Thank you Phil( the host) for making our stay in Magnetic Isl - Fabulous B&B in a great location a short walk from Horseshoe Bay. The property is set in a secluded garden surrounded by woods and wildlife. Everything you need for a relaxing, away from it all holiday. Amazing. Nothing

• Lenora (9/5): A lovely retreat - Our stay at MI Bed and Breakfast was so relaxing - like staying with a friend. Phil was very generous with his time, knowledge and humour, and happy to pick us up even when it was late and drop us off even when it was early! His group breakfasts were delicious and healthy and it was lovely hanging out a bit with fellow guests from other countries.He also did a load of washing for us! Also loved the visiting birds and wallabies and the quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the place very clean😁 Sometimes walking home from the bus stop after a big walk seemed a bit hard but really it was a short flat walk in lovely countryside so no cause for complaint!

• Colleen (9/5): Relaxing and peaceful - Philip was extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Collected us from the ferry and took us on a quick orientation tour of the island. It was a bit further from the bus stop than I thought.

• Denise (9/5): A lovely quiet getaway. - Great breakfast, friendly and helpful host. Good suite for a family with slightly older children. Might not be suitable for toddlers (things within reach eg cords for blinds, kettle). Location is a little out of the way. Makes for a quieter, more peaceful stay, however!

Our host Philip was a delight to meet and an impeccable host and was incredibly helpful in giving us tips on things to do both before and during our visit and great insights about the island to ensure that we got the most out of our visit including stunning hikes, great snorkeling and close up encounters with Koala's and Rock Wallabies. We enjoyed meeting other travelers over breakfast and Philip made us all feel right at home. We would not hesitate to stay again in the future and already miss stay there.

Would definitely recommend sta - Bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean and the breakfast was substantial and delicious. Philip was an amazing host. Was picked up at the ferry and then taken to see the rock wallabies on the way back to the property, which was a really nice and welcoming touch. He is very knowledgeable about the island and gave really great suggestions of where to go, what to do and the best times of the day to do it.

Lovely, quiet, relaxed bushland setting with lots of space and privacy. Amazing breakfasts and so many wonderful things to do around the island. I highly recommend Philip's place and would definitely like to visit again.

Phil served up a fantastic breakfast and even made us cappuccinos to start the day. he was able to consider our personal situations and guide us to attractions that really suited our needs . Though not on the beach it’s not far down the road and well located to some of the islands main attractions .

The host goes out of h - Very clean, excellent host,extremely helpful and accomodating, breakfast excellent. Quiet location which was a big tick for us. Having to touch several door handles after attending the toilet to wash hands.
