Biz otele gittiğimiz zaman otel tadilat aşamasındaydı ve heryer darmadağındı banyo ve tuvalet temizlenmemiş eski ve yıpranmış içler acısı bir vaziyetteydi kapılar çok eski ve sanki gece kulübünden sökülüp getirilmiş gibiydi kısacası bu rezalete tanıklık edip hemen başka bir otele rezervasyon yaptık ve burayı terk ettik burayı kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.
• GinaMcFarlane (6/5): - It was only 15 minutes walk from the train station with plenty of shops handy and in a quiet location. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the basin and a lot more in the bath - they clearly had not been cleaned properly since the last guest. I was not able to have a shower because the water barely dropped out of the shower nozzle and was luke warm. The mattress was very hard.

• Cristina (10/5): Simple and easy stay. - Located in quite a nice area of the town with charming cobblestone streets, cafes, stores and even an Irish pub nearby. About 10 to 15 min walk to the tram which you can ride to go to the main bus station. Staff were helpful in suggesting a laundromat in the area. Room was simple and comfortable enough with a spacious bathroom. Tea and coffee satchets provided and some small toiletries. Wifi works fine. Kettle could be renewed as it leaves a bad taste afterwards.

• Maria (6/5): Hotel needs major upgrade before the stay can be pleasant - Big room and amazing large terrace with views to the city, helpful staff, decent breakfast and good location close to city centre. No lift! Very old facilities, we booked a room with spa bath and didn’t use it so old it was. The tap was leaking and one lamp broken. There are also hotel conditioners on the roof which make the room quite noisy when opening the door to the terrace. Room may use a table as there is none and only possible to drink tea on the fridge surface. Not enough sockets in the room. Hotel needs major upgrade and renovation
• Slavcho (7/5): Good - Good location, good staff, reserved parking slots for us and helped us with our luggage, large rooms and one of the best views from the terrace of our room The water in the hotel and the whole city stinks like sewers, the hotel has no elevator and we were situated on the 5th floor with people who have problems with knees and elderly people, the rooms were not completely clean and the bath in the bathroom was also dirty.

The good thing about it is also the secured parking, this party of the city has very narrow streets and without having where to park the car it would be a nightmare. No problems for our short stay.

• Shaheer (8/5): Enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it to friends and family as the as the best value choice. - The hotel boasted good location, conveniently close to numerous attractions and restaurants. The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, even going out of their way to fulfill our request for an early breakfast to facilitate our departure for our next destination. While the front staff provided excellent service, I would recommend that they refrain from smoking in close proximity to guests, primarily for health considerations.

At the day of the arrival I received a message from the hotel that due to a technical problem with the room, they are re-directing us to another hotel - Arasta Konak Otel. I agreed after the confirmation from their side thar everything is paid, the breakfast is included and it is much better than SRF. Unfortunately, only the Receptionist (very kind and with a very good English) the beds and the breakfast was good. The floor everywhere, in the room, the room next to us, the upper room was creaking by walk. There were 2 babies above us who cry the whole night + the creak from the upper room + the mosque which was in 30 sec apart from the hotel. They cheated us since they were offering the same rooms we had for the same nights. Since we couldn't sleep and didn't want to stay anymore there, I asked to give us the money for 1 night to book another hotel. Suddenly, they replied that we can go to SRF hotel after the breakfast the next day. They had a tech problem and at the same time 2 rooms available in booking, meanwhile we were forced to go to another hotel. I asked at the Reception that there was no sense of the whole situation and guess what - they replied that they are sorry.. The bathrooms are dirty and the breakfast is poor (even no butter). There was no Internet in the 3rd floor. Big disappoinment.

• Toomas (8/5): A great bargain in the centre of Eskisehir - Considering the location and the price, this is probably the best bargain you can find in Eskisehir. Although the hotel is a bit worn out and with limited facilities, it had everything we needed: comfy room and bed, adequate size bathroom, good breakfast, very friendly staff. I personally liked the design too. Sound isolation was not ideal but better than in many more expensive hotels. All in all, a very good hotel experience. Nothing worth mentioning here.
