• Adam (8/5): - One of the best breakfasts that we had in Taiwan, it is individually prepared and of very high quality. Also the staff is very helpful and can speak english fairly well, they were able to help us to even get a taxi on the next morning. Place in the centre of Ita Thao is also very good for staying at Sun moon lake. We chose the smallest room without the windows, which was okay (and we were even offered an upgrade, but we refused). The problem with this room was the humidity and air, because there was basically no ventilation (apart from the AC), so sleeping there is not really comfortable and also if it is rainy (which was that day), you have basically no chance of drying your clothes during the night.

• Alexisk (9/5): Good place on the shore of Sun Moon lake. - Spacious apartment with comfortable beds. The breakfasts they provide are excellent. Quite simple, but very savory. The WiFi signal was weak. One should bring his own soap.
• Juergen (8/5): - Wir hatten das große Familienzimmer. Das kostet zwar ein bischen mehr, aber ein fensterloses Zimmer etc. wollten wir auf keinen Fall! Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und modern ausgestattet, ebenso das Badezimmer. Preis-Leistung für den Sonne-Mond-See hervorragend! Auch das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir wollten noch eine zweite Bettdecke, die eigentlich kostenpflichtig gewesen wäre, haben wir kostenlos erhalten! Beim Frühstück gibt es kein Buffet sondern alles serviert, aber in einer sehr guten Qualität, z. B. mit echtem Orangensaft (nicht aus der Chemiefabrik!). Ebenso die anderen Gerichte wie Rührei, Würstchen und die Nudeln geschmacklich sehr gut. Das Frühstück wird auf die Minute pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt auf den Tisch gestellt. Kann hier nur jedem empfehlen das Miller Resort zu buchen, der den teilweise Wahnsinnspreise am Sonne-Mond-See entkommen will. Hier bekommt man Qualität für sein Geld.

No one is manning the desk after 8pm and the food stalls along the street are closed after 8pm (I still prefer this Ita Thao area than ShuiShe)

• Capital (8/5): - I stayed for one night. The property was clean and even though they provide a zapper and traps for insects, I didn't need it (third floor). The only con is that the room design is a bit dated. The bathrooms seem fine other than the door not shutting completely.

• Yi Hsiang (8/5): 很不錯的廁所喔 - 1樓大廳看起來與一般的民宿沒什麼兩樣，但是進到房間之後的確被嚇到了，雖然擺設的風格有點混搭但是絕不馬虎，尤其是浴室媲美四星級以上的大飯店，甚至曾經住過的五星級也沒有像他們還有提供免冶馬桶。絕對值得來住

• Verified traveler (10/5): 乾淨、舒適、良好的服務 - 訂得是比較小的標準雙人房，雖然房間沒有窗戶但一點都不潮濕，也沒有發霉，相當乾淨。浴室水壓、水溫都很足夠，洗起來很舒服。房間隔音良好，床的軟硬度也很適中。 早餐採自助式buffet，中式、西式都有，菜色選擇沒有到非常多，但該有的都有，也都不錯吃。有問題跟老闆娘反應都會即時處理，服務親切有效率。

• Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent location - Excellent location just one street away from Ita Thao Old Street. Clean room, comfortable bed. They have filtered water in the room so it was very convenient. Breakfast wasn't particularly delicious but it was a good option as this was not in the large Taiwanese cities like Taipei or Taichung, where street breakfast was aplenty.
