Breakfast is not included in the offered rate. Most of our accommodations are equipped with a baby bed and high chair (there are exceptions, please contact the accommodations provider to ensure that the accommodations you have booked also includes these facilities). It is possible to book a preferred location and/or extras at an additional cost (such as the location of the hotel room / connecting rooms / breakfast, etc.). Do you wish to reserve this? Bed linen and a towel package (2 towels per person) are included in the offered rates. Access to our swimming paradise Aqua Mundo is included within the rate. Kelly (3/5): Jammer dat accomodatie niet goed was - / De beschrijving klopte niet met het huisje dat we kregen. Er stond dat er een hottub, sauna en bad aanwezig zou zijn maar er was enkel een sauna. Jammer want voor mijn verjaardag had ik echt graag dat beetje extra. Een normaal huisje was ook 100€ goedkoper en gezien de gewenste faciliteiten niet aanwezig waren (desondanks de beschrijving) vind ik dit ten zeerste weggegooid geld

Marc (10/5): Endroit super avec des petits enfants, propre, sécurisé et très agréable. - Tout était parfait Vraiment pas grand chose, peut-être un sèche vaisselle à côté de l'évier pour éviter l'eau sur le plan de travail.

Emy (9/5): Agréable - L’arrangement du souper, pas de buffet mais l’accès aux différents restaurants. Impeccable ! Les activités… Le confort des cottages. Les tables à langer du vestiaire de la piscine sont très dangereuses et très mal placées . Mon bébé, de 8 mois est tombé sur le sol en carrelage, malgré une grande surveillance. Je tient à le préciser . Le matelas a glissé et impossible de le rattraper alors que je me trouvais juste devant lui. Change rien eu de grave mais la catastrophe aurait pu arriver. Il manque aussi une partie de l’attache de la table à langer des toilettes. Revoir le mobilier pour les bébés avant d’avoir un drame !!!

Ghislain (8/5): Comme toujours, un peu trop court. - Facilité d'accès aux infrastructures. Calme dans le village. Pas trop de monde en cette saison. Situation idéale dans le beau village du Coq. Aération pour les toilettes ( insuffisant ) Pas de terrain pour la pétanque ( supprimé le mois d'avant ! ) Cris des enfants parfois trop turbulents.

Manque d entretien dans le cottage, bois de la table qui se décolle, lumière de la sdb sans protection... Trop d activités payantes pour le prix qu'on paye.

Also for the Bowling we had a problem with the system it was so slow and most of the time out of connection, and no staff to help. The staff speak just Dutch, few of them speak French or English

Fatima (5/5): Passable - Location Not clean , and it was our first time in a center parc but they didn’t give us any information at the entry and when I ask her some questions she sad I already explained everything but in reality she juste give us the bracelet and she said you can go in at 15h and you should leave before 10h in the morning and everything open with that bracelet maybe because we didn’t speak Dutch 🤷🏻‍♀️

Roselyn (9/5): It was as a lovely experience and a nice accommodation, the location is great is not far away from the city center from - The property is clean, has a spacious living and dining area with well equipped kitchen The bed is not comfortable and I have difficulty accessing the my center Parc app. The swimming pool should have a specific time for adults only. On Sunday evening the restaurant closes early , I know it’s Sunday but considering it is the restaurant within the parc it should remain open a bit later due to the fact that we are on holiday.

Michael (8/5): Overall a very nice family holiday. - A good location in Belgium not far from Calais and the local town of De Hann is attractive. The Centre Park site is ideal for children with lots to do. The bungalow was a little tired and we had to ask for towels to be provided. Food and the supermarket were a little expensive.

Vanessa (6/5): - Leider sind wir ziemlich enttäuscht von der Unterkunft. Sehr dreckig und abgewohnt. Es wsr so so staubig, überall hingen Spinnenweben und die Ecken und Heizkörper waren voller toter Tierchen. Die Häuser müssten dringend mal renoviert werden. Die sanitären Anlagen, besonders die Toilette, waren auch sehr ungepflegt. Wir hatten ein VIP Haus gebucht, der einzige Komfort waren die bezogenen Betten und der Brötchen Service. Alles andere fällt bei uns leider durch. Das Schwimmbad hat den Kindern gut gefallen aber auch hier ist einiges in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Strand sind es fußläufig 15 Minuten, bis in den Ort deHaan 40 Minuten.
Red (7/5): DE HAAN ROBIN HOUSE - The indoor swimming pool and water slides are great fun and the facilities are very clean! (No shoes policy certainly makes a difference) Nice soft play for the kids up to 12 years old and good bowling area for those bigger. For the adults, there is also entertainment like bingo and quizzes nights and lovely restaurants where you can eat lovely meals. The house where we stayed it was very poorly isolated and the heaters upstairs were very old, when I tried to switch them on it started smelling like burning, I couldn't open the windows as there aren't, and the velux I couldn't open it as it was pouring down. After 3 days of rain and wind, it started dripping in our bedroom, where we had the phones to charge. They should certainly improve the houses and isolate them, change the heaters, and just make them safer.

Alexis (4/5): Nice grounds, not a lot of hospitality - The breakfast had good croissants, sometimes good cheese, but overall nothing to write home about. The cottage layout was a fun idea, and nice being on spread out grounds with a great pool for the kids. Staff were tremendously unfriendly and unwelcoming (except for one older gentleman who worked in the restaurants). From telling a colleague she shouldn't take water (after being instructed to take our own water at meals) to telling my mom to take a bus to the city to get change for the washing machines, overall we felt very little hospitality.
Anna (5/5): Great family holiday, just a shame the accommodation was very basic. - Location, 15 minute walk to the beach. Swimming, soft play, parks and setting. Accommodation was very basic but functional. Oven would overheat and cut out. TV picture quality was poor. Horrible smell of drains coming from the bathroom every morning.

Lynn (7/5): lovely stay in DeHaan. not too far to walk to beach. 5mls to walk to DeHaan and return. - detached property with plenty open space and built in BBQ. large FF and comfortable beds. rather a long walk to unpack from vehicle. small kitchen and very narrow stairway to bedrooms. no chopping board or proper food preparation facilities.
