la grande quantità di gente che frequenta l'hotel sono presenti i classici segni di usura (righe sui muri, porte scheggiate) ma ciò non intacca sull'esperienza del soggiorno. Il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile, la formula all-inclusive comprende anche bevande ed alcolici (anche se i cocktail li fanno con una macchinetta, quindi non sono paragonabili ad un bar/pub). Complessivamente l'esperienza è stata buona, compresi gli animatori non insistenti.

Entertainment: the evening entertainment was very good, as a frequent visitor to the island, there are worse in better hotels. Pool: The pool and gardens are lovely, it is pot luck getting a sun bed, but there is generally one available, (we did stay high season) Rooms: we had a very nice room, overlooking the street rather than pool, meaning more sun, so perfect for us.
• maria (4/5): Personal desagradable, poca comida - El personal del hotel es desagradable. Cuando se acababa la comida no repostaban mas. Nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitacion y habia dos dias por semana que debido a la falta d personal no limpiaban las habitaciones. Las camas son muy incomodas y las instalaciones y las habitaciones son antiguas. La verdad que no recomendaria este hotel, nuestra estancia fue decepcionante.

• claire (10/5): Nice hotel close to amenities and beach - Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff. Marco, Diego, Mena & Roseanna the entertainment were brilliant. Everyday they would make sure everyone was having a good time and getting everyone involved in all activities, they worked so hard and put on great entertainment at night too. We had a great stay and would definitely go back. Only thing with the food is sometimes the hot food wasn’t too warm. Although we were all inclusive we ate out a few times just for a change of scenery. Great bars and restaurants around the hotel.
