Tutto ha funzionato benissimo. La posizione perfetta per girare e per il panorama. Complimenti A very welcoming and well-organized place. We arranged several excursions and a hot air balloon ride through them, and everything worked perfectly. The location is ideal for exploring the area and offers breathtaking views. Highly recommended! Avrei arricchito la colazione con qualche dolce in più I would have appreciated a few more sweet options at breakfast.

Zorganizowali nam transport z i na lotnisko,wynajem auta w dobrej cenie,a w związku z porannym wylotem czekała na nas paczuszka ze śniadaniem na drogę. Lucy (9/5): Amazing Celebrations in Goreme! - The location was great, hotel staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help, advising on trips and booking them for us, phoning round and trying to get us booked on a balloon ride, that unfortunately didn't happen, but that was the risk that we took going at the time of year that we did - March. The staff surprised us with a birthday cake for 2 of us that were celebrating birthdays while we were there. Overall a fantastic trip.

Unser Zimmer war schön orientalisch ausgestattet, zudem sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Täglich wurde sauber gemacht und frische Handtücher bekommen. Zudem täglich 2 Trinkflaschen Wasser aufs Zimmer bekommen. Top Frühstücksbuffet! 👍🏼 Nach 4 Tagen Aufenthalt: KLARE EMPFEHLUNG! es gab nichts zu bemängeln, sogar ein kurzzeitiges Problem im Bad wurde innerhalb einer Std. zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit behoben.

The place is absolutely stunning, it’s so close to the centre to go exploring, and watching the balloons on the terrace was a moment I’ll never forget!!! jack (10/5): Grand place to stay in cappodocia. - the hotel was easy to locate, road side parking was ok too. room was spacious to spread everything out. breakfast view from rooftop is amazing! breakfast spread was marvelous and we really enjoyed it! the receptionist was very knowledgeable in the local tourist spots and restaurants, followed quite a few of his tips and was pleasantly surprised.

Srinivasarao (10/5): Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Grand Cappadocia Hotel for anyone visiting Göreme! - We had a wonderful stay at Grand Cappadocia Hotel in Göreme. The hotel has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. When our hot air balloon rides were repeatedly canceled due to weather, the team went above and beyond to secure new bookings for us, ensuring that we didn’t miss the experience something we really appreciated. They were also very helpful with local recommendations from must-visit attractions to restaurants with beautiful views and authentic local cuisine. A special mention to Celil and Halil, who were exceptionally friendly and supportive. They made sure we felt completely at home. The only downside is that some of the tours arranged through the hotel felt a bit on the expensive side. The staff mentioned this was due to the high level of service they aim to provide, which we understand, but it’s still worth noting.

Unser Zimmer war sehe heiss am Tag. wir mussten das Klima anlassen, sodass das Zimmer, als wir wieder ankamen, etwas abkühlen konnte. Das Personal wusste bescheid und gab uns zusätzlich einen Ventilator, was auch sehr hilfreich war.

Juliette (9/5): Un court séjour parfait à Göreme - Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Göreme. Nous avons séjourné seulement deux jours, mais l’expérience a été excellente. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et très sympathique (merci pour le gâteau d’anniversaire !). Petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux, belle terrasse panoramique à 360° et piscine agréable. Nous n’avons pas pu voir les montgolfières, mais avons profité d’une activité organisée par l’hôtel parfaitement prises en charge,ainsi que d’une autre conseillée par l’équipe.
laura (9/5): Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, great rooftop breakfast, and excellent location - Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight—we even saw hot air balloons in the morning! The location was excellent, with everything within easy walking distance, and the staff kindly helped arrange a car rental. We stayed in the suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the curtains didn’t close fully and there was some road noise for sensitive sleepers, but overall we had a very nice stay.

Cero aislación entre habitaclones, se escucha todo. Excelente desayuno y encargado de él. Muy una ubicación. Linda vista desde la terraza. Buena zona de piscina.

