They moved me to another room, where the wind blowing around the windows made a crazy noise 24 hours, and the air conditioner thermostat didn't work. The room was always 18 degrees, or I had to turn it off at 50 degrees Staff were amazing. This was the only positive point of this hotrl.

- James (10/5): An all-around excellent hotel - The Millenium Central was a great find. It is much more high-end -- in decor, amenities and staff responsiveness -- than the price suggests. I was able to get a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice from the kitchen upon my late check-in before 10 p.m. The room was comfortable in every respect, especially the bed, which was very important after 21 hours of air travel from the U.S. I recommend the breakfast buffet on the 20th floor because I didn't see any breakfast alternatives in walking distance (especially since it's over 100 degrees outside). The pool and fitness center on the 23rd floor were also welcome touches. This is a classy hotel with a classy staff. It exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast was very crowded each morning - make sure to come out side of the well know peak hours. There is a ball room - and there were several parties. It was amazing to see the guest that were very well and lavishly dressed. It worked - could go back, but also ready to try another hotel

I like to walk when traveling, so this location was pretty centrally locates to see the things I wanted to see; the Kuwait towers, the beach, liberation tower and the big suoq. (Market). The hotel is in an area that is being redeveloped, so there are vacant lots next to new buildings that are going up.

Luxury hotel which is well placed for the key sites in Kuwait(albeit the immediate area is somewhat under development). - Elizabeth (10/5): - This property was great and the staff was excellent. The pool was great and the room was clean and comfy. Room service was really quick, too! The only problem in the room was that the TV speakers weren't the best and sometimes made a loud vibrating sound. All in all not a problem. I was also able to walk to the souk Sharq and Kuwait Towers.
- Alexander (10/5): Great place in downtown Kuwait - A great base in Kuwait City, super-friendly, great service, including complementary shuttle to and from Kuwait airport (you can email in advance of arrival to book), comfortable, spacious rooms. The hotel made an effort to put us on a high floor where construction work around the hotel is not bothersome (and views are enjoyable). Nice café downstairs in the lobby area. The Corniche (Gulf) is a short walk away.

- Manivelan (8/5): Business travel to Kuwait - I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and appreciate the staff for their courtesy and support especially Ms. Ann (from Bosnia) who was all along helpful, cheerful and polite. I would go on record to put her name in the best of staff in that hotel. One thing that irritated me as there is no options for English movie channels in the TV expect for one MBC2.
