- Eh (8/5): - The location is very good, but my room 102 has AC and the television doesn't work. Two employees took turns fixing the television. The second employee was rude, he came in carrying a bag of sweet drinks with no ice. Unprofessional. I asked him why he was servicing me while carrying a drink. The second person who repaired the television was unprofessional. My television was also repaired by three people who repaired it and could not be repaired. For the AC, a third person, namely the helpdesk, was able to repair it. For the TV, it was not possible.

I asked for the reasoning but she would not explain and said that she’ll keep me in the queen bed room. I couldn’t understand why she was trying to do that.

Si trova in un quartiere piacevole, con numerosi ristoranti, supermercati e ATM nelle vicinanze. Hotel semplice ma molto pulito e ben tenuto. Personale estremamente cordiale, la ragazza della reception ci ha addirittura fatto scegliere la stanza prima del pagamento, gesto molto apprezzato. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, con acqua minerale a disposizione degli ospiti. Consigliato per soggiorni brevi e pratici vicino all’aeroporto.

- laetitia (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Pour passer une nuit ou 2 il est très bien, ils proposent la prestation chauffeur plus intéressante que le taxi ou grabe. Hotel bien entretenu le lit semblait neuf mais très pas moelleux. Grande chambre avec 2 grands lits parfait donc pour 4 personnes. Aux alentours pas mal de choses pour se restaurer. Je recommande pour des nuits de transits

Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung Toilette und Bett scheinen sauber zu sein, allerdings das Aussenrum wie Wände und Türe, vor allem in der Toilette werden nie gereinigt. Das Zimmer roch sehr unangenehm, wurde aber auf Anfrage gewechselt. Klimaanlage kühlte nicht richtig. Außerdem hat man uns beim Check in leider nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Parken vor dem Hotel kostenpflichtig ist, sodass wir gleich eine Strafe bekommen haben.

- Anna (6/5): トランジットにおすすめ - 空港から近く、周りもコンビニや食べ物屋さんなどあるので困ることはないかと思います。 部屋の大きさも広めでした。 空港からホテルは公共交通機関がないので空港送迎を頼もうかと思っていたのですが、空港ーホテル間は連絡しても全く取り合ってくれませんでした。Grabで頼む方が良いかと思います。

We have to cross the back street which has very bad smell (smell of the garbage bins/clogged sewage) to get to the room. For those who want to stay at this hotel should make sure which room you want. Don't make the same mistake we did.

- Alexander (5/5): - 20 минут от аэропорта на такси за 30-33 рингита, рядом есть много магазинов и ресторанов, от местных до макдональдса Номер маленький и довольно «уставший», казался больше по фото. Окно есть, но оно не открывается. Был постоянный шум за окном какого-то генератора или кондиционера. Кондиционер в номере дует на кровать и шумит, а без него спать невозможно.

- ROZALINA (10/5): Orange hotel is my first choice as transit when travel - The hotel located near to salak tinggi park & ride & klia. Suitable for traveller to stay here. Moreover the clealiness is 1st class for a budget hotel. Easy to find food & 24 hrs convenience store as it is only next door. Orange hotel always be my choice to stay as transit each time i travel from klia to refresh myaelf

However I take a family room here and it’s comfortable and has 2 double beds and is about 20min drive to the airport. The aircon is not as powerful as I would like, but it’s decent.
