Barry (3/5): Cold and (upstairs) gloomy and stuffy. OTOH, good location, bathtub… - Bathtub with good hot water, balconies downstairs, great location, mostly quiet (just the odd motorbike outside) This was a cold house in early April 2026!There are radiators, but programmed to not come on unless it’s really cold. The owner tried to turn them on, unsuccessfully. Upstairs is gloomy and (for us fresh air while sleeping lovers) stuffy, two VERY small windows. Stair rails are dangerously loose. Bed is lumpy and saggy. Not a welcoming place to come home to.

Carolina (6/5): Struttura adatta per chi lavora a Monreale - Esperienza non negativa, nel complesso. Ma si tratta di una struttura che ha senso come appoggio se si deve, ad esempio, lavorare a Monreale - e non girare Palermo e dintorni per turismo, soprattutto non disponendo di automobile.
