• Sarah (9/5): A delightful stay at Vinci House in Rome - Our stay at Vinci house was great. The location was ideal and away from crowds which I liked. It’s also close to the train station which was ideal getting to and from the airport. Vincenzo was a great host, he sent us all the information we needed including a map which we used every day during our stay. The property was very clean, comfortable and the housekeeper was there everyday if you wanted clean towels etc. We would absolutely recommend Vinci House and if we do come back to Rome we will be booking again. The only thing was the window in our room you could only have it wide open and not open on a jar, we like to have a window open at night to let air in but there was no latch to keep it open just a little bit.
• JOOYEON (10/5): 여행객에게 최고의 숙소라고 칭찬하고 싶은 곳 - 처음에 문열고 들어가는게 좀 어려웠는데 한번 익숙해지니 오히려 안정감이 들었어요! 지하철 역과 멀지 않아 너무너무 편리하게 이동했고, 숙소 근처 치안이 안좋거나 무서운게 없었어요~ 로마 야경투어 신청했는데 모이는 곳이 빈치하우스 바로 앞이라 최고였어요! 조식이 없어서 아쉬웠지만, 빵을 비치해주셔서 배고플때 맛있게 잘먹었습니다~ 근처에 마트나 kfc 있어서 끼니 해결하기 좋았고, 무엇보다 호스트분께서 친절하시고 신혼여행이라고 하니 마음 담아서 서비스해주셔서 최고였답니다 ㅠㅠㅠ 문 여는 방법이 처음에 조금 어려워서 헤맸다는거 빼고는 모두 만족스러웠습니다 !!!

• Lori H (10/5): Great location in beautiful historic building with exceptional host! - Location was excellent. Walking distance from the main train station, easy access to the metro and walking distance to many attractions like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon and surrounded by many fantastic restaurants, coffee and gelato shops. As an added bonus, the location is just down the street from the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore where 8 Popes are buried. Breakfast was a pre-packaged sweet bun and coffee packets, but there were lots of places to buy breakfast including a supermarket a block away.

We managed to eat in all of his recommendations and they were all so amazing. It was so lovely to have recommendations from him that boosted our whole trip! It felt like such an authentic trip! The beds were so comfortable and the guest house was perfectly clean. Loved the pressure of the shower too! The location was perfect as it was in a little more of a quiet neighbourhood but still being close enough walking distance to all the main attractions. Would recommend and stay here again. Vincenzo even left a bottle of Prosecco for me and my partner as we were celebrating his birthday! Nothing all perfect

He met us at the property considerably early, explained all, gave us the key and let us leave our bags. We are looking forward to staying here again. - Vinci House is in a handy central location near Termini station.The room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Our host went out of his way to ensure we had all necessary pre-arrival information for a smooth check-in. He had lots of useful information about Rome, and excellent recommendations about things to see and do, and places to eat. His pride in his property and his city shone through. We are looking forward to staying here again! I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.
• Heidi (10/5): Great location, good value, recommended. - We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was comfortable and clean, and had all the basics you need. Despite it being March and somewhat chilly outside, the room was nice and warm. Vincenzo is a wonderful host who adapted to our later arrival time and shared tips on what to see and where to eat. The flat itself is in a convenient location a few minutes' walk from Termini station, and about 15min walk from the Colosseum. Several restaurants, supermarkets, and (most importantly) gelato shops on your doorstep. It also had a space we could store our luggage after checkout as our flight home was in the evening. Bathroom could do with a bit more counter/storage space; as two ladies with a million potions each, we had to store them in the room and take to/from the bathroom. Not a huge deal though as room had enough storage.

• John (10/5): A perfect stay! - The room (and bathroom) were very clean. The location was perfect and the host (Vincenzo) was really helpful and super friendly! The street outside had the occasional traffic noise given the location, but the rooms shutters were great at keeping it to a minimum, so we really can't complain. You'd have to be a VERY light sleeper to find it a genuine issue!

