• Clau (10/5): Espectacular - El lugar es lindo y muy privado, en esta ocasión fuimos en plan de familia y reservamos 7 habitaciones de 8 que tienen el hotel, la atención fue especial y muy cálida, la comida siempre a tiempo y caliente. Detalles a mejorar los aires no enfrían lo suficiente dado que las cabañas tienen techo de paja y son muy altos es muy difícil climatizar totalmente el espacio. Se requiere aumentar capacidad del aire.

• Leah (10/5): Beautiful and clean property, perfect for relaxation and visiting Tayrona national park - The property is very well designed, we stayed in a private villa which was very spacious and comfortable and the private pool was the perfect size. Likewise, the shared guest spaces are equally as aesthetically pleasing and the main pool on the property was great. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The huts give you the optimal mix between jungle nature and comfort, the staff is really kind & attentive and they really have fun at work. Yo soy turista, de otro país. Y durante mi estancia pude ver una familia de Colombianos que trataron al personal del hotel muy mal, no respetando los horarios del personal y parecía que se creían los dueños del hotel disponiendo de todo. Pude apreciar el clasismo y superioridad con el que trataban a sus mismos paisanos. Nadie es más que nadie, y quiero exponerlo aquí porque no solo lo vi en este hotel, también lo vi en otras situaciones durante mis vacaciones en Colombia.Muy feo por parte de algunos colombianos.

• Charlotte (9/5): A beautiful stay- we’d return in a heartbeat! - We stayed in one of the new villas with its own pool. It was a beautiful space surrounded by nature and very private. The quality of the villa was outstanding. The restaurant area is very attractive, food was excellent and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The walk to the beach is also very lovely. We liked everything but were slightly disturbed by work close by, beyond the control of the hotel. It’s isolated so nowhere else can be reached on foot.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, ainsi que les repas du soir proposé. Il est très bien situé et proche de l’entrée du parc El Zaino. Le personnel est attentif et agréable.

• Philipp (10/5): Traumhaftes Hotel in der Natur - Die Lage mitten im Dschungel, Affen in den Bäumen Einrichtung innen wie außen unglaublich geschmackvoll Wunderbarer Pool ohne Chlor Essen war auch sehr gut Nebenan ist eine Freikirche und während Ostern schrie ein ein Priester seine Gemeinde von morgens bis abends an . An unserem ersten Tag war davon nichts zu hören. So ist dieser Makel vermutlich auf Sonn und Feiertage beschränkt

• Stephen Ball 1967 (10/5): Lo Mejor - A peaceful oasis! - We loved everything. World class place. This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. More of the same quality and high standards in food, service, evnironment, aesthetic, and overall accomodation. This place is as understated luxury with relaxed boutique vibe and very green. The grounds are beautiful. Butterflies and birds abound. The cabins are lovely, clean with comfy beds, great AC, and a lovely spacious bathroom and shower. The staff are amazing, kind and helpful. The food is very high standard, great cocktails, with breakfast as good as we've had in Colombia. Very thoughful menu. It is a short walk to several nearby beaches and tons of birds and wildlife to be seen in the surrounding area. It's a really special place. Only 10 cabins, so it never feels busy or crowded. The pool is also a highlight. It's a bit pricey for Colombia, but well worth it. Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.

• Nina (10/5): - Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Casa Bambú sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die ruhige Lage, die gepflegte Anlage und die entspannte Atmosphäre sorgen dafür, dass man sofort abschalten kann. Besonders positiv ist uns Manuel aufgefallen. Er ist extrem aufmerksam, denkt schnell mit und hat ein sehr gutes Gespür dafür, was in dem Moment gebraucht wird. Vieles läuft dadurch ganz selbstverständlich und ohne großes Nachfragen – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Ein Service, der wirklich in Erinnerung bleibt.
• Neza (10/5): Very nice accommodation in a peaceful area - The property is located in a peaceful area, with not that many rooms so it feels very private and intimate. The facilities are very clean and you can relax by the pool. The breakfast is nice where you can order from their menu and they prepare it. You can also take a walk around the area, a few beaches are only a 5-10min walk away. The area is surrounded by trees so there are animals around - it can be quite loud during the night with crickets, and rustling in the bushes.

