De prijs is torenhoog, maar de service liet bij aankomst ernstig te wensen over. Toen we in het huisje kwamen, bleek er helemaal geen beddengoed aanwezig te zijn. De bedden waren kaal en in de plastic pakketten op het bed bleken achteraf alleen handdoeken te zitten, maar geen lakens of kussenslopen. Hoe kun je gasten ontvangen in een huisje voor dit geld, zonder dat ze in een opgemaakt bed kunnen slapen? Это просто смешно. Hoewel dit de eerste keer is dat we zoiets meemaken bij Center Parcs, verwacht je voor deze prijs simpelweg premium kwaliteit vanaf het eerste moment. Dit heeft onze start van het weekend behoorlijk verpest.

- Dimitris (6/5): Unprofessionalism - The park! I rarely write negative reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism we experienced at this hotel makes it impossible to stay silent. Everything started upon arrival at 21:00 after a long and exhausting journey. At check-in, the receptionist didn’t even bother to properly check the system and, in a dismissive and indifferent tone, told me that I had no reservation. Only after I insisted and showed my confirmed Booking reservation did he suddenly “remember” it. An unacceptable first impression. The situation escalated the following evening. We had been away all day attending a Taekwondo tournament and returned late, only to find that the bicycle and golf cart rental services were closed. This is critical, as our cottage was located at least 1 km from the hotel entrance. We had athletic equipment in the car and, more importantly, a person with us who was physically unable to walk that distance. When I approached the entrance, the security guard rudely refused access, stating bluntly that “these are the rules” and that he did not care how we would transport our equipment or assist the person who could not walk. His tone was aggressive and completely inappropriate. I then went to reception to explain the situation, expecting at least a minimum level of understanding or professionalism. Instead, I was met with the same indifferent attitude: “These are the rules, I don’t care what you do, the car is not allowed inside.” This, while there were clearly dozens of other guest vehicles already inside the premises. To make matters worse, the same security guard spoke in an equally unacceptable manner to another Taekwondo team returning at the same time. Their team leaders also came to reception, trying to find a reasonable solution. We asked to speak with the manager, and what followed was honestly one of the most absurd experiences I have had in all my years of traveling.

- Roland (10/5): Great stay, Center Parcs got it all figured out - Stayed in a VIP cottage, well worth it. Includes linen and towels. Cottage is well equiped with a nice kitchen and your own sauna which we used daily. Swimming pool and other amenities are great. Check in and out procedure was smooth, literally less than a minute. Highly recommend for families with children

Og heller ikke maskinene som står på området for å booke aktiviteter ville virke. Gikk for å bestille aktivitet i resepsjonen og ble solgt billetter til aktivitet som var stengt for dagen...
- Ashley (5/5): Activities were children were great but the lack of amenities was a big surprise. - I like the fact that there was a wide variety of activities for my daughter; however, I couldn't book the activities online. I had to use the kiosk or had to send messages to staff via Whatsapp. There was no AC in the room. There were days with temperatures reaching 35 degrees in C, and it was unbearable. Also, I wish there were a warning about the lack of amenities. I was surprised to see having not even a hand soap in the room. 3 sets of towels and 1 roll of toilet paper were provided initially, but after that, everything had to be purchased. As a first-time visitor, a fair warning about what's not provided would have been helpful.

- Rayudu (9/5): Pleasent - We stayed in the venue couple of days with bunch of families and friends. The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The cottage was good for 4 people and was clean. You can say the cottages are aged but that didnt make them any less appealing, they were worm inside during the December night but they switched off the heaters during day (its not big deal because we are outside anyways). There are plenty of options for children to be entertained and be engaged. There are few restaurants and supermarket inside, so you dont have to worry about food. Its a rather big park, so if you are coming as group it would be better if you book cottages close by. Not the fanciest of places but will definitely recommend for families with kids for few days because it will not burn a hole in your procket Some of the cottages at the edge of park will get noisy if you keep doors open because there is road next to them. TV's are not connected to internet which is problem if you come with children.

- Patricia (9/5): Great place for children and families. - The facilities on the park were excellent and the lodges were very comfortable. The children had a fantastic time in Discovery Bay and Aquq Mundo. There were plenty of other activities but these were quite expensive. Although I asked to be placed close together we were spread out throughout the park. I could have paid to be close together but as I had booked 5 cottages it would have cost me another £1000. I also had problems with paying for the booking. My credit card kept being rejected and then it was blocked because of the pending payments De Vosseman kept trying to take and then sending back.

The aqua mondo was fab and even with the amount of people, you never felt like there wasn't room in the pool There wasn't anything we didn't like.
- Cindy (1/5): Never ever stay here unless you have nowhere else to stay - Only the location. The fact Center Parcs is running a fraudlent operation with their advertising of their accomodations. The cottages are nothing ike the pictures they sold me on. Their pictures made the cottage look beautiful and spacious when in fact they were small, musty, broken windows and zero provisions. They didn't even provide soap to wash your hands. Additionally, in the summer months, these cottages are uninhabitable. They have no air conditioning so in order to cool the cottage you can only open windows with no screens. Not only were the windows mostly broken but there were no screens and tons of mosquitoes. So your only option for staying there is to sweat in the heat or getting eaten up by mosquitoes. It was so bad, and the resort was so unhelpful, I was unable to stay even one night of my 4 night stay. And to make it even worse, I've called and messaged Center Parcs multiple times to request some type of credit and they've never answered!!! The setting is beautiful but the staff and accomodations are a dump and the ownership should be embarrassed.

As first-time visitors to both Center Parcs and Belgium, we were delighted by the exceptional cleanliness, the vast park with numerous activities, and the spacious lodge with a beautiful view of a serene pond. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire park. The attention to detail in ensuring a pristine environment was evident, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. The park itself offered an array of activities for everyone to enjoy. We had a blast cycling, running, and participating in various water sports. The options seemed endless, and it was a delight to have such a diverse range of activities to choose from, catering to every family member's interests. Our lodge exceeded our expectations in terms of both size and cleanliness. The spacious layout provided ample room for our family of four, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We were particularly captivated by the view of the small pond at the back, which added a touch of tranquillity to our stay. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the central water park, which was nothing short of amazing. We spent an entire day thrilling ourselves on the slides and enjoying the wave-making machine. The facilities were modern, well-maintained, and provided endless hours of fun and entertainment for the whole family. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the convenient and modern system using bracelets. It made accessing various amenities and services hassle-free, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. The parking facilities were also excellent, ensuring a convenient and stress-free arrival and departure process. In conclusion, our first visit to Center Parcs in Belgium was an absolute delight. The only drawback we encountered was the limited food options, with predominantly fast food restaurants serving fried dishes. While this was a minor inconvenience, we would have preferred more diverse and healthier dining choices. However, this did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience we had at Center Parcs.
