Al mio arrivo ho persino trovato un assorbente nel bagno che già era sporco di suo con polvere, capelli a terra, piatto doccia indecente. Personale alla reception a tratti scortese ed invadente. Ero a farmi la doccia, mi chiudo in bagno e la porta si blocca, perché vecchia e rotta, la mia famiglia dopo 30 min di tentativi, riesce a farmi uscire ed il commento della receptionist è stato "Perchè ti sei chiusa in bagno? Siete in famiglia", invece di scusarsi per 1. non avermi avvisata della serratura rotta e 2. per non aver minimamente contribuito ad aiutare in nessun modo. No comment. Non credete ad una sola foto di booking, tutto falso. L'unica persona che si salva è la signora che si occupa delle colazioni, simpatica e disponibile sempre.

Alexvera (8/5): A comfy weekend stay - I had a lovely comfy bed and large balcony with sea view. The bathroom was across the corridor, and I had it to myself. All I wanted was a comfy weekend stay in a lovely place, and the hotel was perfect for this. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely, lots of home-baked cakes . The shower cabin is quite small. There is always somebody leaving early so I would recommend earplugs as the tile floors carry sound.

Carlo 7011 (8/5): Ottima soluzione - Signora della reception simpatica, gentilissima e iper dettagliata nelle spiegazioni. Colazione Top per un italiano, io ovviamente amo questa colazione e questa è pasticceria vera e fresca, ottima. La posizione comodissima. Appena esci dall'hotel vai a destra, scendi dalla stradina ed accedi al corridoio spiaggia con varie possibilità di fermarti per il bagno. Subito trovi un ristorante ottimo per il pesce e vista spettacolare, il Coccodrillo, continuando alla fine del corridoio c'è la salita per la pineta bellissima e grandissima che ha altre discese al mare. Castiglioncello super top.

Does not deserve it's price. - The location is very close to the see, the garden of the hotel is very beautifull, the hotel has free car parking. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is very old, the furniture and textiles inside the roooms needs serious renovation. The breakfast is very week, needs to be improved.

The rooms were also good value and the breakfast had a surprisingly large selection of pastries, fruit, and protein. It would be nice for the hotel to provide beach towels for guests and the wait time for check in was an hour.

All the staff, kitchen, reception, chamber ladies, all were really helpful and efficient. The balcony. The Location. Not much ... Silly things really, doors stuck probably due to heat. Shower head needed fixing. A little maintenance could really make a difference.

Manuel (8/5): - Das Hotel Costa Verde bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit einigen positiven Überraschungen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut gepflegt, der tägliche Room Service arbeitet zuverlässig. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Kleiderschrank, Fernseher, Klimaanlage und in meinem Fall sogar ein Balkon – allerdings mit etwas eingeschränkter Meersicht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche Personal. Cynthia an der Rezeption war nicht nur hilfsbereit, sondern sorgte mit ihrer humorvollen Art für gute Stimmung. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: In nur zwei Gehminuten erreicht man das Meer, ein Pool steht zur Verfügung, und in unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Pizzerien. Viele Ausflugsziele lassen sich zudem bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Allerdings gibt es zwei Punkte, die zu beachten sind: 1. Die Schalldämmung ist eher schwach – man hört die Nachbarn deutlich durch die Wände und Türen. 2. Mein Badezimmer befand sich außerhalb des Zimmers (wenn auch abschließbar und privat nutzbar), und die 80x80 cm große Dusche war für meine 1,90 Meter Körpergröße recht beengt. Fazit: Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit guter Lage, freundlichem Service und solider Ausstattung. Wer jedoch empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert oder mehr Platz in der Dusche benötigt, sollte diese Punkte bedenken. Für einen unkomplizierten Strandurlaub ist es jedoch eine ausgezeichnete Wahl.

Il n'était donc ni esthétique ni confortable. Ne pouvant pas profiter du petit déjeuner car nous devions partir tôt pour prendre le bateau, l'hôtesse d'accueil nous a proposé une solution : récupérer de la pâtisserie gratuitement, ce qui est très appréciable.

The condition of the room is quite bad compare to the price. The Hotel is very near seasides but they are all private access. I would find another hotel nearby with same price or paying little bit more. This place is suitable for young people who don't need care or service. The condition of room and the staff for check-in.

Elizabeth (8/5): Very pleasant stay - friendly staff and great position. - The receptionist, Cinzia, was so friendly and helpful. The room was bright, clean and well equipped. Lovely fluffy towels. Very good position close to the sea. They pride themselves on the breakfast but it was almost all sweet - just a bit of cheese and ham for those without a sweet tooth. There wasn't any hot water for the shower in the morning which was disappointing as it had been boiling the previous evening.

I didn't realize it was outside of the room and for the price, it's not worth it. I could've stayed somewhere else. I don't know how anyone taller than me (5"5) would shower, I was hitting my arms when washing my hair. I wouldn't recommend. Perhaps the rooms with bathrooms in them are better but definitely not small room with the external bathroom.

Si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia sul lungomare Colombo, dove si trovano locali e ristoranti con una buona cucina mediterranea. Il centro di Castiglioncello è molto carino con una grande pineta, dov'è è possibile fare delle belle passeggiate e nei pressi è possibile vedere il lungomare Alberto Sordi, vi consiglio di andarci al tramonto e veramente spettacolare.

La camera si presenta anche arredata con mobili nuovi il problema è che l' armadio puzzava fortemente di muffa, la vista giardino è vista parcheggio con tutte le persone che ovviamente vanno avanti e indietro. La TV è presente ma funzionano solo 3 canali. Rumori da fuori, da sopra, affianco e dal corridoio causa porte molto vecchie che si aprono facendo baccano e non sono porte adatte a dei corridoi perché mancano completamente di guarnizioni. La nota più dolente il bagno, con doccia con muffa e SENZA porta o tendina. Dentro lo scopino del WC una blatta. Appendini che si staccavano dalla parete. Carta igenica solo un rotolo se ne avevi bisogno di un' altro bisognava chiederlo. C'è davvero molta strada da fare per rendere questo posto accettabile.

Helen (8/5): Good value for money - Really great breakfast, friendly staff, huge balcony with a peak of the sea. Clean room. I didn't use it, but there was a pool. The wifi was fairly decent. The toilet was outside my room which was a bit inconvenient (not sure if the case for all rooms). I had to wait around for 15 mins to pay in the morning as the person on reception wasn't there.

Florencia (7/5): Good - Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. The facilities were fine but need a refreshment. We were a family of 4 and we got a room with beds for 3 persons.
