• Enrique (2/5): In overall one of the worst places I´ve ever slept among with airbnb in Venice, Italy in the past - I´d like to highlight the fact the recepcionist along with the old lady which was in charge to carry on with the cleanning were really fine. This negative aspects I´m going to mention doesn´t have to be with any of them. Almost nothing, the kindness of staff which they agree to change my room and the location next to one of the most relevant museums in IZMIR and also to a street market. The size of the rooms, the cleanliness, all the rooms were stinky of cigarrete (I understand it´s a cultural thing in Turkey but for safety protocol and respect to the other guests it should be forbidden to smoke inside of the rooms), all walls were splashed with a subtance, floor tiles were dirty upon arrival, the equipment in the washroom were rusty, dirty and old, my initial washroom also was horrible, incredibly small and you need to crap and shower in the same place, all the white items, such as towels, linen, and blankets had a dubious appearance. To summarise the reality inside of the hotel do not match with the photos in the description.

Via-se claramente que era um pano que já tinha sido utilizado. Eu não recomendo. “Subi no quarto e vi a situação horrorosa, eu saí de imediato do hotel e entreguei as chaves, o senhor se recusou a me devolver o dinheiro, eu perdi a estadia, tive de ordenar um novo hotel para ficar com a minha família, porque as situações eram deploráveis. Muito me espanta que este alojamento esteja ainda no Booking, numa plataforma confiável como o Booking.

• Лиана (4/5): - Ничего не понравилось, ужасный отель, я не знаю откуда эти фото которые представлены для бронирования Всё, полы грязные, раковина грязная, туалет и душ вместе, сидишь на унитазе и моешься под душем, все грязное, постельное белье мятое, прозженное сигаретами, фото приложила, не рекомендую, за такой номер и 1000р бы не отдала, а стоит 3400р, ужас, очень надеюсь что опубликуют мой отзыв, чтобы люди не попались также как мы

• Michael (5/5): Günstige Standard Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. - Die Lage ist gut und Geschäfte um die Ecke. Es ist ein Standard Hotel, wo es viele Raucherzimmer gibt. Entsprechend riecht es auf dem Flur, und man muss den Geruch an der Zimmertür aufhalten. Wir haben dazu immer Handtücher genommen. Es riecht nach kaltem Rauch, das ist nicht so angenehm. Die Betten sind leider durch gelegen und könnten modernisiert werden. Ansonsten der Gegend entsprechend im baufällig Zustand aber das ist glaube ich normal.

• Aguerrevere (6/5): Great location, poor rooms and cleaness - It’s really well located but nearby a dubious neighborhood, even tho everything went fine not all people probably consider it if they get close enough at lest than 1 street of the Agora Open City Musseum The room was really dirty in between dust and a bad bed already sunked bed, it’s not all tha proper for a hotel to rent a room in that condition, the bathroom have the biggest mold on the ceiling, and is always transpirating

There are no showers, no matter what you see in the pictures, its not true. stay away from here, its a scam who make money in 1 day payments before people actually run away

• Hayley (5/5): - The staff were friendly and the water pressure good. It is nothing like the photos. I asked for a non-smoking room and definitely had a smoking room. There was an ashtray in the room!! The bed was like sleeping on a rock, so hard, and the windows were falling off the hinges. For the price, it was passable, but definitely not comfortable.

The cleaning standards were lacking, and the smell of smoke cigarettes permeated the hallways, making it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, I wanted to invite my friend to visit me during my stay, but was shocked to learn that the staff required an extra payment of 500 lira just for a visitor to come to my room. This policy felt unreasonable and added to my disappointment. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

• Natalia (1/5): Жуткий отель. - Это ужасно. Никому не рекомендую. Фото не соответствуют реальности в этих номерах. Плохо все. Из плюсов-низкая цена. На этом все. Все не понравилось. Постельное белье -ужасное. Номер грязный. Прокуренный. Ванная комната-это просто кошмар. Кто едет-берите резиновую обувь, купаться придётся только в ней.

• gleb (6/5): Ну в целом нормально, своих денег стоит. - Нормальное расположение, своих денег стоит, так как я бронировал за несколько дней до приезда и они согласились продлить мое проживание ещё на неделю. А так же разрешили приехать с котом. Окна были нормальные с сетками от комаров. Матрас был нормальный Было очень накурено в номере, даже если в номере не курили, в целом отель очень прокуренный, пришлось покупать себе ветки лаванды, чтобы немного хотя бы перебить запах в номере. Ещё было довольно шумно, но это скорее из-за центра города.
