Guest Reviews
- David (8/5): - Great location
- Verified traveler (8/5): Koresh Hotel - Decent hotel for the price. One piece of advice is to check which room they will give you. I arrived and was put in a room on the ground floor -- not the best room if you consider noise from the street. The hot water did not work. The hotel guest services offered to switch rooms at no cost. My new room was located on the second floor of the hotel, and offered much more comfort. It was spacious, and there was the added benefit of a small fridge. One of the shower doors did not open or close so well. Given all of these factors, I would say that this was a decent stay. I would recommend speaking with guest services in advance and ask for a room that is above street level.
- Alexandra (10/5): - It was clean and the staff were nice and friendly.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Really bad experience w/ hotel and hotels.com - No idea how this hotel gets the positive reviews it does. But note that almost all are at least two years old. Does not offer the most basic services like a water-heating kettle or luggage storage or iron. Staff speaks essentially no English. Had to communicate through translation software--including to convince them that room had been prepaid through hotels.com. Staff could not get TV to work. Tried to address issues (including possibility of checking out / switching hotels w/o penalty) with staff and via hotels.com. Hotels.com could not communicate w/ staff either. Emails from me and from hotels.com went unanswered. After the stay, got an email from hotels.com that said the hotel never answered, that it was basically my problem, and that these are tough times for hotels. Rooms are also more rundown that is typical at this price point in Jerusalem. Also pretty depressing w/ one tiny window. On the upside, the staff were really well-meaning and tried. And the location is great. But don't stay here. There are waaay better options for similar price in the area. Really disappointed w/ hotels.com service on this one
- Verified traveler (8/5):
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very nice hotel in good location for transport, the city centre and the Old City. The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. You receive a voucher for breakfast which is not in the hotel itself , it's in a cafe called Cappit. Although a 5 minutes walk away, it was worth it as It was wonderful. You get a good choice and I recommend the Cappit breakfast from the menu - eggs of your choice with little bowls of different things to go with them. I will definitely stay again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Huge suite - Although I don’t recall requesting this type of room, we were put into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. It was cavernous, cold, and without any character.
- carmit (6/5): Not so good - The service was great. The location is near by a lot of places.
BUT The breakfast at the coffee shop inconvenient. The walking forth and back made us do checkout early. The service not good at all. Waited one hour till we got the food. And was less things to eat then i make at home by myself.
Other thing the room was so empty like i felt they put a bed, tv and closet and it’s done. No mirror in the room. No pictures. No carpets or any desk or any feeling that i am at vacations. The small on top window gave no day light. No tv remote though they found us another one. No place to put soap in the shower. Really? Why do i need to put on the floor?? Sorry. The cost of the room isn’t worth it it’s too high and i was so disappointed
- Justin (8/5): Great Experience, Fantastic Staff - The hotel is wonderfully located and run and maintained beautifully. Modern and cozy, and so close to the Jaffa gate of the Old City portion. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Jessica - she helped with bookings, directions, and even checked in on me when I took ill during our trip. Only criticism I can offer is breakfast. The hotel does a meal voucher with a local cafe that is paid for with their service. We experienced a few issues with breakfast each time we went. I’d say skip the hotel’s offer for breakfast and find a cafe anywhere else nearby - you’re near several in the Jaffa center area and can find better deals.