• María (8/5): Precioso - La comida fue buenísima, los mejores ceviches y bien de precio, la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa de Los Ángeles, la habitación preciosa y súper limpia. No te dan agua, que por el precio pensamos que debería haber para rellenar. Nos dijeron que era difícil llegar con agua, pero veníamos de la sierra dónde sí era difícil y había. Hay un super en la carretera y puedes comprar. No tiene mosquitera en la cama y nuestra puerta no cerraba bien así que había que tener cuidado con los mosquitos. La comida era genial pero el servicio a la hora del almuerzo era taaan lento! En recepción Manuel un súper amor, pero Anuar, a mí, me pareció que juzgaba antes de ayudar.

The staff are truly wonderful people kind, attentive, and always ready to help. During my stay I had a small problem, and they supported me so much. They went above and beyond to help me and made sure I felt completely safe and comfortable. I was really grateful for their care and kindness. The place itself is exceptional beautiful, peaceful, and definitely the most beautiful place to stay in Teyrona. Everything was perfect and the atmosphere is simply magical. • Yule (10/5): - Casa Bambu fue exactamente lo que necesitábamos: un lugar para desconectarnos del ruido y reconectarnos como familia. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el equipo nos hizo sentir completamente en casa — esa calidez genuina que no se puede forzar y que aquí se siente en cada detalle. Si están considerando las villas, no lo piensen dos veces. Ofrecen una privacidad y una conexión con el entorno que hacen toda la diferencia. Se vuelven un espacio propio, íntimo, donde el tiempo corre diferente. La comida merece su propio aplauso — deliciosa, abundante y con ese toque casero que pocas veces encuentras en un hotel. Regresaríamos sin dudarlo.
• Emily (9/5): Wir würden jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen und haben unseren Besuch dort sehr genossen! - Die Unterkunft und die Lage sind wunderschön. Man hat seinen privaten Bungalow, der sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich ist. Die Wege zum Tayrona-Park sind kurz und problemlos mit dem Bus erreichbar. Der Strand ist wunderschön und total naturbelassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wlan funktionierte nur unzuverlässig und nicht im ganzen Zimmer, aber man ist darauf angewiesen, weil es in der Gegend keinen Empfang gibt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und freundlich - wir wurden aber währen unseres ganzen Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gefragt, ob wir etwas trinken möchten, wenn wir uns am Pool vor der Rezeption & Bar aufgehalten haben. Für ein vier-Sterne Hotel zu dem Preis hätten wir das schon erwartet, zumal wir zwei Tage fast die einzigen Gäste waren. Das Personal ist stattdessen rumgesessen und hat am Handy gespielt, was nicht so professionell gewirkt hat.

• Jesse (10/5): A marvelous hotel that was so affordable but also luxurious! Amazing food, fun, comfort! - This is such a beautiful, peaceful property about 5 minutes from the beach - but the hotel has a gorgeous swimming pool which you won't want to get out of! The "cabins" are exotic and fun, complete with AC, a fan, and comfortable beds and pillows. The property is quiet, though you'll hear birds and frogs in the morning. Other than that, no loud music, people shouting - nothing like that. The breakfasts are really good, but the dinners were simply amazing. We tried so many dishes and all were exceptional. We loved the "Ceviche Caribe" - but we were impressed by everything. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Truly, a piece of paradise. The wireless also worked well and was fast. Just note that the beaches aren't really for swimming - or at least you need to be a very strong swimmer as the waves and currents are strong. There is a small store for snacks about 12 minutes away by foot - so just know the property is a bit isolated (which we enjoyed).

