Also, the coffee maker was not working which also I addressed it and they ignored me.

- Shonqua (2/5): - I had a stay here for 2 nights for my daughter tournament May 2-4 that we traveled 4 hours away. The first night we checked in we has no air. I called multiple times complaining for them to tell me to only make sure the unit on the wall matches with the unit on the floor. I did that several times. This did not fix the issue. Me and my kids was hot and sweated the whole night our first stay. I also purchased the suite unit. The following day I went to the front desk after a night of no sleep for me and my kids to complain again. After a hour of going back and forth I was finally switch to a different room which inconvenienced me being we had a game to get to and was late. We moved to a different room which was smaller than the suite I paid for. The lady at the front desk Teresa is her name I believe stated she would be sending me a refund which has not happened and weeks has passed by and no one had contacted me. This need to handled immedicably. This has not been my first stay but this is the first bad experience I have had. I would appreciate if someone reach out to me.

However, during our stay, there was some loud noise and disturbances from neighboring guests at night, which made us feel a bit uneasy, especially with our family and small children. I kept hearing clicking noise waking me up from my sleep from upstairs. The door extra safety lock didn't work. The screws were loose and it didn't stop the door from opening.

That I had to pay a second time after I had paid thru booking app. Then they finally said they would issue a refund. So I was told to get a receipt at check out and all the lady gave me was a blank sheet of paper. So I wasn't given a receipt and still don't know if its processed. I have stayed at this location several times and always use booking. I never have any issues but this time was the worst. The manager on duty was rude and all he could say was I shouldn't have used booking to book my room.
