- Fernando (9/5): Great place for kids - Beautiful park, the market inside was pretty big, the house was very comfortable and the water park was very good. The restaurants were pretty basic, overall a bit expensive for what they offered. A small nitpick was that the toilet room in the house was very small, I am not tall and yet my legs barely fit.

- Nordin (7/5): - Mooie locatie. Leuk huisje Leuke faciliteiten voor kinderen. Minder te doen voor volwassenen. Vreselijke bedden, super dun matras. Lijkt wel een stuk beton waar je op ligt. Dus alles was perfect maar slapen was een rampenplan.

- Martijn (9/5): Een heerlijke ontspannen week op een mooi park. - Ruim, heerlijke sauna en bad met bubbels. Prachtig uitzicht over de haven en het water. Radio werkte niet vanwege ontbreken kabel naar boxen. Geen horren bij de ramen (muggen!)

- Marina (3/5): - Wir haben über Booking.com ein Premium-Cottage im Center Parcs Zeewolde gebucht. Leider mussten wir erleben, dass aus unserer Sicht, für Center-Parks Kulanz und Service nicht unbedingt zum Standard gehören. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden und werden mit Sicherheit nicht wieder bei Center-Parks buchen. Es gab dafür mehrere Gründe wie beispielsweise eine sich nachts abschaltende Heizung , was für uns bei Außentemperaturen von 3-5 Grad nicht akzeptabel ist. Wir waren diesbezüglich mehrfach an der Rezeption, doch leider hielten die Damen dort es nicht für nötig, unsere angegebenen Mängel aufzunehmen, geschweige denn, sich um eine Lösung zu bemühen. Einzig die Entfernung eines toten Vogels wurde aufgenommen und durchgeführt. Selbst die Bemühungen von booking.com wurden ignoriert bzw. ohne Nennung von Gründen einfach abgelehnt. Wir haben bei Center-Parks eine Beschwerde eingereicht mit der Forderung einer entsprechenden anteiligen Erstattung des Buchungspreises aufgrund der für uns gravierenden Mängel. Von seitens Center-Parks kam bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt keine Reaktion auf unsere Beschwerde und Forderung. Für ein Unternehmen dieser Größe mit seinen eigens gesetzten Ansprüchen, ist dieses Verhalten aus unserer Sicht, äußerst unkulant und nicht akzeptabel. Es tut uns leid, aber ein professioneller Umgang mit berechtigten Beschwerden sieht aus unserer Sicht anders aus. Wir möchten an dieser Stelle betonen, dass booking.com für diese Bewertung keine Verantwortung trägt und wirklich bemüht war, alles für uns zu regeln. Das nennen wir kulant und kundenorientiert. Vielen Dank dafür. Zum Verständnis und Nachvollziehen haben wir hier einige dieser Punkte aufgelistet : **1. Verweigerung einer Verschiebung der Buchung trotz nachweislicher Panne** Aufgrund eines nachweislich defekten Fahrzeugs war es uns unmöglich, zum geplanten Zeitpunkt anzureisen. Sowohl wir als auch Booking.com haben daher um eine Verschiebung der Buchung um wenige Tage gebeten.

- Cary_Gillenwater (2/5): Deplorable customer care - Be careful when booking. Their system booked us for totally different days than we had selected. When I called to fix the situation they would not do anything to help other than book us at a different location then charge us 49.50 to change the booking that they had screwed up. They also would not refund us. The new booking also costed 180 euros more and no longer was in a nice cottage and we now had to bring our own linens, towels, etc. They were unwilling to even comp a dinner and blamed us for not checking our booking to make sure it was correct. Truly deplorable customer care. Our family will not be staying with them any more.

- Fearless48551873935 (4/5): Do not go. - I went excited.When we got their the staff at reception were very nice.The cabins are smallish but one fun thing in the cabin was a little hole through 2 rooms and a closable door in it. We went to 3 restaurants to start off on the 2nd day we went to the action factory to have food and it was very slow and very bad food in my opinion lots of condiments though.The best restaurant was Da Nonna where their food was nice and delivered quickly and I had the BEST gelato of my life. Finally the family kitchen which was a lot of money. But nice food and a play place. We did paintball and it was very sore,obviously. But I wish there was different sizes of helmets because mine was too big. Now the swimming pool was extremely fun.Only problem was on our last time in the swimming pool.We went in the lazy river and I was holding onto my Mam's back as usual.A lifeguard saw and went to another lifeguard to tell us that I would have to be tested for my swimming ability.I was told to go swim the length of the pool which I couldn't and was told I have to wear a lifevest.They went way over the top on our safety while there was a group of people wrestling in the water.So I say don't go. :c

- FiTravels78 (10/5): Fab stay - well placed for Amsterdam - Had a wonderful weekend break at De Eemhof this Easter. Had been a little nervous reading some of the reviews but needn’t have worried. We rented a standard cottage for our family of 5 and it was clean, comfortable and had a lovely waterside view. Kids loved feeding the ducks in the morning and evening and though the geese were sometimes a little persistent that was about as much noise as we heard! The pool was fab and the kids loved it - temperature absolutely fine. It was sometimes a little crowded, but it was a holiday weekend in school holidays so to be expected really. The park is an older CenterParcs and there are a couple of areas which could do with a facelift, but the staff were friendly and it was very green and peaceful. We ate at the beach club, the grand cafe and the all you can eat family kitchen and all were good - would particularly recommend the beach club though - the poke bowls and club sandwich were very good, Well placed for visiting Amsterdam - we did park and ride from Diemen rather than Almere as the train was only 12 mins into Amsterdam and the cost significantly cheaper, but it worked brilliantly. Would be happy to return!

