albert (7/5): bon séjour, mais déçu par l'acoustique des cottages, la qualité des matelas et le revêtement Aqua - les bracelets montre, tant pour l'accès au cottage qu'à l'Aqua mundo, l'aspect du site le cottage grincements désagréables lors du déplacement des chaises les nôtres et celles venant des autres cottages, ceci est dû aux patins sous les chaises en plastique dur et à la qualité résonante des parquets, en ce qui concerne notre cottage le 205 le matelas du grand lit gardait trop en mémoire l'intimité des précédents occupants. je veux dire que des creux étaient nettement visibles, ce n'est pas digne d'un center parc, de plus le revêtement des murs de l'Aqua mundo (rivière douce et grand bassin) était détérioré en trop d'endroit, à revoir.

Jennifer (4/5): Volgende keer een ander park. - Het was een erg mooi park. Er was behoorlijk achterstallig onderhoud en we hadden een huis aan het meer geboekt, bij aankomst was er geen meer te zien door achterstallig onderhoud en 3 meter hoog staand riet. Dit is gewoon misleiding. Tevens was het huis niet schoon. Klacht ingediend maar niets op terug gehoord.
Joep (8/5): Hele leuke vakantie gehad, de kinderen (en wij) hebben ons top vermaakt en als het aan ons ligt komen we nog eens terug - De activiteiten op het park en de kwaliteit van het park zelf. Verder was het eten in de restaurants boven verwachting, geen topkwaliteit maar wel beter dan we hadden verwacht. Ook al zeggen ze dat het gerenoveerd is, het is toch vrij basic en op punten wat verouderd. Het huisje was ook niet echt schoon dus moesten we zelf eerst nog poetsen.

Unable to download in England. whilst in france to download the app,all other apps had to be switched over to france. not something we wanted to do, therefore very difficult to navigate bookings etc . Food and drinks orders difficult without the app. very frustrating and time consuming .

Warren (10/5): Great resort with loads to do. - The location is beautiful right on a gorgeous lake absolutely full to the brim with wildlife such as swans, ducks, heron, beavers, and more. The water park is awesome with fun slides for different ages, wave machine, lazy river, rapid river, and a play area with slides and another for very little children. The kids loved it in there. They also loved the indoor golf, the Jeep safari and the Pony rides. There were a few outdoor play structures and the beach is also very nice. The food at the restaurants was good but we ate at the lodge more often for convenience and frankly greater choice from home cooking. Most of the staff spoke only very limited English which was a bit infuriating for English tourists, as well as German and Dutch tourists that prefer to speak English. The service at the restaurants is very slow, so prepare for dinner to be an event! Our dinner took 2 hours from start to finish at the Italian Restaurant there.