Enjoyed the breakfast and especially the fresh juices and freshly baked bread of the day. Some of the rooms are nicer than others, a bit of a drive from Santa Marta but close to Tayrona National Park (although we could not access it due to park closure), and some of the staff were not always helpful and had a bit of attitude

Food at the restaurant was also among the best we‘ve had in Colombia. Just a short walk to two quiet and beautiful beaches. We would have preferred a separate restroom (i.e. one with a door), but that’s a minor point and apparently standard in Colombian hotels

Der Eingang zum NP Tayrona ist nicht weit mit Taxi oder Bus. Das Personal super hilfsbereit (ich kam an mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung und es wurde für mich extra Schonkost gekocht) Mir fällt nichts ein

The pool was great There is no option to have two single beds instead of a double bed. If you are traveling with a friend they can add a small second bed, but that makes the place a bit cramped. And it would be great to have proper lighting for bedtime reading.

Elegimos la cabaña con vistas al mar y fue un placer despertar con el sonido de las olas (playa brava). • Valentina (10/5): - The property is beautiful. Decorated with exquisite taste. The team that works there: Dianis, Angela, Liceth, Alexandra, Yajairo, Laura, Yuneisi, Yenis, and Luis were all extremelly helpul and kind. Great service. The food was superior.
• Sergio Andres (10/5): - Vistas hermosas. Gente amable. Lindas instalaciones. Amenidades excelentes. Comodidad en todo el lugar. Mucha tranquilidad. Excelente coordinación para el turista. Que el baño no tenía puerta, esto es algo raro, complicado cuando no se viaje con pareja. No sé si todas las habitaciones son iguales, creo que no.

La atención del personal 10 de 10 Todas muy especiales y complacientes, Alexandra excelente cocinera, Dianis y Angelita son geniales y Laura también En fin nos encantó todo.

• Kyle (10/5): This place was amazing and I recommend to anyone, if I had more time I would of increased my stay - The accomodation was beautiful and I wish could of stayed longer, the best thing about this place for me was the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. I’d like to give a big thank you to Yorle, Lizeth,Ángela, Juan and yajaira, there service and hospitality is what really made this one of the best places I have ever stayed The only thing I could complain about would be lack of wifi service

• Ivan (10/5): - La atención en general fue muy buena , instalaciones en general y habitaciones muy limpias y organizadas. El desayuno fue rico y variado y en general todo lo del menú de comidas es bien preparado, rico y fresco. Mención especial para la atención brindada por Luis en recepción, Angela y dianis en la cocina.. recomendado el café , delicioso. Las almohadas son muy altas y un poco incómodas. De resto todo perfecto

• Steve (10/5): Très belle endroit relax calme et magnifique - La vue le personnel au petit soin très aimable toujours le sourire, les chambres sont top Dommage j’avais demandé de réparer la télé qui ne marcher pas j’ai dû faire sans le soir , rien de grave mais pour le prix je pense devoir pouvoir utiliser les équipements proposés.

• Alejandra (10/5): Sitio ideal para ir de vacaciones - La comida espectacular, el personal increíble y la atención que nos dieron al saber que uno de nosotros cumplía años, tuvieron varios detalles. La ubicación con las dos playas cercanas excepcional y la habitación muy cómoda. El servicio de masajes tambien increíble y el asesoramiento para las actividades también A pesar que es muy agradable que la habitación esté abierta cuando se enciende el aire de desperdicia bastante energía
• Patrizia (10/5): Schlichtes Luxusdesign in der Natur - Die Unterkunft ist atemberaubend wunderschön. Das schlichte Design in mitten der Natur ist eine aussergewöhnliche Hotelform in der Region. Es fehlt an nichts, um sich hier entspannen zu können. Auch das Personal ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Ich bin schon mehrmals auf einer Reise hierher zurückgekommen und würde es immer wieder.
• Aura (10/5): Luxury private resort near Tayrona Park - This place was amazing, my partner and I were positively surprised by the facilities and the service. We spent 3 full days in the Tayrona area, 1 of the days we went to the national park which is located 5 minutes away by car. The other 2 days we spent them at the hotel, enjoying the pool, the facilities and the service. The staff made us feel at home, thy took great care of us. Food service is a la carte, and you can even make custom requests. The hotel has a very homey and private feel to it, there are less than 10 rooms so you see other few couples around but it almost feels like you get to enjoy the facilities all for yourself. The personalized service from Dianis, Laura, Yarlenis and Mari was excellent and made our stay that much more special. We definitely plan to come back.
