Mia was an excellent experienced patron who was extremely helpful and very friendly. I would go back in a heartbeat. Right on the water, easy to get to and close to everything! Nothing!

AMY (9/5): It was very relaxing and peaceful - I would come back. The cottage was very clean and modern. I had a great experience there. I didn’t have a car and the property was far from any little village. Uber was very expensive so I recommend having a rental car when staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would totally be coming back the next time we’re in town! Everything was fine. Wish the pool could have been open later.

Juliet (9/5): Arriving for a family event in next town, we were all so pleasantly pleased with every aspect! - very clean and recently updated. the fire pit and available wood was among the many nice items that brought a modest motel with cottages up an unexpected notch! first night could not find the wifi info - wish it had been posted in the room - turned out it was on the hotel room key case but spent a night using our data instead - also wish it were possible to access water from the lovely deck/sand area - maybe a ladder?

Le logement a un frigo et un micro ondes ... mais pas de couverts, pas de table, pas de chaise Une salle de bain ridiculement petite Les parterres de fleurs venaient d être refaits, nous avons eu une odeur de purin pendant tout le séjour 3 climatiseurs sous notre fenêtre qui faisaient un vacarme d'enfer Et tout ça pour 320 ¤ par nuit .....

Ann (10/5): Although I live nearby, I stayed there with my friend, it was like I was on vacation in another stat - Mia was so accommodating . We had a scheduling glitch that didn't get us there until 3 AM. She came through with flying colors. The staff is laid back, but attentive. The grounds and room were spotless. The water front lounges were the perfect place to sit and relax. The pool was inviting. All in all wonderful. Nothing I didn't like.

Michael (9/5): Great stay in the Hamptons - Close to the shores and very calm and quiet. Dina was an amazing host and always to our disposal if needed. Very uncomplicated and nice. Coffee could have been a bit more and beds are quite hard.

Andreas (8/5): - We came just before 9 p.m. and we're greeted very nicely on the phone and given instructions for finding the key to the bungalow. The next day we were able to leave a little later than the check out time without any problems. Very nice location and lovely facilities. Spent only one night but hope to return some day The kitchen could have a few more glasses available and another kitchen towel for drying the dishes.

Lisa (10/5): - I wasn’t sure what to expect of this property and I was pleasantly surprised. We were warmly greeted with well landscaped grounds and easily checked in. Plenty of parking just outside our room (#9). The room itself was clean and comfortable. Microwave, sizable refrigerator with charcoal grills and picnic tables designated for the unit (not sure this is the case with the main house units). We had a little porch with a couple of chairs, perfect for morning coffee (there is a drip coffee maker in the room). There were comfortable chairs and tables by the water and the pool looked great although we didn’t use it. They have portable fire pits and we had a great fire going Friday night. Less than a 5 minute drive is a market, bakery, bagel store - alll very convenient. It has all the basics, we would stay here again.

Sharon (10/5): - The bed sunk into the middle, and there was no plug outlet in the bathroom. I was able to use an outlet in the bedroom and the mirror on the dresser. We were located in one of the cottages.
