- Christopher (7/5): you get what you pay for; it was cheap, met basic expectations - bed was comfortable, all the lights worked, microwave and fridge worked Shower adjustments, either too hot (Scalding) or cold. Could not figure it out. Also, inconvenient location- To Access motel from Trenton area, which I had to do a couple of times, after I checked in, I had to make U-turn further down the road. There was nothing that could be done about this, to be fair.

- Rivera (1/5): - Staff wasn't able to communicate much when questioned slow service he was more focused on the phone air pods then the customer when I asked for a refund a second from getting my key card and entering the room was a hard stop and disappointment all tho he offered a different room a cleaner room after I told him my reason seeing and smelling what I witnessed and asking for a refund which takes 5 days to get back to me still waiting for it . it was a very awkward conversation to have he was definitely upset about my recommendation for a cleaner and pest control not sure how anyone can still pay to stay there unfortunately it was a hard no for me and my family The room Was a non smoking room for two nights for a great price but main room lights wasn't working when I found the front door lamp and plug it in I was greeted by a bunch of roaches scattering thru the room and the smell of cigar's was another slap in the face the room was dusty definitely could tell it hasn't been cleaned I did a whole 360 so fast out that door i went to ask for a refund which I'm still waiting for it was very disappointing & inconvenient because I had to find another room for my kids and I at 11pm after a long Car ride there without getting my refund instantly in an unfamiliar area I hate to be negative Nancy but won't be doing that again! Definitely needs a miracle I don't recommend it

- Nannie II (7/5): All in all great cheap friendly people. Beds are comfortable. - I liked the value of the room, and the staff are very nice. I am a big guy and I didn't like some of the rooms I have stayed in there because some of the toilets are small and close to the sinks so use your imagination to get where I'm going with that.

- Martha (7/5): I did like and woukd recommend it to other people, except, for the roaches and perturbed neighborgs. - It is a nice hotel; except, for my neighbors; one of them is a perturbed, insane; he screamed dirty nasty language mostly really early in the morning. He was obscene with that and the other thing I did not like was seeing roaches. The property is good, nice location for me; close to the main roads and close to my place of work. It was well lighted and parking was easy in front of my room.

They ran the card on file when I went to check in and of course it declined. So I said sorry I have my new card in my wallet. They refused to run my new card and declined my stay. So I booked another room through THEIR website with the correct card and it confirmed and went through. Went back to the window to check in and they refused my stay by lying to me and saying they had no more rooms available. I then get a call 3 hours later with them lying again saying they had a water line break and then they proceeded to charge my card.

They could have updated the sewer and replaced the cracked toilet and sink. Washing the floor would have been smart. I went to clean up the water on the floor and the towel was black.

My man wanted to take a quick nap because he was getting sleepy driving but, we shouldâve slept in the U-Haul. Iâve never seen a room so disgusting. It looked like a crackhouse. Didnât feel safe there at all.
