• Branchi (9/5): Localização muito agradável - A localização é boa, o quarto feminino com bom espaço de armazenamento, cama confortável e banheiro no quarto. Porém os banheiros do corredor também são ótimos e limpos, com sabonete disponível. Cheguei tarde, depois de um dia de passeio. Solicitei o aluguel da toalha de banho na recepção e o moço me falou que não tinha mais. Precisei me virar pra conseguir me secar naquele dia.

• Abdolreza (10/5): Price is right a staff for kind and helpful distance to public transportation was good. The setup is for hostel is fine. - It was set up for hostel. The staff were great by mistake. I reserved female dormitory however they change it for me. There were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind people cleanest was good. Just I got to noisy traveler they woke up early and they make a noise a lot easy access to Metro comes with kitchen and place for socialize overall was good. I come back again this place. The upper bed is a little low and several time I banged my head to the metal bathroom and shower room is common and it is disrupting when somebody’s inside

• BELAL (1/5): Very disappointing stay – noisy, bad service, and hidden fees! - I liked the hostel's location; it was close to the airport and the city center. I had a very unpleasant experience at this hostel. First, the staff's behavior was quite poor and unwelcoming. I arrived at 9:00 AM, but they refused to let me check in until after 2:00 PM. The hostel itself is extremely noisy. The floors are so squeaky that every single step someone takes makes a loud sound. To make things worse, the location is surrounded by noise: there is a children's school right underneath, a football pitch on one side, and a music institute on the other. It is impossible to find any peace or quiet. Finally, despite having booked and paid fully online in advance, they charged me an extra €15 upon arrival without any clear justification. I do not recommend this place at all.

• SOLANGE (10/5): - Eu tenho 63 anos e era a mais velha das 6 mulheres no meu quarto, mas me designaram uma cama na parte superior do beliche e quando eu pedi para ficar numa cama na parte inferior, disseram que não iam fazer isso. Espero que vocês tenham mais atenção porque o risco de queda numa cama dessas em uma pessoa idosa é muito maior.

Les occupantes de la chambre voisine étaient très bruyantes notamment en soirée et le matin. Pour préserver une bonne ambiance et le confort de chacun, il pourrait être utile d’ajouter quelques affiches ou rappels discrets sur le respect du calme et des autres voyageurs.

• Ninian Grant (7/5): - There was a mix-up where someone in my room was also given the key to my locker and was told he was in the same bed as I had been told. Thankfully, the bed he was meant to be in was free, but this meant that he had nowhere to put his belongings and had access to my locker and all my valuables. Thankfully he was very understanding, but this raised a slight safety concern. This mix-up shouldn't happen and is completely unavoidable.

It’s a hostel, so there will always be people coming in and out at odd hours, but everyone made an effort not to disturb each other and we slept easily through the night.

• gonzalez (7/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, muy céntrico y en un barrio tranquilo y seguro. La amabilidad del personal cuando fui a plantear un problema de limpieza dentro de la habitación. No estaría de más recordar las normas de convivencia a los usuarios como mantener las zonas comunes en buenas condiciones. Me hospedé en una habitación mixta y salvo el primer día que había otra mujer, el resto de días todo eran hombres. Simplemente replanteo que se pueda equilibrar más la presencia de hombres y mujeres en las habitaciones para hacer la estancia más cómoda.
