- E. (5/5): Our stay at Palm Menara - The staff was very friendly and the room clean . The traffic in front (and side) of the hotel is extremely loud and smelly. Very busy junction!
The breakfast was very basic and the coffee barely drinkable. The pool and roof terrace was closed the first day (weather?!).
The double room was very small and the bathroom clean but out dated.
Although the stay was not very expensive the value for money was to low.
Last but not least.. the bed was very hard so combined with the traffic noise we didn't sleep well and let's face it .. that is what it's all about!
- Xhixha (8/5): Very good -
- Kristin (6/5): It served its purpose, but I certainly wouldn't want to stay here for more than a night. That said, The man at the f - I booked this hotel because it was close to Jardin Marjorelle. While the location was very close to the garden, it's at an extremely busy intersection with a lot of car horn honking, and the sound of cars and motorcycles went directly into my room. And the sheets were possibly the most stiff and rough sheets I've ever experienced.
- Qadeem (1/5): Waste of money - Spacious and big. Reception staff was nice except some low iq idiot I was spied and followed around I’m a Pakistani married to a Moroccan woman and they made false accusations without even asking for proof which they can’t anymore.
- Shana (8/5): Very good -
- Pradeepan (10/5): If you are looking to explore Marrakech and want to stay in the centre & good area. This is good. - The location is great and the staff is friendly. Especially Muhsin from front desk was pleasant and helpful as the first contact of the hotel he welcomed us with a warm welcome and was helpful throughout have to mention that. Nothing.
- Mathew (10/5): Highly recommend. - Breakfast and location is good. Staff is very helpful. Location and room is nice
- Salwa (3/5): i will never stay there again. the only positive thing were the staff. they were very helpful - the room was too noisy. there was no double glazing, so you can hear everything in the street
the room didn't have towels when i checked in and i had to wait a couple of hours before taking a shower
the bathroom stank of sewage very badly and the smell entered the room as well
the breakfast was average
- Anton (7/5): Very practical and good value for money - Efficient, clean, professional. Very reasonable prices. The food wasn’t great, but that is perhaps to be expected.
- Sara (7/5): Good - The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great. The breakfast selection was very small and it was mostly cold and not great with only 2 warm food options.
- Dawn (6/5): Pleasant -
- Aadil (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern room, very clean, good location, great staff specially mohsin on front desk helped us loads, would definitely stay here again Pool is on roof top for us it's was fine but may not be for everyone
- Mohamed (4/5): Disappointing - To much noise room werry close to road
- Imoh (5/5): Passable -
- Siok (7/5): Good - Clean
- Alexandra (8/5): Comfortable room, close to Jardin Majorelle - The staff was very helpful and the room was spacey and comfortable. The hotel is located over a noisy road, so when we opened the window to get some fresh air, we had to cope with the hustle and bustle.
- Timur (7/5): Good -
- Taiwo (8/5): Very good -
- Luka (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, big rooms, great staff.

Good place , Clean Nothing
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Gloria (5/5): Alright. Comfy bed. Disappointed in their response to building customer satisfaction. - The breakfast was alright but rather expensive. If one has time it would be better to go offsite and eat more for less $ I was extremely disappointed to be placed in a room where the window was not sealed. There was a significant gap that started midway up and widened to the top. This made for a very noisy room (street side). They were not willing to move me to another room until the second night. No compensation whatsoever for the sleepless night. I expected more from a reputable hotel and price. That room should not have been booked to patrons until it was repaired!
- Elhachimi (7/5): Good - All it s clean Rough bath towels
Need to change it
Really I didn’t use them
I couldn’t, so old
- In (7/5): Good -
- Ioannis (1/5): Don’t go there. Totally untrustworthy and noisy hotel - Total crap The hotel is in the middle of an intersection and the noise from vehicles was enormous. We could’t sleep all night. In the evening as well as in the morning there was not hot water to take a shower. The parking was outside in front of the hotel but the lots were not enough so easily we wouldn’t have find to park. We had booked for two nights but we had to leave after the first night due a death in the family. The hotel manager told us that if booking.com agrees he would refund us the night that we didn’t stay. But finally they informed us that because of the high season they lost the night and they won’t refund us. Totally unreliable. They lied to a family that had a death loss.