- Barney (10/5): Professional service much appreciated - Everyone on the staff, from reception to diningroom went the extra mile in providing excellent service.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great location!! Rooms are are clean but not maintained well, staff is ok not super friendly but not rude. Complimentary breakfast is good. If you’re looking for a great location without the luxury or all the bells and whistles then this place is for you.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very close to the Jaffa gate in old city, close to restaurants and convenience store, close to light rail station.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - AS A TRAVEL AGENT TOUR HOST MY FIRST CHOICE IS ALWAYS THE KORESH HOTEL. THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND THE WELCOME DRINKS ARE DELICIOUS. THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND NEAR THE JAFFA GATE OF THE OLD CITY. THE BREAKFAST IS DELICIOUSLY PREPARED BY THEIR CHEF EACH MORNING. ALL THE STAFF MAKES ME ALWAYS FEEL LIKE THE KORESH IS MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - THE AREA AND LOCATION ARE WONDERFUL. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS FANTASTIC. THE CLEANING CREW IS HONEST AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. LOVE THIS HOTEL
- roy (10/5): Excellent - Perfect spot to be in Jerusalem
Very welcoming staff
I certainly will come back to stay here
- Andrei (10/5): Great hotel - Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Always tried to do their best to solve any problem we had. Changed a small room for a much larger one with no charge. Clean. Has a diverse breakfast menu. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
- adi (2/5): - Not clean
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location. amazing staff, excellent breakfast. Clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great staff, minimum possible amenities in the rooms with no tv or phone working. No shelf space to hang your shampoo, soaps with awkward bathroom space design and cheap soap/shampoo. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent and has a lot of potential with them spending some minimum cost to improve.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great little find in Jerusalem - Excellent location, close to the major sites and public transportation. The room was sparkling clean as was the public areas. All the staff I encountered were helpful and polite. I would most definitely stay there again.
- sadie (10/5): Best location in Jerusalem and comfortable stay. - Great location in Jerusalem. Staff very helpful and willing to please.will stay again.highly recommend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - location the very best in Jerusalem. Walk to old city, restaurants, shops, museums, night life.
Train so close and easy to use.
Staff were amazing. Manager was professional and helpful.
All in all highly recommend this hotel and would return to Koresh Hotel on my next trip to Jerusalem
- Verified traveler (10/5): will be back - all perfect
- Walter (10/5): Fantastic - Fantastic location. Easy to get to the old city, but even better nightlife scene with many great restaurants nearby. Best service I’ve had in a hotel in years. Will always come back to this hotel when in Jerusalem.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I really enjoyed very good place staff very happy and welcoming clean
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location, very good staff, clean nice room, above average breakfast buffet.
Needs a ramp for luggage up a few steps to the check in desk.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location but scent too strong - The scent in the hallways and rooms was way too strong, it gave me a headache. Worst part was that it was so strong in the rooms that you just can't get away from it or air out the place.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Location good for walking to the old city and Jaffa street for shops anf cafes. Reception staff efficient and helpful.
Aircon centrally controlled, noisy and nearly useless.
Breakfast had stale bread and pastries, watery coffee with no taste, a salad bar that the guests didn't want for breakfast, scrambled egg that sat there for 3 hours and was dry even before 7am.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Pro: Excellent location (10 minutes walking to Jaffa gate and very close to many restaurants), friendly staffs, clean room.
Con: no blow dryer.
- Janet (8/5): Comfortable hotel located in a quiet area - The hotel is located in a quiet area of Jerusalem but easy walking distance to Jaffa gate and a shopping mall is nearby. The one snag for us is there is such a strong smell in the corridor that it is unpleasant.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location was excellent! The front desk staff were excellent, the guy in the restaurant , the chefs not friendly at all but the front stuff super kind and friendly !
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was great! Checking in quite quick, rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Great choice for breakfast and friwndsly staff. Central location. Would definitely stay again!
- William (10/5): Great service convenient location - We stayed here 2 nights. Within walking distance of old city (no free parking), several restaurants, atm and public transportation. Room has a small fridge, sufficient shelving and an area to hang a few clothes. Excellent staff and service. Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly staff and very helpful. I definitely come back
- Jenny (10/5): Great hotel! - We stayed a total of 4 nights at this hotel and are highly impressed with the cleanliness of it, and also with how nice the staff at the front desk was. We got upgraded -not sure why- and got a big room with 2 bathrooms, a dining table, 2 sofas, and 2 beds.
Will definitely be back when we go to Jerusalem again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel for the price. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and trendy. Excellent location, close to everything. There is no parking garage at the hotel, but several garages are nearby. Street parking is limited, but we were able to find a spot most nights.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful owners and staff made all the difference.
