• Jázmin (4/5): - The room was clean and the location is close to metro and bus stations. We communicated with the host on Whatsapp and told them every night that our neighbour is extremely loud and disrespectful. The walls are really thin you can hear everything from the other rooms and the corridor. In the house rules it was stated that it is forbidden to be loud after 22:00, however, was neighbour was watching videos until 2-3am sometimes which prevented us from having sleep. We let the host know multiple times, they said they talked with the neighbour but nothing changed and we were there for 3 nights which were all terrible thanks to the neighbour and the host who could not handle the situation. What is the point of having a house rule if the host does not care about it??

Tem uma casa de banho privada, e tem outra casa de banho no corredor, partilhada o que facilitou bastante a logística, para quem não se importa de utilizar a casa de banho partilhada. Tem uma cozinha disponível equipada com um mini fogão, frigorífico, microondas e utensílios que serve perfeitamente para desenrascar o pequeno almoço ou o jantar se quiser poupar em estás refeições. Está bem servido a nível de lojas de conveniência, restaurantes e cafés, como fica em uma zona longe do centro as refeições ficam mais em conta. O elétrico, o metro e os autocarros ficam a 5/7/10 minutos a pé do alojamento, Roma tem uma rede de autocarros noturnos o que facilita as deslocações fora de horas, se tiver um voo muito cedo, pode perfeitamente ir de autocarro até a estação termini. De forma geral a estadia foi agradável, deixo a nota de que as distâncias a Pé do centro, coliseu, Fontana do trevi, entre outros são de meia hora, vinte minutos ou mais por isso têm de organizar muito bem os dias e se perceber se compensa comprar os passes de 24/48/72 horas

• Lee (10/5): Secure, quiet and a nice neighbourhood - Stayed here for the Rome marathon this weekend. Just a mile out of the city, but so much cheaper than city centre accommodation. In a lovely neighbourhood with bus and underground stations very close. Very secure, quiet, comfortable and everything we needed very close by. Kitchen facilities were great and host very friendly when meeting us with the key. Highly recommend.

• Simona (10/5): Posizione favolosa - Posizione fantastica, a pochi minuti dalla metro San Giovanni che si trova a due fermate dal Colosseo. Volendo si può arrivare al Colosseo a piedi, facendo una ventina di minuti di camminata. Il letto non era super comodo e purtroppo da fuori si sentivano tutti i rumori dei mezzi (forse un treno)…ma tutto sommato se non si ha il sonno leggero si riposa bene comunque ☺️

Очень не отработана система поиска, с учетом что поиск был в дневное время. В отеле на месте нет персонала, такова концепция. На мой взгляд это не всегда удобно.

Trošku mi vadilo že kúpeľňa nie je priamo v izbe. Aj z vedľajších izieb bolo počuť každé slovo. Ale ináč som bola spokojná.

Nos grito como si nos hubiera echo un favor si es mi empleada no le dejo en este ligar con trato al público. Le pedí de hablar con un supervisor y me dijo no 😔 palmeando la espalda con un tono irónico y un vaya vaya como que nadie puede hacer nada . Horrible! Le doy un 0 total .

• Pavle (10/5): - Everything was nice, it is located near metro stations and you can easily go to Colloseum by foot it takes maybe 30 minutes, also 30 minutes by foot from Termini station The only thing that was unlikely, was the tram that was passing below our window every 5 to 10 minutes, and the sound of smashing the railway while passing, and sometimes you can feel the ground shaking when it is passing through. I believe that one of the reasons why this apartment is a good price for the city of Rome is that one thing.

The only thing I didn’t like is that communication with the owner was not great, specially at the end of the stay. I had to pay extra money for a late check in which was fair enough I guess. I was not in love with the location either.

The price was very high at these dates (maybe because of the Giro d'Italia) There's a shared bathroom (pay attention to this, when you book, I missed this information but it's my fault)

• Vyacheslav (8/5): Very good - It seems we were lucky that I was able to book the hotel just a day before arriving in Rome. Thanks to the one who canceled the reservation :) After all, this is really the coolest option for its price. Finding accommodation in Rome for less than a hundred euros per day is unrealistic. And here such a number is almost in the very center. Near the Colosseum, a 25-minute walk and St. Giovanni metro station, from which you can get to other main sights. Termini Station is also half an hour's walk away. Our room came with a private bath, although it was located in the hallway. A shared kitchen is also available, with a capsule coffee machine, hob, large refrigerator, microwave and cutlery set. There is practically no sound insulation. I would also like to have mosquito nets on the windows. It was a little cold, we wanted to turn on the air conditioning for heating, but the remote control didn’t seem to work. One way or another, the overall impression of the room is still extremely positive!

• Tamari (4/5): I paid 150€ per night and I regret it, a little further but a better hotel would be better choice - The only thing i liked it was the location. Near the metro and 20 minutes walking to Colloseum. The first thing I didn't like was the cleanliness, which is reflected in everything, the room was not clean, bed linen and towels were in bad condition. In addition, the water in the bathroom is not hot, just warm at best, and the bathroom is very small. For two people bed is small Bad lighting in Room and noisy from the outside.

• Alina (3/5): Location is the only advantage - Location, that’s basically the only advantage which motivated me to rate this place in 3 stars. Our negative experience on this place started immediately upon arrival. A watchman at the entrance kicked us out to wait until someone met us, not even allowing to wait in the lobby. Then, every time we left the apartment, this man was constantly arguing that we did not know how to close the door. The entire guest house was clean, but the smell from old windows and old canalisation didn’t give us the feeling of that cleanness. The window in our room as well as in the bathroom didn’t close properly. This guest house looked more like the old students’ camp. Doesn’t worth its money at all.
• G. (10/5): Cool 😎 - Close to the center. The amenity is a big appartement with 5 different big rooms, a long and elegant hallway, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The building has also an elegant entry and an elevator. Each appartment has its keys and it's nice to meet people on your way to the kitchen or bathroom. It was a very pleasant stay!
• Elizaveta (1/5): Bad - 1) It was extremely cold in the room. Even though the weather was 20°, inside it was really uncomfortable 2) Shower was broken, so it was difficult even to take a shower 3) Terrible soundproofing. No privacy 4) Host was knocking on our door at 9 am on Saturday! 5) We payed by one card, the payment didn't work (we didn't know that), so the next morning without even asking (but with waking us up by knocking at our door) the money went from my account via booking (not from the card that we were trying to pay) and I was left without money. They did nothing with this situation, so after this conflict no hope was to talk about shower, heating etc