- Boutaina (9/5): Good - Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, especially Mohcine, we could call him and ask for anything at any time. Great service!
- Etudo (1/5): Short and awful. - Closeness to les Jardins Majorelle Extremely hostile and disrespectful staff. Ugly rooms.
- Giovanni (1/5): Bad -
- David (8/5): Good ! - Good location. Very friendly staff
- Nadir (9/5): kind of centre of marakesh all good - location very Ahmad was good everything
- Gisela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muzaffar (8/5): loved it - very nice and clean, lovely staff, very welcoming reception. shower and taps are corroding, wash basin sides moulding. No Iron or ironing table availability.
- Badreddine (9/5): Superb -
- Radi (7/5): I will always visit Minara Palm hotel when I visit Marrakech . - Proppe were lind and Nice.I am sure I will visit Marrakech during this year 2023. I would like to stay in The same hotel. Minara Palm hotel. People , climate and food.
- Ricardo (5/5): Passable -
- Mike (5/5): Ok for a stop over but not good for a holiday stay - Breakfast was bland, not much choice Heating control didn’t work, it was to hot and the traffic noise was to load
- Sid2022 (5/5): Passable -
- Zain (10/5): Very good experience - Receptionists were very helpful
- Ignacy (7/5): Good -
- Sadiyah (9/5): Lovely stay, great service - Booked 3 rooms at Palm Menara. All of the staff were super helpful and welcoming especially Mohcine and lahlay (I think it was).
The cleaning staff went above and beyond with their daily cleaning service!
I found the location ideal as it's a 5-10 minute drive from most places I wanted to visit (old town Medina, Menara mall) and there's loads of restaurants and cafes and shops within walking distance (Gueliz and Hivernage)
It's just across the road from the YSL mansion/Jardin Majorelle and you can see the pretty palm trees behind the petrol station.
Taxis are always available just outside the hotel, as well as a couple of bus stops (I didn't catch the bus but there was regular service)
The sky lounge (terrace) has a pretty view of the city, the long roads below, and the Atlas mountains.
The hotel have indoor and like an outdoor glass conservatory dining area which is a nice place to chill.
The reception staff printed off our boarding passes for our return flight (not sure if Menara airport accept mobile boarding passes) and introduced us to Mohammed (excursion agent and driver).
We arranged a couple of trips with Mohammed who was so laid back, funny and reliable. His English is great too (we don't speak much french or Arabic/darija). The main road the hotel is on is always busy and the noise of the traffic can be heard from the rooms however the noise would be a bit quieter at night and it's nice to look out to the long busy roads from the room window.
- Pedro (8/5): Friendly staff, nice place to enjoy Marrakech’s center. - very friendly staff, security guards made a point of coming to tell me not to worry about my motorcycle parked in front. It was appreciated! Reception staff also very hospitable.
Also liked it was just a few blocks to get out of Marrakech instead of dealing with medina like traffic. I would have preferred more comfortable bed covers.
- Christine (9/5): pleasant delightful - clean all good
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Rachid (8/5): This property is better than most in Morocco and well worth the cost. - The air conditioner was AMAZING!
The staff was attentive and courteous.
Easy and free parking! The shower/tub basin was awkwardly high and the hands-free shower head holder didn’t work.
- Fadoua (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ines (8/5): good value for money and ubication - value for money only 1 elevator
- Aimane (7/5): Good -
- Nisrine (8/5): Very good -
- Aminebs (9/5): Superb -
- Jrhaz (5/5): Passable - The staff were friendly and helpful.
Free parking available in front of the hotel.
The location was close to most attractions in Marrakech. The place needs some maintenance. The AC wasn't cooling the room enough which is a major problem during the hot summer days in Marrakech. The place only has a small swimming pool on the rooftop. The family room on the top floor gets super noisy when the swimming pool is being used.
- Daniel (5/5): Passable - Rooms are decent, AC works well, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was not good at all, dirty cups, uncooled food, no fruit, coffee did not taste well! Pool is very shallow and not clean. Too expensive for what one can expect for this price.
