- Siino (6/5): - Their spa isn’t open. This is information they need to add onto their website. I booked this hotel mainly for the facilities and I ended up going to another hotel for a sauna and spa
- Huseyin (7/5): A bit unpleasant stay - Spacious room Room has no safe for values; Both hot and cold waters are weak. This might be a problem of the city. Too noisy at nights. The second and third floors are allocated to a karoeke club which runs till 4am in the morning. The 16th and 16l7th floors are designated to graduation parties etc. As a result, lots of noise is generated. I stayed 5 nights and 3 nights I could not sleep..So if you are a light sleeper go elsewhere.

It is a little way from the city centre, which I should have paid attention to. UB traffic is really really bad so closer to the city centre (or closer to the airport) is probably more ideal.

- Melvin (10/5): Everything was perfect from the room to the staff to the food. I would stay here again without hesit - A great lace to stay close to the city centre. Amazing staff and the food in the 16th floor restaurant was second to none Rooms a bit too warm but other tourists staying in other properties had the same issue. The room windows can be opened so it is possible to regulate the heat

- Ernesto (8/5): Good value for money - I enjoyed the large room, cozy bed and warm environment. The restaurant at the 16th floor is good for breakfast and meals, with a panoramic view of the city. I liked the view over the city and double exposure of the room. Toilet was spacious and with all amenities, and slippers were included which is great. They were doing works at weekend in the middle of the night, from 11pm ahead to 3am. Staff is kind and available although they do not speak English so communication is very limited. Also no vendor machine is available on site.

On day 3 the staff asked if there was anything else I would like for breakfast besides the items on the menu so I gave them a list and these were provided every day for the rest of my stay. The signs in the elevator said that breakkfast was on floor 15, whereas it was actually on floor 16.

- nik6628 (10/5): - Отель очень даже не плохой, некоторая мебель маленько под устала но это не как не повлияло на наше проживание и впечатление.Спустя несколько часов после заезда выяснилось что не работает унитаз но нам без проблем поменяли номер на более комфортный.Так же без проблем нам оформили ранний заезд(мы приехали в 7 утра),а так же продлили комнату до 4 часов тоже без каких либо сложностей , всё за отдельную плату.На 16 этаже есть ресторан с приятным видом и очень даже не плохой кухней и адекватными ценами. Завтраки в ресторане в принципе приемлемы не ждите какого-то выбора как в мешленовском ресторане 😉 всё как везде но что очень не понравилось так это то что практически все было холодным, омлет, сосиски,овощи гриль.

There’s hotel was very clean and it’s clear that the cleaning staff work hard to maintain it. Some things were quite misleading based on the photos. For example, the pool and sauna, etc. all have extra charges as they are part of the spa. Breakfast tasted very cheap. Lastly, when booking a taxi to the airport, the hotel added an extra 50,000 to what is the standard price and said ‘this is our charge’ so they’re effectively making money from someone else’s service. As you can tell, there’s a lot of money grabbing. I also got this hotel on a discount and my rating would be far lower if I was expected to pay the full price on this site.

- Avagoodweekend (4/5): Too far from centre and full of tour groups - Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on 2 separate occasions as part of a tour. The hotel is several kms from the main square and with the appalling traffic in UB it is a long walk to town. It is packed with large, annoying tour groups who clog up the lobby and lifts then decend on breakfast like locusts. There are only 2 lifts for hundreds of guests and both operate on independent buttons so everyone tries for both which adds delays - waited 10 mins for one after breakfast! Speaking of breakfast - it isn't great and definitely not a 4 star hotel offering. Try to be on the 16th floor breakfast group as it is more spacious and had a better selection. The 15th floor option was dire - food ran out, selection was poor and some if it smelled rotten. Aircon didn't work well on the western side of the hotel during our first stay but was fine on the eastern side when we returned for 2nd stay. Bathrooms getting a bit tired. Beds were OK but the weird bead pillows were not to our liking. There are many better options in UB - better priced and better located.

- Kevin (10/5): Excellent place in the city centre with good food options and friendly staff - Wonderful reception staff / the female manager was superb and made my stay very easy, thank you for your kindness and information. The coffee shop serves delicious coffee and sandwiches and the Irish pub on floor 16 serve excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. Room is clean and comfortable and perfect for trip planning to the national parks and accommodation team were so lovely giving me lots of water on request. Just the breakfast could be improved. A lot of the hot food was cold and staff were not overly friendly / welcoming. It was just quite a contrast to how pleasant the staff in the rest of the hotel were.

Transportation to the airport was easier as they are slightly away from the city center. Newer hotel and mostly clean inside. Plenty of restaurants nearby within a walking distance. TV didn't work (but I was too tired to notify them to fix the issue) Bathtub wasn't the cleanest possible. Slipper was thin.

The bed was comfortable. 3. One of the room we stated the toilet did not work, we moved to another room, it was ok.

Some staff spoke English very well, some were alright, but overall, we were able to send our message across. The MCX store/coffee shop by the 1st floor was great and had good cashmere selection! Also, the hotel has good restaurants on its own (and Irish pub with good food and a good Korean restaurant as well) You can't control the temperature in the room. It is centrally controlled by the city (according to the staff). It was set at 25 degrees Celsius. We were given a fan, which helped with the heat. The towels were a little worn out. They were frayed on the edges.

The restaurant food is delicious! Breakfast buffet is included with the room, but it’s a bit heavy for me- fish and chicken for breakfast? 🤣. The shower has plenty of hot water, good water pressure, too. The bed is soft! This is a very nice hotel.

I’ve never seen a smile on the staffs face during my staying 10 days. There were many small frying insects on the window glasses. The hotel skipped room cleaning a day and never apologized. I convince that the persons who choose this hotel will definitely regret their choice.
- Анастасия (10/5): Exceptional - The service at the hotel is good, excellent restaurants, delicious cuisine, a coffee shop on the 1st floor. The view is good. One of the disadvantages is that the bathroom is extremely inconvenient to use, it is mounted so that water flows down from the sides. The smell in the room is not very pleasant and musty because of the palace. But the view is good. Also, during the 12 days of stay, the bed linen was never changed, please note this.

The beds are really good First my Mastercard did not work when I arrived. But it worked when I left..:):) Some of the staff are absolutely not business oriented. Restaurant and bar closes early and in the bar no fingerfood. The bathrooms are new, but the quality of the equipment is low (cheap).
