- Robin (1/5): - Glass shower door Enough towels The skunk weed stink! You pot users need to treat the rest of us with kindness and keep your nasty stench out of places where other people are. I was made physically sick from your lack of decency to go to your car! At least cigarette smokers are decent enough to go outside! There were not facial tissues, plastic cups for water, it was dusty. Our room was changed to different beds without contacting us. The list goes on!

Very friendly and helpful Bathtub bottom was extremely slippery and breakfast was ok…wasn’t bad but not as good as we expected. Some of the outlets were worn out and the plugs would not hold the plug in any longer…they need to be replaced.

The front desk clerk was outstanding, very friendly and very informative. The room was spotless, inviting, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of foods, all of which were fresh and well stocked. I toally enjoyed my stay! Nothing!

We forgot milk for my granddaughter and the staff jumped at the chance to get us some from the breakfast area. All the staff was very personable and accommodating. My 8 year old granddaughter said the windows were too clean after she went head first into what she thought was an open door! 🤣

The room was nice and the shower was very good. We were unable to switch from air conditioning to heat. The thermostat kept going back to the cool setting. Fortunately, the outside temperature was warm enough that we were able to get by just fine with the fan setting.

- V8263OObarbs (10/5): We gave this hotel another chance - We had a bad stay in this hotel last March but this year our stay was smooth. We slept well which is the most important thing to me. The bed was comfortable…we did not get one soft and one firm pillow as advertised. All pillows were firm (soft is my preference). The tv is terrible and there is no guide….if you care about the tv, don’t stay here. The shower was great, good water pressure and clean. Only 2 bath towels provided which is not ideal. Women with long hair need 2 bath towels just for their self. A lot of choices at breakfast and Lorenzo is the best breakfast coordinator I’ve ever seen in any hotel. He is so nice and helpful and keeps the breakfast area well stocked and clean. I’m still waiting for my refund of half my points paid from our stay last year where we had a room with a broken window facing the interstate. Please send us an email (which is on file) to discuss our promised refund from last year. Why did I give this hotel a 5 this year? Because we slept well, the shower was great, and Lorenzo was working the breakfast area.

- 596fawng (10/5): Great place to stay with the best breakfast! - We stayed at this hotel on our way back from Texas. The hotel is extremely clean, we were greeted immediately upon arrival and had our room key within minutes! Our room was large, very clean, and quiet! Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Lorenzo works in the breakfast area and was extremely attentive to everyone. He went around offering everyone a bottle of water, he picked up empty plates and threw them away, he continually restocked the food, and he did it all with a smile on his face! This kind of hospitality is hard to find these days and we thoroughly appreciated it!

The pool was clean and just the right temperature. Breakfast was great with a special applause to the staff and cinnamon rolls. This hotel is the nicest one a I have stated in for the past 5 years! A Diet Coke would have been nice.

- Laura (10/5): Very clean and comfortable - The room was very clean, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in while traveling!!!! Pillows were great too. I had trouble with the remote and the manager of housekeeping brought a new one up immediately, along with a menu of channels they offered. The breakfast was great! There is a man working from the kitchen that was extremely helpful and kind, a wonderful personality and great asset to the company for sure!!!