- John (4/5): Pass on this one. - Hotel is in a nice location and the lobby was nice but my room sucked! Looked nicer on the website. Maybe they gave me a crappy room and the rest are nicer, not sure. But whatever the case, I wouldnt stay there again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very dirty room, insufficent staff, poor breakfast. The room was still in the phase of renovation, not ready for use,it was not cleaned before they sent us in,no hangers in the closet,no phone to contact the reception!Hair dryer on request.Windows so dirty, you couldn't see outside.Very low level of hotel services ,one day we were sent for breakfast to another facility ( cafe ,approximately 200m away from the hotel),because their chef was sick! Generally, very bad experience,I would not recommend it to anyone.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was good for food and shops.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location. Breakfast area wasn't open so we got a voucher to go to restaurant in the area. Slow internet service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Location close to Old City and tram stop. Very good breakfast buffet.
- brian (10/5): stylish hotel near jaffa gate - stylish hotel only a short walk from jaffa gate and the tram direct to central station.
nice touch of umbrellas available which was needed as very wet week.
friendly reception. unfortunately their chef was off so instead we had vouchers for a nearby cafe which included plenty for breakfast.
nice modern room
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No TV
No hear drier
They change my room for the descent night but the tv stop working
- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful Stay at the Hotel Koresh - I am so happy that we stayed here. The hotel is new, rooms are clean, staffs are super friendly and attentive. Breakfast is more than adequate. Location is just perfect. It is right off Jaffa Street near the City Hall tram station. Old city (Jaffa Gate) is less than 10 minutes away walking. The neighborhood is very safe, with tons of restaurants, shops and bars around. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jerusalem.
- Chi-Wah (10/5): Great hotel and location. - Clean hotel. Staff were very attentive and really went out their way to help. Great breakfast. Fantastic location. Will be back.
- E (2/5): - Management of hotel rude and disgusting.
After explaining to reception that they need to put locks on inside of doors or tv's that work all I heard was I'm sorry. Requested to speak to hotels head manager and his reply was that I should leave my email and he would contact me. Basically I was IGNORED.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The suite was very nice plenty of room. The staff made everything easy. Very impressed with this place. Wish i knew about this place when i first got to jerusalem
- Verified traveler (2/5): - What I didn't like:
No locks on door. Someone entered my room at 11:50pm when I was sleeping
"Deluxe Suite" is a storage room, no windows
TV did not work.
Management rude and disgusting
No coffee maker, tissues or a desk
- Missy (10/5): - Loved the location and the people working there. Were extremely welcoming and warm.... immediately felt welcomed.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - As someone who travels 7 months out of the year I feel that I have a good sence of what a hotel should provide. This hotel experience was the worst I ever had.
1.No locks on inside of door. I was awoken at 11:55 pm when someone entered my room and needed to be chased off.
2. When I reported this to the manager I was "upgraded" to a huge storage room. I have never stayed in a room without windows. Before leaving for the day the manager promised that when I returned I would be in their "deluxe suite" that I would be very happy with, I'm afraid, NOT!!!.
3. At that time I requested a different room room
- Alan (10/5): Great Place to stay - Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Quite decent hotel but the service and reception staff were rude. Cleaning staff was very nice though.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Really surprisingly nice hotel and location for the price. I assumed I was compromising on the quality due to the excellent price but no, it was a fully nice hotel.
Minor beef: We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to stay connected on our phones.
But given the location and price and overall quality of the hotel, I will look here first for rooms on my return visits to Jerusalem.
- Verified traveler (10/5): solid hotel with a great location - Koresh Hotel is pretty nice hotel with close proximity to Jaffa Gate in old town Jerusalem, as well as near the light rail City Hall stop, and modern shops and restaurants (bookstores, pizza places, mexican food, convenience stores). The room was nice and modern. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and consisted of eggs, bakery goods (croissants with chocolate and the like), cereal, salads, tea, fresh squeeze orange juice, and yogurt. Only two complaints - the shower door was a bit messed up (getting stuck on the floor somehow) and there is a bit of street noise in the room (from people walking about late at night or dumpster trucks rumbling in the early morning). But these complaints are minor. I would recommend the place if you are looking for something close to old Jerusalem with pretty good access to the rest of it.
