We asked for it to be looked at, but this didn't resolve the issue. The staff wasn't particularly helpful when we asked for directions to a place of interest

- Xiangfei (10/5): Perfect - The receiption and clean staff in Crowne Plaza Baoji City Center are very professional. The room is big，clean and complete facilities. In the 40th floor，there are swimming pool and gym. This hotel is very suitable for family to travel and it has own underground garage and is free. The receiption also give us the drinking vouchers which can be used to choose different drinks and coffee in hotel lobby. The clean staff give us many mineral water which is very important for us in summer. This hotel is very near with Chen cang Lao Jie and Bronze Ware Museum. We also will choose this hotel next time. Nothing. Everything is perfect.

Director of rooms Tony was present to attend to my needs as an IHG member. Rooms was properly upgraded. Tony had also change room for me due to smoke smell in the upgraded room on 3510. His service and response was excellent. He was present during breakfast during my stay walking the daily management walk and striking conversation with me to ensure everything is taken care of. His service is immaculate and the best of services I had ever experienced in china. He is customer focus and ability to achieve great heights for IHG group. IHG had a hidden gem like Tony to shine exceptional service for the customer. His attentive to details, service and customer had made Crowne plaza Baoji my first choice of stay. Wherever he goes to serve I will stay at that hotel due to his customer focus service. I wish IHG will treasure this gem and allow him to shine for IHG greater china and beyond
- F4180XDmartinb (10/5): A place to be - The Crowne Plaza in Baoji one of the most professional hotels I have ever stayed. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. Specially Manager Tony and Restaurant Manager Lilly. They really do a great job. I can also recommend the Breakfast and the dinner buffet what is really high in quality with a big selection of Chinese and international food. The hotel is located in a nice area with a mall and little restaurants next to it. Overall the Crowne Plaza in Baoji is must go when you're in the Baoji Area.

Sauna, fitness centre and swimming pool are located at 40 floor as same as panorama restaurant... You should visit this beautiful hotel.

Especially on the happy hour flour , manager is the best gay over there. He can make every cocktail you wish :) Good swimming pool, gym. - JosephineS577 (8/5): Great Location - This hotel is right in the city Centre. Next to it is the shopping mall. So very convenience for those who love shopping or window shopping. The room is clean, spacious and service is good. We stay in 30th floor for 3 nights, the view is good. Breakfast is great, lots of variety from 6.30 - 10am, weekend extended to 10.30am. The only thing not satisfied us is the aircon. The max is 18 degree only can’t reduce any further, a bit warm sometimes. Overall, is great.

- colinb329 (10/5): Baoji's best Hotel - Stayed here for 12 nights. This is the most Westernised hotel in the City. Top quality from Crowne Plaza as usual. Newly opened last year. Food in their restaurant was both Western style a la carte and also Chinese style buffet. Both were excellent. Their breakfast was again suitable for our tastes(UK) and plenty to choose from. Rooms were immaculate as you would expect from a new hotel. The staff were very attentive polite and helpful. Restaurant manager Jenny was particularly helpful and her English was very good. There is also a shopping centre within 50 metres of the hotel, on the lower ground floor is a supermarket and on the top floor is over 50 other places to eat if you fancy Chinese food. On the ground floor is KFC and Pizzahut. After more visits to Baoji than I care to remember this is by far the best Hotel in Baoji. On the less positive side, their air conditioning in the rooms doesn't quite suit the Englishmans requirements. Colder required please.
- JacquesBez69 (10/5): Great Hotel & People - Stayed in Baoji for 8 Nights and this must be the best hotel to stay in when visiting Baoji. We stayed in the Deluxe Room which is spacious and very modern and clean. Staff are all friendly and eager to assist. The breakfast buffet has both Western & Chinese food. The Dinner Buffet is a must if you stay at this hotel. The only problem we had is the aircon that did not work properly and although we had it set on 19 degrees the room temperature was at a constant 25. Several staff came to our room to see of they can help with the aircon but it was never fixed. So we had to accept the warm room. But apart from the aircon problem I will defenately recommend this hotel when visiting Baoji.
