- Chris (9/5): A wonderfully relaxing stay, fantastic staff, great new owners. - Having stayed at the Mozaik before, we were unaware the property had been sold at the end of last season, so it was a lovely surprise to see the positive changes already being made by the new owners. They made their presence known straight away and were incredibly friendly, humble, welcoming, and approachable throughout our stay. You can already see the investment going into the hotel, with improvements being made to the bedrooms and bar area, giving everything a fresher, more modern feel. The pool was honestly the cleanest we have ever seen it, absolutely immaculate all week, with cleaners, grounds staff, and the whole team constantly working hard to keep everything looking perfect. I was also really pleased to see that some of the familiar staff members had been kept on. Ilka, who in most people’s opinion is the heart and soul of the Mozaik, was still there, along with some of the restaurant and bar staff. That is a fantastic decision by the new owners because these people are a real credit to the hotel and a huge asset moving forward. The location is ideal too, close enough to the strip to walk to easily, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when you want to relax. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable week and genuinely could not fault the Mozaik. We will definitely be returning. We stayed in one of the swim up rooms, which we have stayed in before, and we have also previously stayed in the apartments. Personally, I would have preferred a slightly larger bed, although it was still comfortable and absolutely fine for our stay. The only other suggestion I would make, if budgets allow in the future, would be to create a dedicated shower and changing area for guests leaving later in the day. A lot of flights home from Turkey are late evening flights, so unless you can secure a late checkout, which is not always possible, you currently have to use the downstairs gym shower area, which can get quite warm. On this occasion, we actually booked an extra night purely so we did not have the hassle of organising a late checkout or worrying about showering and changing before travelling home.

The staff was always very helpful and sweet. Always trying to go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Breakfast and room service was on point as well. The loudness of the door, it resonate a lot so if guest adjacent are not the careful type the door slamming was very loud, but that’s the only small complaint.

Отдыхающие в основном европейцы. Территория отеля зеленая, много фруктовых деревьев, даже авокадо растет.Тихо, спокойно, на самой центральной улице с ресторанами, магазинами, до моря 10 мин. Море шикарное бирюзовое, бич клабы тоже в пешей доступности. Место куда хочется вернутся. Если будем в Олюдениз еще раз, то обязательно вернемся в этот отель.

The staff was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed! The food is so delicious and irresistible 😋 Bilal, one of the staff members, is a wonderful man! He was very kind to us! The place is unique and different and makes you feel a calm and peaceful state of mind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Close enough to easily walk to town but far enough away to be quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The swim up rooms were fabulous. The lagoon style pool was so nice. Even in the school holidays, we could always get a sun lounger at any time of day. All of the staff were exceptional and bent over backwards to help out. The food was really great too. There are no down sides.

- Tolegen (7/5): Generally, a good hotel with a nice pool. Our apartment was not comfortable. - The hotel is cosy with a nice pool. The food at their restaraunt was good; we were there during the semi-finals of the European championship. So we watched matches at their open-air restaraunt. The service service was attentive and always helpful. The Blue Lagoon beach is quite far (in hot summer) by feet (15 minutes till the entrance + 15 minutes of walking in the territory of the beach to reach the lagoon) but we took a taxi. The only problem was that the apartment which they gave us (and they said that it is the only room suitable for 4 persons) was BELOW ground and below the pool, kind of in the basement(((. One of the bedrooms did not have a window and natural sunlight. This made our stay at that hotel less comfortable than one could expect to get for the money we paid.

The premises was simple but immaculate, the breakfast had variety and was very tasty, the pool was a great way to relax - but ultimately what made it were the staff. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay wonderful from start to finish. They couldn’t do enough for us, from assisting us when one of my family was feeling unwell, to bringing wine to our room! They played games with us during meal times, assisted us with great ideas of where to explore in the area- they were just so kind and it was totally genuine. The Turkish people truly are the most hospitable and Mozaik holds it’s finest. We had a lot of fun exchanging languages of English, Russian and they even taught us some Turkish! - Ebru (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Hotel. 3-4 Min. Fussweg zur beliebten Einkaufsmeile. Ca. 8-10Min. Fussweg zum Strand. Taxi, Bushaltestelle etc. in der Nähe. Hotelzimmer schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wlan war aber leider ziemlich schlecht. Kaum möglich Youtube, Netflix usw. zu nutzen. Tägliche Reinigung, jedoch wurde das Geschirr im Zimmer nie ausgetauscht. Trotzdem volle 5 Sterne, da Mitarbeiter und Putzkräfte sehr herzlich und offen waren.

Breakfast also has extremely limited variety as we all ended up eating just fried eggs all 4 days. Most importantly internet is very poor and doesn’t work in the property. Specially if you are on ground floor neither wify not your phone signal will work.

- Polinа (8/5): Very good - Nice silent location even though a bit far away from the beach. Clean rooms, clean and rather big pool. Breakfasts are fine. We had an early check out (before the breakfast served), one day before it we agreed with the kitchen they would prepare sandwiches to take away as we miss breakfast. At the agreed time, 7:15, no sandwiches / no one heard of this agreement. If there is no “take away” option, it would have been better to say it in advance…

- Beth (10/5): - Amazing property in great location; close to the beach and the main shopping area with several restaurants, cafes and bars; but far enough that is is quiet and peaceful at night. Hotel amenities are incredible, particularly the pool and surrounding area, which you can access from your room. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly, and will go the extra mile to help you with any requests. Several travel agencies around to help you with any activities in and around Oludeniz. Would definitely recommend!