- Paula (8/5): Great value in Jerusalem - We needed an affordable single night stay in Jerusalem and are overall extremely pleased with our choice. It was a terrific value for the money and I would stay again. We were going to have a late arrival, so I called ahead and confirmed there would be someone at the desk. They were polite and helpful on the phone. When we arrived, the front desk person was waiting for us and we had no trouble checking in. There are no in-room facilities for coffee or tea, so I went downstairs in hopes of a cup of hot water (I carry my own tea bags). The gentleman was very accommodating, giving me a large cup of steaming water, and also offered us fresh coffee. We were in Israel a total of 18 days, and the bed at this hotel was the most comfortable one we slept in the entire visit. Most hotels in Israel have firm mattresses, a little too firm for our liking, and this one was firm but softer than most. The bathroom and toiletries were modern, clean, and good quality, other than the combined "shampoo/conditioner" which everyone with long hair knows is useless. Please, provide separate hair conditioner!!! The only other negative comment is that breakfast was not on-site. We were given vouchers for an nearby restaurant, and had a delicious breakfast. However, it took longer than the usual in-hotel breakfast buffet (added ~30 minutes to our day), which would not be good for a business traveler or someone on a schedule. If you can plan for the extra time and are not in a rush, it's not a problem.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location, Excellent Hotel on the border of The old City Jerusalem and Jerusalem City Center
- James (10/5): Jerusalem - A all round great hotel central location and very helpful staff
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Small rooms, newer hotel. good location .Stayed 2 nights, they didn't change bedding .
Expensive breakfast.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Comfortable room with amenities not always found in reasonably priced Israeli hotels, such as counter space in the bathroom. Quality breakfast and helpful staff. Excellent location.
- avi (8/5): - very good hotel.
- Chiora (8/5): - This is a fairly new hotel and is very nicely furnished and decorated and could be excellent with just a bit more attention to detail. Good points first. It's in a great location, just a few minutes from the Old City, the Mamilla Mall, and tram stop so easy to get anywhere in the city. The reception, bar and breakfast area are really nice and the bedrooms are a reasonable size with good storage, good lighting and a fridge and the bathroom finished to a high standard with a great shower. The breakfast is a hot and cold buffet and is very good with a really good choice. Now for areas that could be improved, none of which require very much effort or expense. The majority of staff weren't very friendly or helpful - this includes evening/night reception and breakfast staff. However the lady on reception in the morning was the exception and was very helpful. There was no information in the room about wifi password, TV channels, breakfast/check out time and this wasn't given to us on check in - we had to keep asking for everything. There was no hairdryer in the room, which there usually is in even the cheapest hotel. I had to borrow one from reception. There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There were some nice toiletries in the bathroom but no soap - again I had to ask at reception. The hotel is reasonably priced for Jerusalem and I'll probably stay there again. I hope it makes the small improvements needed to make it a really good hotel.
- Bernie (10/5): Great Place to Stay! - Great Hotel! Walking distance to major sites. The best part of our stay is the ATTENTIVE wonderful staff :) Highly recommended.
- David (8/5): Great hotel! - Awesome location. Very friendly staff.
- Dennis (10/5): - Good location near our tour. clean room and friendly staff
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff were extermely friendly and advised us of where to go around Jerusalem.
The room was clean and answered all our questions.
One thing I suggest is adding coffee makers in the room without having to ask for them just like any US hotels.
Thanks,
- Verified traveler (8/5): 1 night in Jerusalem - Nice location (between modern Jerusalem and the Old City). Within walking distance to both.
Clean rooms with nice facilities. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
- Pauline (10/5): - Great location not far from Jaffa Gate. Lovely airy room, large fridge, thoroughly modern bathroom, very comfy bed, great choice for buffet breakfast. Just perfect. Thanks
- A (8/5): - Nice location
- LI (8/5): A good choice to stay somwhere close to old city - Koresh hotel is generally okay and the best part is the location. Services is good as well. The rest aspects are just so so and there is room for improvement for cleaniess. Overall it is fine but you probably expect a bit more given the price, though hotels tend to be quite expensive in Israel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice staff, they are always ready to help you. The only missed detail is that in my room was no hair dryer.
- Jennifer (6/5): Convenient location - The hotel is in a great location in Jerusalem. It's centrally located where everything in the main downtown area is within a 15 min walk. The hotel itself is a little dated. The rooms are very basic, borderline clean.
