• Wael (8/5): - The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable. Being just a short walk from the T1 tram line and within easy walking distance of all the major Sultanahmet attractions (like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia) made our sightseeing incredibly convenient. You really can't beat the logistics of staying here. However, the hotel itself leaves a bit to be desired. It is definitely in need of some interior upgrades to feel fresh and competitive. One of the biggest disappointments was the rooftop; while it has the potential for a great view, the windows were quite dirty, which really took away from the value of being up there. It’s a great choice if you prioritize location above all else, but the management needs to put some work into the maintenance and aesthetics to make it a top-tier stay. The staff was very helpful. Needs upgrades and more focus on enhancing the roof level dining.

• Tina (10/5): Couple upgraded from New Zealand. - Originally we booked double or queen, however a smell was coming from the bathroom and night manager Burak found another room same day we arrived and upgraded us to a triple room which also had alot of extra space which we were very happy with. Burak was very kind and always offered to provide dinner to us if we hadn't eaten yet. Burak was lovely had lots of conversations.All the staff including Atilla & Adem, (Kitchen staff Tammy & Aysun were lovely). We were treated very well by everyone. Daily clean, towels, water & coffee/tea provided. Mini fridge was great. Shower plenty hot water a great pressure. We had a fantastic time in Istanbul 14 Nights. Location was the best, 5min walkor so to Blue Mosque and surrounding tourist features. In other direction 5min or so walk to Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was more suited to European tastes but we enjoyed the cereals. Second time Istanbul. Thank you, Tina & Shane. We were staying level 5 and the outside noise traffic & people was constant with no sound proofing, however to be fair we did book near sultanahmet for location so outside noise level expected.

• Laszlo (8/5): Kellemes és jó szálláshely, bátran ajánlom! - A személyzet maximálisan segítőkész volt. A recepción dolgozó Attila mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt. A szálloda nagyon közel van a történelmi látnivalókhoz, a T1 villamossal mindegyik nevezetes helyet el lehet könnyen érni. Az első emeleten volt a szobánk, de jó a hangszigetelése és nem volt hangos a forgalom. Az imára hívó hangot azért lehetett hallani - de hol nem? Az étterem a legfelső emeleten van ahol a képek alapján szép "rooftop" kilátás vártunk, de ehhez képest elég csúnya háztetőket lehet látni. Azért egy adott szögben látni a kikötőt és a tengert.

• Rotblond (7/5): - Расположение хорошее. Близко от Голубой мечети и Айя София. Очень хороший матрас, подушки, постельное бельё - спится сладко. Уборка достойная. Хороший напор воды в душе. Выдали по запросу дополнительные подушки. Хороший вид с террасы. На 4ку не тянет совсем. Очень маленький номер (респект фотографу - по фото так не скажешь). В неудобном и маленьком туалете постоянный мощный запах канализации. Кроме тапочек ничего больше не прилагалось (кроме дешёвого геля для душа и шампуня в бачках в душе). В жутко скрипучем и плохо закрывающемся шкафу неработающий сейф и 6 разномастных вешалок (видимо, от предыдущих гостей). Хоть отель и имеет СПА в названии, на самом деле это отдельное помещение со входом с улицы, т.е. в халате и тапочках не пройдёте. Хоть и были вдвоём, но была всего одна кружка и никаких стаканчиков. Завтрак посредственный, мягко говоря. Один раз сходили и больше не появлялись там.

• Matthias Gregor (9/5): Gut gelegenes Hotel mit netten Mitarbeiten - Das Hotel ist in der Nähe der Blauen Moschee und der Hagia-Sophia. (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es verschiedene Restaurants (die allerdings sehr auf Touristen ausgelegt sind) sowie auch 2 Supermärkte. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Çemberlitaş" ist gut erreichbar und man kann von dort schnell und günstig nach Eminönü (Fähranbindungen auf die Asiatische Seite oder den Bospurus runter) oder Karaköy (Galata-Viertel). Das Frühstück ist eher lokal gehalten, die Auswahl ist recht reichhaltig. Ich bin gut satt geworden. Tee und Kaffee steht sowohl beim Frühstück als auch auf den Zimmern zur Verfügung. Bonus ist beim Frühstück, die Aussicht vom Rooftop aufs Marmarameer. Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, den ich nicht wirklich gehört habe. Die Zimmergröße selbst war für mich vollkommen ausreichend. Nicht riesig, aber ausreichend. Großes Bett, insgesamt recht bequem. manchmal war der Flur recht hellhörig, sodass man mitbekommen hat, wann die Nachbarn auf die Zimmer gegangen sind. Im Bad haben Dusch-Türen nicht ganz so gut geschlossen, so dass etwas Wasser vor der Dusche stand. Duschkopf lies sich nur bedingt einstellen. Wifi vorhanden, allerdings manchmal schwankende Qualität.

Las habitaciones son amplias, comodas y limpias Pedí desayuno sin gluten una semana antes, llegué y no tenían nada, cuando pregunté me dijeron que me lo compraban pero que debia pagar un extra. Luego se retractaron y me dijeron que lo traerian al dia siguiente, al ver que yo llevaba pan y galletas me dijeron que no encontraron nada y nunca me trajeron desayuno. Si teneis alguna alergia sois huespedes de segunda y aunque hayais pagado igual no teneis los mismos derechos.

Uno de los camareros del desayuno fue muy amable. Los colchones pésimos, la persona de recepción que nos atendió el primer día, regular, nos respondió cosas que no eran ciertas y parecía poco interesado en responder. Como pasotas.
