Ankunft im hotel kein freies Zimmer die Auskunft im lobby System fehler doch die Wahrheit ist Zimmern doppelt verkaufen und dann in andere hotels zu schicken einfach nur Betrugs Masche ich bin 2 Stunden hin gefahren da ich ja mein zimmer gekauft hatte somit benzin kosten zeit und die nacht im auto verbracht da ja keine freie Zimmern mehr vorhanden sind

Sejour catastrophique !!!L’établissement est dans un état deplorable : aucune propreté , odeurs de tabac dans tout l’hôtel car des personnes fument à l’intérieur dont le gérant !!! ce qui est vraiment inacceptable. La chambre présentait de nombreux problèmes : le lavabo était bouché et inutilisable, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, et plusieurs équipements étaient cassés. Les draps ainsi que les serviettes n’étaient pas propres, ce qui est inadmissible pour un hôtel. De plus, la chambre n’était absolument pas adaptée pour nous quatre, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. Les photos que je joins parlent d’elles-mêmes et illustrent parfaitement l’état réel des lieux, bien loin de ce qui est présenté. Enfin, le gérant s’est montré de mauvaise foi et a refusé de trouver un accord avec Booking, malgré les nombreux problèmes rencontrés. Aucune solution n’a été proposée, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus frustrante. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat. Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr entspannt und einladend. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualitat und Service gelegt wird. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße Heidary

Hotel sigara icilmez odada diye bildiri yapmislar lobyde herkes sigara iciyor odalar sigara karisik parfym kokuyordu. 4 gun kaldik ama vallaha igrene igrene kaldik. Odalar berbat cok pisti. Rezervasyon yaparken resimdekiyle verilen arasindada cok fark vardi.. Perdelerin rengi bile beyaz degil artik grilesmisdi. Kahvalti var diyor ama okadar pis görunuyorduki heryer surekli disarda temiz bildigimiz yerlerde yedik. Birdaha asla gitmeyiz kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum! ! Banyo cok pisti. Heryerde kuf vardi.

Rrahmani (6/5): good - We reached Hotel early morning and host gave us our room at 09:00 AM, 5 hours before check-in time :) Breakfast was pure and when something finish they rarely renew, so if you go late for breakfast almost nothing to eat.

Xanthopoulos (10/5): - Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.... απλά επειδή είμαι 1.90 η ντουζιέρα ήταν λίγο μικρότερη..... αλλά γενικά ήταν όλα υπέροχα....το συνιστώ!!! Πολύ καλοί οι άνθρωποι εδώ στο ξενοδοχείο και γενικά όλα υπέροχα.

Mohammed (1/5): - Nothing They are cheating I already have reservations and when I arrive from airport around 4 morning and super tired they told me sorry we didn’t have any available room for you it’s all full it was so bad I told them I payed already how that possible they said yeah we will take u to other hotels to stay until morning and then u come back here at first I refuse but they told me u are wasting time I had no choice and they took me walking with all luggage me and my wife we were walking so hard for 15 minutes to other hotel called Diamonds when we arrived they also told us we don’t have any available room for u can you imagine How ridiculous and we went back to hotel also walking and they told us there is new hotel in Fatih but we should go by car and I used my car to their it’s taken about 25 minutes we were soooooo tired I don’t know how that’s possible I am requesting compensation regarding this matter.

Fatma (1/5): Nicht dort Buchen, außer man möchte ein Stundenhotel - Leider überhaupt nichts Es stand Parkplatz inklusive, als wir dort ankamen, wollten diese 20 Euro zusätzlich pro Tag und das Auto war irgendwo und nicht beim Hotel. Die Zimmer waren so eng, man konnte sich im Zimmer kaum bewegen, überall hatte man Platzangst, fürchterlich, wir reisten wieder sofort ab und das Geld haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Für Familien überhaupt nicht zum Empfehlen, es ist eigentlich mehr ein „Stundenhotel“

Alisa (10/5): The golden pera’s Hotel - I stayed over 6 dats at the golden pera’s Hotel and i really liked the location which is pretty close from Istiklal street and taksim square within walking distance, breakfast, service and cleaning are at the top standards. The friendly employees starts with mr Nadir, Aws and the general manager Mr Serhat are the most generous people i have ever met. I highly recommend it for other guests and i would definitely come back for another lovely stay ❤️👌🏻 Nothing

Arantxa (3/5): Lamentable la calidad de los servicios y la limpieza. - Que estaba cerca de zonas típicas y de autobuses La primera noche, por overbooking no tuvimos habitación, estando ya contratada. Nos cedieron una habitación fría, sucia, sin toallas, sin jabón, sin agua caliente, ni papel higiénico, en un edificio cercano. La instalación eléctrica estaba peligrosa con cables sueltos y focos colgando sobre la ducha. El acceso a la habitación era numérico y no se podía cambiar. El chico que nos atendió fue amable e intentó resolver dándonos otro edredón y papel higiénico para esa noche. Para compensar nos regalaron un tour gratis. A la mañana siguiente pudimos entrar en el hotel. Al fin sin frío pero poco limpio. Mucho olor a tabaco, se fuma en la zona común. La zona de spa estaba mal atendida y con cucarachas. Sobre la alcachofa de la ducha estaba el extractor eléctrico de ventilación que se encendía con la luz del baño. Riesgo grave de electrocución. Y el desayuno bastante básico y una hora antes de cerrar no se reponía lo que se gastara. Llegando a faltar hasta agua mineral para beber y no la repusieron. Las ventanas están poco insonorizadas, hay mucho tráfico y cuesta conciliar el sueño.

Celeste (5/5): Never again - Location I booked a VIP airport drop off because we have 3 big luggages and 3 small hand carry but the lady in the reception call us a very small taxi that we can’t even fit inside we have to squished our self i am so upset with her if I just know that she will just going to call a taxi i should do it myself so I don’t need to pay too much for that drop off we we’re scammed
