Deposito de agua en pasillo accesible. Las almohadas olían a sudor añejo. Pedí me las cambiaran. Pero al parecer las colchas o cobertores también olían muy mal. Porque el olor persistio. Ya no insistí por pena. Estuve 4 noches por no tener tiempo para cambiarme. Cuando me desocupe de mi curso. Cambie de hotel.

Z personelu jedynie właścicielka mówi po angielsku, jest prawie cały dzień i można liczyć na jej pomoc. Pokój jest sprzątany codziennie, ale trzeba o to poprosić. Mydełko i woda tylko pierwszej doby, ale to oczywiście drobiazg.

• Eduardo (9/5): Acogedor, limpio, cercano a la plaza principal - Las instalaciones del hotel tienen un toque vintage, el lobby es muy acogedor con variadas plantas que apuntan a una entrada de luz. La atención del personal amable y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que se necesitara. Queda a algunas cuadras del centro histórico de San Cristóbal pero se puede llegar fácilmente caminando a todos los lugares de interés. Las piezas amplias y las camas bastante cómodas. Todo siempre limpio. Encontré un poco oscuro los pasillos, incluso de dia, quizás se podrían instalar lámparas, acordes al estilo vintage, que proporcionaran algo más de luminosidad. Un detalle; las mucamas comienzan su trabajo demasiado temprano y se interrumpe el sueño con ruidos de arrastre de muebles.

Also the location is just on the edge of the center of the old town so it was very quiet except for the church bells. I will visit again and there are three or four excellent restaurants a minute away. Nothing about my stay was unpleasant. I can't think of anything bad to say.

The Hotel is about a 7 min. walk to the center in one direction on the same street as the main Cathedral. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Staff was very good. Maid services every day if you desire; I chose only every other day: no additional charge. Water bottle provided as well as shampoo, soap, toiletries. No air conditioning needed the temp at night is cool at this time and very comfortable. Room stays cool in the day. Great place at a good price.

• Ceegoo (8/5): Great hotel for the low price. - A great hotel for the low price. A short walk to the central park. Spacious room, comfy bed with soft sheets and lots of cozy blankets. Spotlessly clean. Fascinating lobby full of antiques. A church next door was a bit loud. Bells rang one morning very early and dogs barked in response. Also I could hear a lot of noise from other hotel guests.

Drinking water was provided, the wifi connection was good and there was plenty of hot water, which is important in San Cristobal which is cold at night. The hotel is quiet at night providing the other residents don't make a noise, but the rooms are not well insulated and you hear noise from other rooms, particularly if someone has the television on loudly. There were no bedside lights and no heating, although sufficient blankets were provided.

• Maurice (8/5): Extended stay at Hotel San Luis - Very comfortable here. The only complaint would be that you can hear clearly from other rooms, the talking and especially in the halls. Talked to the owners about loud voices in hall at 3 in the am two knights, she looked into it and the last night was quiet at that time.🙂

• Jonathan (10/5): A Real Find - Housekeeping every day, fresh towels, retractable clothesline in the bathroom, water bottles in the room, garafon on the landing and coffee in the lobby - this lovely family makes every effort to provide a quality stay that is very difficult to find at this price. The shower was very good, but just a little erratic, and the glorious old house does magnify sound a bit.

El único inconveniente es que le falta un vidrio a la venta del baño y la puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente, se abría a cada rato. Buen internet y la decoración del hotel es increíble: muchas plantas naturales. Lo que mas me encantó fue que la mayoría de los cuadros son rompecabezas enmarcados. Hotel que cumple con las 3 B. Cama super cómoda y muy tranquilo en general. Hotel a 3 cuadras del centro, transporte público que pasa afuera y te lleva a la plaza. Me gustó mucho este hotel.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Only gave four stars because noise from neighboring rooms was an issue, and water pressure on the sink was low.
