- Nana (5/5): まあまあ - 部屋が綺麗だった チェックインの際、明らかに横入りした団体客に対して何も言わず、そのまま手続きを進めて嫌だった。 清掃しなくても良かったのに部屋に入られ清掃されていた。ここまでは良いがテーブルに出しっぱなしにしていたデパコス(Diorのハイライト)が1点無くなった。底見えしており、ゴミと勘違いしたのかもしれないが大切な人から頂いたプレゼントだったためガッカリした。
- Michiko (8/5): 満足でした。 - 素泊まりの３泊でしたが、１階食堂のコーヒーマシンが遅くまで利用出来て有り難かった。 毎日部屋の掃除、ベッドメイキング、タオルなどの交換がなされており、入浴剤などのアメニティも良かったです。 洋服ハンガーの数が多めで良かったです。 個人的には、３日間そのまま掃除無しで、スタッフさんの出入り無しが気楽だったかな、とも思いますが。。。

La struttura è pulita, offre un ottimo servizio di lavanderia e una colazione veramente favolosa, servivano anche l'anguilla che è la specialità di Nagoya Purtroppo durante il mio soggiorno la vasca da bagno aveva una perdita e mi ha allagato il bagno, però lo staff dell'albergo è prontamente intervenuto per risolvere il problema

Bij het per ongeluk boeken van een kamer - roken ipv niet- roken, kreeg ik gelukkig de dag nadien op vraag een niet-roken kamer. De rook-kamers zijn echt onaangenaam en storend qua geur. Locatie is te doen op wandelafstand. Het had fijn geweest dat de gedeelde faciliteiten qua wasmachine en zo wat groter waren. Het restaurant was ook clean qua interieur, beetje leeg.

- Claudia (10/5): Buena calidad-precio, limpio y amables - Limpieza, buen trato del personal, espacio de la habitación mejor de lo que pensábamos. Se puede guardar la maleta mientras no puedas hacer el check in. Como gran parte de los hoteles en Japón, no me gusta que el check sea tan tarde (15:00h). Al fin al cabo pagas un día y no es un día entero de disfrute de la reserva. El metro más cercano está a unos 8 min andando, no es cómodo si hay maletas muy pesadas.

- Emma (10/5): I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again :) - this hotel is great value for money!! the location is perfect, being close to nagoya station and within walking distance to lots of convenience stores, shops and tourist attractions. the rooms are a great size with lots of floor space!! the staff were amazing and extremely helpful!! i’d definitely recommend. the dryers aren’t very good - have to do 3x 30 minute cycles for my clothes to be dry no usb ports - need an adaptor