Jon Merrick (9/5): Excellent and Relaxing! - The male staff were outstanding (Halil, Hassan, Jalil, Berat, and the other gentleman the name I can't recall)! They were exceptionally warm, helpful and very accommodating - super stars! Teddy (the adorable hotel mascot) was an added bonus! The location was excellent too! It's not on a cliff so can be easily accessed even by elderlies. It provided an excellent vantage point of the hot air balloon take off point which was hard to beat. The sunrise/sunset point was also just minutes away (but be prepared for the uphill walk). The Open Air Museum, Swords Valley, the ATV and Horse back riding sites are also within walkable distance. There are also a lot of great restaurants and hang out cafes close by (Chef Kebab, Namaste India, Hector's Coffee, Anzak Coffee to name a few). The breakfast spread was delightful! Thank you again Hassan for making us Turkish Egg Shashookas on request! It was easily may favorite!!🥰🥰🥰 The patio, terrace lounge and swimming was an excellent spot to spend a relaxed day. I can easily spend an afternoon lounging by the pool. The carpets on the rooftop viewing deck can benefit from some refreshing or even changing. I would have laid there if I felt it was clean enough to do so. Also the water on our room shower was slow to drain. I think the tiles were not leveled properly so water are pooling on some areas which can be a hazard.
Anonymous (9/5): Spacious rooms with views of balloon flight - Comfortable beds and spacious room. We had the room with 2 beds over 2 floors - each had a balcony. It was great to enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the balloons. We only got one key for 2 of us for the room. In the upstairs bedroom is a step we kept tripping over. We told the hotel and they are going to fix this.
mark (10/5): Book book book - The staff were excellent and super helpful and helped with everything, also the hotel itself is wonderfully located right in the town centre to suit all your needs and it's aesthetically pleasing on the eye with a lovely little courtyard with swimming pool and an even better roof terrace to view the fairy chimneys in the town centre and of course the hot air balloons. Highly recommended ❤️ There was absolutely nothing to complain about ❤️

Ingrid (8/5): Really nice Hotel just could do with a bit of upgrading the decor. The location was perfect for what we needed. - Closeness to central town. Also quiet area with a swimming pool. Staff were all very friendly and gave good advice about tours etc. the waiter was very friendly also. Even k ew how like my cup of tea perfectly. Air conditioning not the greatest especially in the heat of summer but it helped somewhat.

I ragazzi giovani in reception sempre accoglienti e amichevoli, pronti a dare consigli sul posto. Colazione ricca (mancava dello yogurt, ma si poteva chiedere di farselo portare direttamente al personale). Atmosfera raccolta e rilassante nel cortile interno con piscina. Tutto ideale! Nulla in particolare, alcune volte in bagno c'era un odore (non esagerato) stagnante di fognatura - suggerirei solamente di valutare di aggiungere un sistema di ventilazione per il bagno nelle camere e/o controllare le tubature. Non è una critica, è normale che il sistema fognario in queste località abbia delle difficoltà

Ritus (6/5): Goed - De kamer was behoorlijk groot en het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk. Eten was erg beperkt maar wel redelijk. De schoonmaak kan beter zeker in de badkamer. Overal vlekken op de vloer en de WC was aan de buitenkant duidelijk niet schoon gemaakt.

Leo (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing. Excellent location and amazing staff. - Breakfast was good. Hassan was very courteous and remembered our names. We looked forward to his smiles and hospitality. Our room was comfortable and they upgraded us at no cost. It was decorated with baloons because it was my husband's birthday and the Hot air balloon was the most beautiful ever ...it was on our wish list. The location was amazing. We walked to the shops and was able to access the souvenirs I wanted to buy. The most exhilarating feeling was to see the hot air balloons from the hotel terrace. You could see the hundreds of them flying about. ...Jilal and Hilal and the staff was ever willing to assist with anything. Cappadocia was thr most interesting holiday I ever experienced. ...amazing history. The hotel was clean and neat and we were very happy we chose this hotel.. Thank you to the beautiful team