- John (8/5): - Great location in Jerusalem. Close to old city and shopping, Boutique hotel ,many resteraunts in the area.
- Dean (8/5): Great location - You cannot get a better located hotel to Jaffa Gate! Left out of the hotel door, walk five minutes down the same street and you're there. Make a 50m dog-leg to the right and then left and you're in Mamilla Mall and Jaffa Gate, could not be easier.
Hotel reception staff were friendly enough and conversant in English (Dor was really helpful) and the free internet was stable. Rooms were small but clean, our window looked over the street and thus useful to see what the weather was like, but no real view of interest.
Breakfast was a bit of a hit and miss affair. First morning we got there at 7am (opening time) and they were not ready. Had to constantly ask the dining staff (some of whom could not speak English) for clean plates, juice or other items. Second morning was a Saturday with fewer items available and the Sunday morning had different food options available.
Check-in is at 3PM, but we arranged to check in before noon for an extra 150 NIS.
This is a great hotel to use as a base for sleeping whilst out exploring during the day.
- eli (4/5): Hotel close to old city - Check in ok but response to problems in room was atrocious at 7 pm!!
- Laurent (8/5): - Well located. Pay parkings available close to hotel.
- S (10/5): - Hotel was close to the Old City. Staff were minimal but always helpful and friendly. They gave great suggestions and addressed our needs.
- Marilyn (6/5): Good experience but they can improve - Excellent location, just a few minutes from Old City and adjecent to Jaffa street. There are many restaurants and shops around. We had a family suite which was very big and comfortable. We only had a problem with the showers. The room had to bathrooms and both showers flooded the bathroom badly. You could only take a 2 minute shower if you didnt want to flood the entire bathroom. Nasty! They need to make a change to that fast. Also, they did not have self-service laundry on site. For us it was a big incovenience.
Breakfast was decent, and hotel staff was friendly.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Koresh - Great location, very walkable and close to train stop. Poor breakfast selection, but amazing cafe 2 minutes away.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - ok, nice boutique hotel - no dinner option, but many restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice but the bathroom is very, very small
- Alan (10/5): Koresh Hotel - perfect for the Old City - Fantastic location. Just a few minutes walk from Mamilla centre and the Jaffa gate of the Old City. Staff could not have done more. We had a fantastic stay. The first time in Jerusaem for most of our party. Just perfect.
- Adrian (8/5): Nice hotel BUT with reservations - We booked the Koresh hotel three months in advance for our November 2017 adventure to Jerusalem. We chose the Koresh Hotel because it met all of our requirements: it was new, small, had an in-room safe, had a free breakfast, had free Wi-Fi and was within walking distance of old Jerusalem. The Koresh was a lovely hotel that met all of our requirements: it was new, small to the point of being boutique, had an in-room safe, had a great free breakfast, had free and fast Wi-Fi, and was within walking distance of old Jerusalem. The housekeeping was meticulous. The bathroom was new, lovely, and safe. There was even a free glass of wine in the evening. There were issues, however. It is a new hotel that is not without its growing pains. When we arrived, it took a long, long time to check in (though we were the only guests doing so). They assigned us the worst room in the Hotel, a room in which the Wi-Fi didn’t work, without in-room safe, and with no window at eye level. This was neither what we had booked nor bought for a seven night stay. We complained and finally they put us in a room that matched the on-line description. After being there four days, the front desk informed us that we would have to move to another hotel. In more than thirty years of international travel no other hotel has ever asked us to move. They asked us to move because the entire hotel had been booked for a wedding. This event was booked after our original reservation. They offered u
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location and staff, but poorly maintained - We were warmly greeted and attended to by the hotel staff and the location of the hotel was excellent. Disappointingly our room and the common lobby areas felt neglected and in need of repairs and deep cleaning.
- Dmitry (10/5): Comfortable hotel near old city Jerusalem - The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from The old town with all the places of interest. Also it is very close to Jaffa street with cafes, restaurants , Central market. The hotel is quite new , the room was comfortable and spacious. It is definitely a good choice for its rate! The staff was superhelpfull. My special thanks to Julia at reception!
