- Danielle (7/5): Great location for getting to main train station. - Good location for being near main train station
- Guillermo (8/5): Good place with miniscule bathrooms - The staff was very friendly and accommodating, specially considering I don't speak any Japanese. They had umbrellas available for guest while it was raining, which was very appreciated. While I don't mind the room being on the smaller side, the bathroom was incredibly miniscule, to the point where it was very uncomfortable to use the toilet and taking shower.
- Elaine (7/5): Would stay again if for 1 night - Clean, did what it was suppose to. Very small space but fine for 1 person Bathroom was so small
- Linda (9/5): It was an excellent 11 day stays, affordable and very convenient, as well as daily room service! - Excellent location for convenience and easy access to local train lines. The hotel has a 7-11 directly linked to the lobby, as well as a Family Mart & Lawson within 5 minutes walk. All in all, it was a very central location that I appreciated! There is not much, if any I have complaints about during my stay here, I suppose I could point out that there is only 1 elevator for the building so waiting for it during peak hours could be annoying.

- Henry (6/5): - Small, period. Our family of 4 with luggage barely fit into 2 rooms. Room was relatively dusty, wall part in both rooms had many scratches. The photos definitely make it seem larger.
I'd say the size of the room is suitable for a 1 person stay only. Our rooms were both less than 120 sqft each
For a bit more money compared to what paid for this place I rebooked an apartment hotel 7 min walking away and got almost 5 times more space!
This place was good for anyone who does their research properly. When other reviews say the rooms are small, they're not kidding. Look up the room sqft sizes before booking.
Goes without saying the bathroom was extremely small as well. My nose would hit the door if I was sitting on the toilet with door closed.
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- Matthew (10/5): Tiny room but I guess that's normal in Tokyo. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. -
- Hue (8/5): Very good -
- Nitin (8/5): Very good -
- Louis (9/5): Amazing value and location. Room small but perfect for one. - Did not try the breakfast but the price was exceptional for the location (close to Tokyo station). The room was perfect for a single person. Room might have been a bit small for a couple staying in it but perfect for one. The bathroom was also a little bit of a squeeze as the toilet was very close to the wall and the door. Not great for slightly bigger individuals.
- Mana (10/5): - スタッフの方優しい対応でした。
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Sungwuk (1/5): worst hotel - nothing everything
- Ha (5/5): Passable -
- Marlen (1/5): Bad -
- Karolina (10/5): Quiet and peaceful. - Everything. Nothing.
- Pilynn (9/5): Superb - The room is nice and clean. The staffs are helpful and I can leave my luggage even I already checked out. A bit far to walk from Tokyo Station on the rainy day.
- Shigeru (8/5): - 朝食のお弁当がおいしかったです。
- Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Haralds (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alexander (6/5): It was good but average - close to Tokyo Station was very good , it had a 7 eleven supermarket so I was able to get coffee every morning and pre packaged food was available to buy as well as alcohol and snacks, very quiet location, the room was small but ok since I was a solo traveler overall the property was good I would prefer the remote control for the tv was written in English I had no idea how to work the tv , the channels they were pre recorded with limited choice I would prefer they had the local station with English News plus You Tube and Netflix . The bedding was average, the pillow was hard and the quilt was very thin.
- Benjamin (10/5): - room too small
- Sylvester (9/5): Recommended - Its clean and tidy. Room can be too small
- Bussabong (3/5): Pick another hotel! - Can’t think of any. The smell of the room is the worst. Also the room is very small. Location is not good either, it’s in a dark small alley, quite far from the station.
- Shivani (7/5): Ideal for short stays - Hotel's location is ideal and connected to major parts of Tokyo via metro. Baggage storage is very helpful if you have to run to meetings after check out. Good place to stay for 1-2 nights. The walls are pretty thin and room is quite small. But, for the price, it has all the necessary amenities and is quite clean.
- Kasarlina (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and quiet. Convenient. Friendly staff. Carpets were dirty. Small bathrooms but it’s Japan utilizing space.
- Kimchee (3/5): Disappointing. - Nothing much. It's relatively fast from the station; the room was small with poor interior arrangement; breakfast was in box, ate in the room; hotel located in business district, thus surrounding area was quiet and dark in the evening; hotel rate was high at that level of quality; for just an evening rest was acceptable, nothing other than that.
- Gunawan (8/5): Very good -
- Aurora (7/5): Good -
- Marie (8/5): Very good -
- Hmz (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel price was so cheap and comfortable The woman on the counter behavior was very bad 👎
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jill (6/5): Good budget hotel in a convenient location. - Location is good. Short walking distance to 2 subway lines. Also has a lot of restaurants nearby and a convenience store in the hotel ground floor. The bathroom is too small even for Japan single room standards. I’ve been to many single rooms in Japan, but this is the smaller bathroom I have ever tried. My elbow keep bumping the wall when showering.
- Ali (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denisa (8/5): Very good - Great location, 7eleven next door The room is very small
- Kafirin (7/5): Good - Location! The rooms are a bit too small
- Sukru (9/5): Superb -
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Typical small Japanese hotel but it was exactly as expected! The staff was kind, and there is a 7-11 attached to the lobby. We booked very last minute and the price was still reasonable. Good location if you want to be near the station. I would recommend this place, just be aware of the small bathroom. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the last 6 weeks I've been in Japan, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this bathroom easily wins an award for the smallest bathroom I've ever been in. I'm 6 foot tall and sitting on the toilet my knees were less than an inch from the wall in front of me... It was still a functional bathroom, but tall travelers beware....
- Solotravel31 (10/5): Walking distance from metro lines that can take us to major sightseeing spots - Walking distance from the metro (Nihombashi Station and Kayabacho Station). 7-11 is just next door if you ever need a late night snack. Location is convenient to the CBD and just far enough from the CBD hustle and bustle. There were two of us in the semi-double room and we had a total of 3 suitcases. The room is too small and cramp for 3 suitcases.
- Mari (7/5): Good -
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional - Rooms very small, but comfortable enough
- Job (10/5): - Smallest room but all you need. Breakfast in a lunchbox to be picked up at the reception. Free umbrellas, kind service
- Maximilian (10/5): Exceptional - The street where the hotel is, is full of Sakura trees. It's absolutely beautiful during the blooming season (luckily this happened when I was there).
The room is small but it's more than enough for what I need (rest from a full day in town).
It's quite close to the Tokyo Central station and it has a 7-eleven right besides (it's not open 24/7)
- Toshifumi (9/5): Good location and clean room. - Location is good and room is clean. Stuff is very friendly. I love it. N/A
- Romualdo Bustos (10/5): - Excelente ubicación
- Chloe (7/5): Good -
- Sofia (9/5): It was a short but profitable stay - It was well located & comfortable. The bedroom was very small.
