The location is excellent, and the owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also very, very good. The hospitality was outstanding. They arranged airport pick-up and drop-off at a very reasonable price, and they also organized tours for us that were quite affordable. The rooms and toilets were very clean, and everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you are planning to stay in Istanbul, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is definitely one of the best options.

- Анна (10/5): - Добрый день, отдыхала в Стамбуле с дочерью на майские праздники. Искала бюджетный, но максимально комфортный отель, долго выбирала локацию. Hachi подошёл по многим параметрам и мой выбор пал на него: удобная локация, завтрак, номер с небольшой кухней (если это актуально), рядом много ресторанчиков и магазинов. 15 минут и вы у Голубой мечети. В пешей доступности трамвай, который идет через на другую сторону бухты Золотой рог и Гранд базар, а также метро и остановки автобусов, 10 минут и вы на набережной Мраморного моря и ещё 5-7 минут ресторанчики у воды. В Hanchi нас встретил супер приветливый персонал и хозяин гостиницы, которые всегда были готовы помочь с любыми вопросами и сориентировать по локациям и как до них лучше добраться. Через хозяина гостиницы заказали две экскурсии на Принцевы острова и ночной Босфор. Цены более чем алекватные и они того стоят. Большое спасибо за отдых.

La ubicación es fantástica: a 8 minutos a pie del Gran Bazar y a 15 minutos de lugares como la Mezquita del Sultán Ahmed y Santa Sofía. La ubicación es inmejorable, aunque el desayuno es normalito. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families and would love to come back again. Nothing.

- Ahmadi (8/5): - The comfortable way to check-in and get the bed. It's not clean. Maybe guests should use the facilities in a right Way
- Daniele (4/5): If you don't mind a gross kitchen, the place looks very nice but very unpleasant cold in winter. - The upper part is very nice, a terrace and a common area with kitchen, a place where you can wash and hang your clothes and even a couple of gym machines. At the ground floor there is a foosball and a pool. Breakfast is included, nothing crazy but still good! The common areas were very cold. People were freezing in the kitchen because, as they said "today or tomorrow the heater technician is coming to fix it". Never saw anybody fixing it after one week tho. In the common area downstairs the staff was continuously turning off the heater, and because of the broken automatic door, it was cold the whole time. People were having breakfast wearing coat. The kitchen is very dirty, oily and crusty. A lot of things are broken or not working.

- Ahmed (7/5): a good place to sleep for frugal backpack travellers. - The Location is very good, as it is near many famous Istanbul landmarks. The breakfast is basic and simple, you may need to eat more if you are hungry. the bed is clean, the bathroom is good and acceptable.

VFM I’d say especially during the peak season

Есть на первом этаже где посидеть, на крыше есть место где можно покурить, приготовить что-нибудь и вообще хороший хостел. Добавьте шторки для кроватей. Приходя поздно ночью не хочется включать свет и мешать другим. Поэтому было бы хорошо как-то огородить гостей от включённого света Спасибо

It’s hard to find, almost unnoticeable. The toilet is dark and uncomfortable, the kitchen is upstairs, the toilet is downstairs, and the beds are uncomfortable. I didn’t like anything."

- Siham (3/5): A fuir - L’emplacement Je vois une fille partir le matin, quelques temps plus tard l’homme qui fait les lits vient, refais le lit « à neuf » SANS changer le drap du matelas dans le quel la fille avait dormit, ça m’a dégoûtée et choquée. Les salles de bains sont extrêmement sales, des gros tapis qui retiennent l’eau au sol ne sont jamais retirer donc le sol n’est jamais lavé, les toilettes, l’évier la douche sont sale et sentent, la climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement et le petit déjeuner est moyen. Un manque d’hygiène comme j’ai rarement vu, à fuir !

Kitchenware missing. No plates, no cutlery, glasses, etc. Fridge is a caos, no labels. Doors in the room close to strong are very noisy. Breakfast basic.