- Theresa (10/5): Great location - Hotel is located near the Jaffa Gate. It was clean and the service was great. I would stay here again.
- Bruce (8/5): Comfortable hotel in a great location - Our room was comrortable and, spacious. The hotel was located near a variety of restaurants and was an easy walking distance to important sights. The staff was pleasant and helpful. A delicious breakfast was available at an additional cost. We would definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean and comfortable - It's a relatively new hotel, so there are some growing pains. Breakfast was generally good, but inconsistent. The room was small but clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room a/c is controlled from the reception desk, which is inconvenient. Twice different managers approached me to ask how my stay was, which I appreciated. Location is EXCELLENT! Close to anything you might want. Good value for Jerusalem.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel. Great location. Friendly staff
Annoying to be asked to write more of a review.
It’s a great hotel
- Verified traveler (10/5): Reservation with reservations - At check-in I discovered that the reservation made for my international guests was not exactly what I had ordered. I had expected a breakfast with the room, but discovered that this was not a part of the package though this was a request when searching via Expedia. The hotel staff was very understanding and included the breakfast, claiming that we could have gotten a cheaper price through direct reservation.
- Marie (8/5): Great location, great staff, good experience. - In November, it was our first time to Israel. We drove to Jerusalem and stayed at the Koresh Hotel for 4 days. Easy to find by car. In Jerusalem it's not easy to find parking, but there is one, 1 block away from hotel at 80 ils per day. The location of hotel is perfect, next to the Old City, many restaurants, tramway and shops. So you can walk everywhere. You don't need your car. The hotel is new so it's very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. Good breakfast, (except for coffee, we like espresso and they did not have).. We recommend that place and would definitely go back. Thank you.
- juliet (8/5): - Close to city center. Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was ok not very special.
- Global Vision (6/5): Be cautious - We had a very rough start. 12 ladies traveling together so we had 6 rooms. I had not paid through Hotels.com so I had to pay each room separately which was tiring since we had just arrived in Israel and already done some sightseeing. Then my room had a pub just outside which was very loud in our room but seemed to be the only room like that. The rooms in 100's were not really finished - not much furniture and seem to have just been added on. This section was also totally separate and you had to go through the dining area and a ballroom. Just a strange setup. And there was no WiFi in these rooms. Then the second day we came back before supper and left quickly to go eat and one of the rooms doors was left open by someone. Very weird. We asked for a change of rooms and they gave us a suite since they were full up which was very nice - 2 rooms so 4 of us moved into it and we were very satisfied with that! Some of the people at the front desk were not knowledgeable - didn't know how to get he heater off and the A/C put on. The lady the next night knew how so that wasn't a problem after that. But the location was awesome! You couldn't ask for better then it was - very close to the old city and just down from numerous shops and restaurants!
If you can work with some ups and downs - it was pretty good. I would not take a group there again however. And breakfast was pretty good - we liked the omelettes you could have made to order.
- Douglas (6/5): Great location but poor service - The hotel is in a great location if you want to spend most of your time in the old city of Jerusalem. The breakfast is ok nothing great. The stuff is not very friendly or at all
- John (10/5): Highly recommend - Great staff. Outstanding location. Highly recommend. Will be our top choice when we return
- John (10/5): You will be delighted - Outstanding staff. They are very accommodating. New hotel. Great rooms. Location is outstanding
- Alison (8/5): - The hotel was good, if a little disorganised. Our room had a very small window, and the room was made smaller by a king size bed. A full size fridge was nice, but it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. All in all, a reasonable price for a reasonable hotel
- Lalo (8/5): Location to the Old City and Yaffo - Personnel was very attentive and trying to go above with their service. Breakfast was ok. Manager was always making sure we were treated good and even gave us a bottle of wine.
- misty (10/5): Great Hotel and Location! - This hotel is situated close to the old city, the light rail, and a collection of restaurants. The breakfast is phenomenal and includes a variety of foods for different tastes. Rooms are clean and service is commendable. The staff Is professional and willing to assist guests with questions or needs. I have enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it!
- Don (10/5): Pleasant stay - No complaints from check-in through check out. Good value!
