• Ali (10/5): Family stayed with 7 people. - Very central, close to many restaurants and uber/taxi pick up areas. Property manager was very responsive.
• Audrey (1/5): Horrible - La communication avec l’hôte qui est très agréable. Tout absolument tout! Rien à voir avec les photos. Aucune solution de relogement. Appartement très sale, traces de pieds sur tout les murs. Dangereux une multiprise est sous l’évier de la cuisine deux prises sans caches. Les placards sont tous cassés. Les contours et têtes de lits déchirées. La cuisine impraticable tout est sale, gras. Les rideaux sont tachés les dessus de draps pleins de taches suspectes. La petite salle de bain est horriblement sale. Toutes les poignées et portes ou fenêtres présentent des soucis. L’appartement est inacceptable sans parler du bruit de la rue où on dirait que la fenêtre est ouverte en permanence. Et ce n’est qu’un simple résumé. Mais surtout ne vous faites pas avoir par ses photos où on dirait que l’appartement est très propre.

• florencia (6/5): Buena ubicación y atención, pero apartamento muy mejorable - En primer lugar, la ubicación es muy buena, en una zona tranquila que permite descansar sin problemas. El apartamento cuenta con tres camas de matrimonio cómodas y amplias, además de armarios grandes que facilitan la estancia. El servicio de limpieza incluía el cambio diario de toallas, lo cual se agradece. La cocina está bien equipada, con suficiente menaje para cubrir las necesidades básicas. La conexión wifi funcionó perfectamente en todo momento y, además, el anfitrión estuvo siempre atento y disponible ante cualquier consulta durante nuestra estancia. El estado del apartamento deja bastante que desear y necesita una renovación importante. Varias ventanas están en mal estado: algunas no cierran correctamente y otras carecen de picaporte. La primera noche, debido al viento, los constantes golpes de las ventanas resultaron muy molestos e impidieron el descanso. Además, encontramos el fregadero y el bidé atascados, lo que supuso una incomodidad añadida. La limpieza general, tanto de las paredes como del suelo, es claramente insuficiente. La tostadora, por su falta de higiene, no se pudo utilizar. Por otro lado, el sofá cama es muy incómodo. Tuvimos que colocar el colchón en el suelo, ya que los niños notaban los muelles y no podían dormir adecuadamente.

• Max del Val (8/5): Piso céntrico en Trastevere - su ubicación en Trastevere, a pasos del río Tíber. Rodeado de restaurantes auténticos, bien conectado con el transporte público y a solo unos minutos caminando del centro histórico de Roma. Intentamos hablar con el propietario del piso para poder hacer un check out mas tarde de lo establecido ya que teníamos la media maraton de Roma. Aun así, el propietario no contestó hasta el mismo dia del evento y no nos dejó ducharnos.

• Sharp (9/5): Perfect location in the heart of Trastevere with easy access to all the sites, great food, and wonderful night life! - Excellent location! Very timely staff! Extremely comfortable beds! Very cold A/C in the summer! Great shower with very hot water even after several showers. Parking was difficult for us due to a large vehicle. There is a garage nearby but we weren’t able to access it.

Lack of parking space, there is a garage nearby, but reservation to a spot ahead of time. One inner window couldn't be closed. Bready to climb a couple of floors since an elevator is not available.

• Tony (1/5): Disappointing and frustrating.Avoid particularly in summer. - Located in Trastevere The electrical system is not fit for purpose. The safety switch tripped out many times during our 2 day stay . This meant the air conditioning would switch off in the middle of the night . Washing would stop mid cycle .. fridge stopped working. This would also occur when you were not there , so after a day sightseeing, you come home to a hot apartment, washing cycle incomplete and the fridge turned off . Or wake up in the middle of the night , hot , because the air conditioning had switched off. Thankfully it was a short stay . Most disappointing is the host has not bothered to reply to any of my complaints.

• Sinéad (6/5): I won’t stay here again pictures looks lovely but they must have been taken a while back - On arrival staff were friendly and it’s a big 3 bed apartment There was a bad smell of smoke and the shower heads in both showers were broken. Apartment need a clean too. The kitchen table leg was broken too and the electrics kept tripping.

It was missing some basics like paper towel and soap in the bathrooms. Also the shower heads didn’t work well so we had to use the sprayer. The internet for the back rooms wasn’t functioning.

• Paula (8/5): Good option with a perfect location - The apartment it’s perfect for a big group of friends/family. Location is really good!! I would definitely recommend it. I would expect the apartment to be equipped with everything that’s needed for a big group. Not enough toilet paper, kitchen utensils, etc.
• Ruth (10/5): Perfect location, great staff, very good value - The space is completely equipped with everything you need to feel like you’re at home. The location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. Massimo and his team were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. You can’t drive up to the building because the streets are small. Getting a taxi requires you to walk to a big street but it’s a short walk. A minor inconvenience but we didn’t mind.

We were looking for our apartment, then one of neighbours come to warn us about the noise. The apartment was not cleaned. Also, I left my hair straightener, so I asked the owner to send me back it py post. I suggest to pay for it, but the owner answered that he has no time to go somewhere.