Vincenzo war super freundlich, hat uns die besten Plätze in Rom verraten & man hat sich direkt zuhause gefühlt. Das Zimmer war super sauber, toll ausgestattet und es hat eine an nichts gefehlt, die Lage ein Traum fast alles zu Fuß erreichbar und wenn man nicht so weit laufen will ist die Metro 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Freya (9/5): Great place to stay & very central - Vincenzo was very nice and welcoming. He gave us lots of tips for the city. The room was lovely, it was very clean. Even though the road outside was noisy with open window, it was very quiet with windows closed. The location is very central, only few minutes walk from the main train station and it’s easy to walk to all the main sites from here!

Außerdem konnte man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Trevi Brunnen oder das Kolosseum sehr gut fußläufig erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung!

• onur (10/5): - The owner, Vincenzo, is a great man, friendly, enthusiastic, and really wants to help your whole trip as if he is a close friend of yours that you can ask anything. The room was nice, comfy and quite. The location is very good. Near Termini station, but also far enough from a train station to start to get the city vibe and not feel all the hassle that is generally next to stations. You will find very good food and sightseeing options very near the hotel. Walkable to the historical center but not in it, so after a long day you might need a short taxi ride or transportation to return to the hotel.

Vincenzo was incredibly hospitable from the moment we arrived, taking the time to personally meet us, warmly welcome us, and share thoughtful recommendations for nearby sights, cafés, and restaurants. What we appreciated most was Vincenzo’s kindness and genuine care. When we needed medical assistance, he went out of his way and spent a considerable amount of time helping us find the right care, even arranging for his friend, who is a doctor, to come personally to the venue to attend to us. His support made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are deeply grateful. Vincenzo is a wonderful ambassador for Italy. Vincenzo was an excellent source of information. Although the building is over 100 years old, our room on the 2nd floor was spacious and comfortable. Trash bins located inside the building entry.

He was helpful sending all the information and answering our questions ahead of check in, gave us a lot of great recommendations and made sure our stay was as great. The rooms were comfortable, with good space and nice bathroom. Vincenzo was also quick to try and fix an issue we were having with the AC. He was also gracious enough to let us do a late checkout, which was very appreciated. We did have issues with AC not working and, while the host was super quick to bring someone to fix it, and indeed it was fixed for one room, my room still had problems the next night. Since we were only there for 2 nights, that means I couldn't sleep very well for the whole stay. We were out all day, so we could only test it at night before going to bed, which didn't leave time to alert the host. Perhaps having a fan in the room in case this happens would be a good solution.
• ALISON (10/5): Close to railway station, very comfortable. small property and superb personal service on arrival experience in a small - The view out the window back to Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. The level of personal service and local knowledge that the host provided us with on arrival. It is a a good walk to the area which has the majority of attractions so you need to be prepared to walk a lot. This did not bother us but it is time consuming.
• Lauren (8/5): Great place and amazing host! - Vincenzo was the most exceptional host, checking in with us before we had even arrived to make sure that he could be available to meet with us when he arrived. He went through our travel plans and gave suggestions of his own which really helped to make our short trip worthwhile. The accommodation itself is in a great location, not too far to get to the main tourist sites. The room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities, and we always had fresh water and pastries each day which was a nice touch. It wasn't always an issue, but the soundproofing in the rooms - we were woken by someone exiting through the doors at 5am one morning, making quite a bit of noise, and we could hear loud footsteps on the floor above each evening. This isn't really the host's fault though, and not much they can do! We had no noise issues from the street.

Vincenzo will make you feel secured, and he is always available to assist The ONLY thing I think needs improvement: the shower/ flow of the water shower should be more than it is now- otherwise. Perfect
• Vicky (9/5): Perfect - Voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen! Ontvangst door Vincenzo met uitgebreide informatie over het guesthouse, de buurt, adresjes om te eten,.. hij is ook steeds telefonisch bereikbaar! Zeer ruime en propere kamer/badkamer (worden dagelijks gepoetst). Tevens koffie/thee/water/haardroger aanwezig. Wifi goed. Airco aanwezig maar niet gebruikt. Het is een oud gebouw dus af en toe hoor je iets van de buren maar ons stoorde dat niet. Je moet vanaf de straat 4 deuren door alvorens je in de kamer bent, ik las er negatieve reviews van maar bij ons ging alles vlot en gaf extra gevoel van veiligheid. Alles op wandelafstand, Vaticaan is wat verder. Metro (lijn A) op einde van de straat - Roma Termini op 5min. /