The leisure facilities are good, the swimming pool is good and free, however is consistently packed with people. I think a timed entry with fewer people at any one time would be better! You have to pay for everything else, I really think the push bikes should be free, the leisure activities are expensive. The accommodation is tired, there is no adequate oven, I really do not like the idea that you can bring your own bedding. People have different Ideas of hygiene, however I don't like the Idea that people can bring their own dirty bedding and then place it onto the beds is acceptable. There was no wash basin in our toilet, don't really expect that at center parcs. The park is good, however I am unsure if I would come again

- Williams (1/5): - I have phone call logs to let staff know that we had a lot of water every day running out of dishwasher over floor, the vinyl floor was wet underneath so our footwear, socks etc were getting wet. My granddaughter fell and hurt herself slipping in the wet on day 1! Very very upset about it all . Above comment explains most, clearly everyday maintenance came to attempt to fix problem, and honestly even I could see from existing water damage on kitchen cabinets, floor and walls that Center Parcs put us in an apartment that should not have been used and I paid all the money for 7 nights of water trouble, we had to tip water down the toilet out of the kitchen sink to avoid it running into dishwasher and then out of dishwasher door to the floor

Ont ne pouvait même pas regarder la télé sur l’Apple TV car le débit étais pas assez fort . Et aussi le bruit des pas ces gens du dessus . La vaisselle étais sale en arrivant .

- Martijn (5/5): Geweldig locatie, vriendelijk personeel, maar voor redelijk geld mag je meer comfort verwachten. - De locatie blijft prachtig, Het personeel (in welke functie dan ook) zijn allemaal ogend vriendelijk en hulpbehoevend. Groot compliment naar de medewerkers, van ontvangst, beveiliging tot receptie en horeca aan toe. Bericht gericht aan hoger hand; Gezien de prijzen is het beschamend hoe jullie het park onderhouden, hier een beknopte opsomming en nee je hebt geen bril nodig om deze punten te zelf te ervaren, je struikelt er gewoon letterlijk over. De paden naar de huisjes toe, beenbreuken, zo ook de terrassen achter de woning, alles is verzakt, gaten of schots en scheef. Het onderhoud van het park zelf wordt duidelijk niet in geïnvesteerd. Natuurlijk ligt het in een bosrijk gebied, maar beste directie, ga zelf eens een dagje naar de Efteling, daar ligt geen blaadje of vuiltje op de grond. Verder is het zwembad echt aan onderhoud toe, de kleedhokjes, kluisjes en zelfs de douches, het is stuk, kapot of werkt niet naar behoren.

- Tiana (3/5): Schöne Natur , aber leider nicht nochmal . - Der Ausblick war schön , und es war schön das eine Sauna im Bad war . Das ein Schwimmbad vorhanden war . Es war leider sehr schmuddelig , vor dem Küchenfenster alles voll Mäusekot , das Fenster hielten wir stets geschlossen . Hochstuhl war verdreckt und Kinder Aufsatz für die Toilette vermutlich mit Stuhlgang Urin befleckt . Leider roch es auch nicht sonderlich gut . Wir haben das Apartment nur zum schlafen genutzt und sind tagsüber immer weg um uns nicht zu lange dort aufzuhalten . Was sich sehr schade war . Wir hatten zum Glück gutes Wetter . Und das dazugebucht Frühstück leider viel zu überteuert und nicht besonders ausreichend oder lecker . Im allen ist das Apartment leider in die Jahre gekommen , Details könnten ausbessert werden und an der Hygiene/ Sauberkeit sollte definitiv gearbeitet werden !

- Mohamed (8/5): - Les équipements, le confort de la literie, l'ambiance générale Le lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas bien la vaisselle (elle sortait très sale quelque soit le programme) Il manque des chaînes internationales à la télé qui reste principalement néerlandophone. Quelques filtres pour la cafetière à disposition ne mettrait pas en ruine Center parcs.

- Nita (8/5): Nice Swimming pool and kids disco! - Nice for family with young kids. Came with twins 3 1/2 years old. Nice warm pool, indoor playground and kids disco. All facilities only open at 10. If you have young kids you probably aware that if you are lucky they will wake up at 07:00 or most likely at 06:30. IF the facility could open at 09:00 that would be Perfect!
