• Peterson (9/5): - I like that it was quieter than I thought it would be. We heard some noise outside but nothing that kept me awake and the early morning was really quiet allowing me to sleep in some. It was clean and it was nice that they provided all the drinking water we wanted for free.

• Eleni (8/5): Home away from home. - We stayed 3 nights. Very spacious, clean. We were able to open two large suitcases easily on the floor. Fresh water was supplied daily, which is a kind courtesy. We were very grateful for modern washing machine, detergent and clothes hanger frame. Host was easily available and gracious. Location was good. Easy to reach Smyrna ruins or Ataturk museum within 30 minutes each. Lots of good eateries nearby. Bathroom and shower small but very clean. Our room on 4th floor only stairs no lift (as advertised, but we didn't notice.) Host was quickly available to take cases up for us anyway.

• Sohana (10/5): - I came with my 4 children, one is a baby. The apartment is very clean, and they supply you with water, suger, tea and detergent daily. House keeping is very friendly. Location is fab, the park is a few minutes away, bakery which is 24hours open is just around the corner and a waffle dessert place just across the road which is delicious . Sok supermarket is 4 minutes away to do shopping to cook in the apartment. We had a brilliant time and we will definitely book here again for our next trip.

Подушки очень плотно забиты синдипоном поэтому спать крайне не комфортно. Матрас так же очень изношен и постельное белье так же можно уже поменять. И полотенца обновить

They have the parking space, and it is gated too. The rooms was spacious. But the second room got no air conditioning. The rooms and locations, you can feel the local vibes! Le seul point négatif est le faible débit de la douche, ce qui rend difficile de prendre une douche confortable.

Заселение было бесконтактным, хозяин был на связи, очень любезен и доброжелателем, он разрешил нам оставить вещи после выселения на пару часов, чтобы мы сходили в музей. Апартаменты большие, есть плита сварить кофе и большой стол для работы. До электрички в аэропорт всего минут 10 ходьбы. Обязательно попросите выслать вам точные рекомендации, как добраться до апартаментов. Мы не с первого раза нашли нужный мост со станции электрички, это целый квест. Рядом есть пара кофеен, кафе и рестораны. в 5 минутах центральный городской парк, которые открыт круглосуточно. У окна спальни на крыше живут прекрасные красивые коты, они будут просить у вас утром еду греться на солнышке и мурчать. район, конечно, не центр, и сложно найти дорогу от станции электрички, без карты и пояснений. грязновато, не особо чисто - мне сложно с этим мириться. дозатор мыла валялся на полу в душе (наверное отвалился от стены, может его покрепче туда приклеить? мы пытались) В спальне всю ночь был гул от промышленного кондиционера на первом этаже. Спать получилось только в берушах, очень неприятно. Проблему можно решить только звукоизоляцией окна в этой комнате.

• Bienvenido (10/5): Bel appartement, fonctionnel et bien situé. - Appartement propre et confortable, tout à fait conforme aux photos présentées dans Booking. Parfaitement équipé. L'hôte, que nous n'avons pas vu, était très disponible via wsp: il nous a proposé de nous donner des indications sur Izmir, de nous louer un taxi pour le départ qui avait lieu très tôt le matin, nous a envoyé les horaires de train, etc. Vraiment accessible et hospitalier. L'appartement est très bien situé: moins de 10 mn à pied du métro Hilal, sur la ligne de l'aéroport (35 mn environ de l'aéroport à Hilal) et à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre ville. Petite boulangerie ouverte de très tôt jusqu'à très tard juste au coin de la rue. Commerces à proximité. Quartier tranquille et authentique. Rien à signaler.

• James (8/5): A good family option with a traditional neighborhood feel. - The host Cagri, was very helpful and eager to please. Access to the property and parking was clearly communicated. Note, this is a traditional part of town, with neighborhood shops and bakeries, overall the location is nice and central, safe and about 15 minutes walk to the sea front. The parking is a few doors down though the street is a little narrow. Comfortable and clean, apartment has washing machine. The property was a good choice for our family of five.

• HUSEYIN BILGE (9/5): - There was a separate A/C unit in the bedroom alongside the main one in the living room, we didn't need it as we went there early October, but I'm sure this is valuable. The hosts were very kind and tried to accommodate us as best as they could. Amenities are close, there was a bakery downstairs which was very convenient. This is not a huge deal, but Izmir has LOTS of sea products and cooking fish was not permitted in the flat. Just know that you can't do that. Go out instead

• Roberto (10/5): Fantastico, perfetto per famiglie! - É un appartamento grande e tenuto molto bene. 2 stanze da letto. Letti super comodi! Bagno ok! Pulizia ottima! Salotto con 2 divani, TV con Netflix, etc.. Ottima posizione. Il gestore Cagri è stato splendido, ci ha contattato prima del nostro arrivo, ci ha tenuto il parcheggio, ci ha accolto e mostrato l’appartamento, dato informazioni per la città, e si sono anche offerti di farci una lavatrice dato che quella dell’appartamento era in riparazione. Ci hanno tenuto le valigie e trovato il modo di farcele recuperare fuori orario. Chi si occupa della struttura ci tiene e si vede! Niente. Per migliorare ancora suggeriamo qualche attaccapanni in bagno e magari delle tende più oscuranti nelle stanze da letto.

• Andreas (8/5): - Ruhige Wohngegend Kleinere, preisgünstige Restaurants in der Umgebung Gastgeber hat Parkplatz direkt an der Straße freigehalten. Parken ist sonst nahezu unmöglich, außer auf bezahlten Parkplätzen (der Gastgeber hat uns hier einige empfohlen, da viele der Bezahlplätze eine "willkürliche" Preisgestaltung haben). Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf alle Anfragen reagiert. Bei einigen der Betten drücken die Metallfedern durch.

The apartment had everything we needed - we didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything one would need to prepare a simple meal. There were a few take away restaurants nearby, but most of the shops and restaurants were either a bit of a walk or transit away (which we didn’t mind). There was a great little bakery very close where we bought breakfast every day. The bed was not extremely comfortable, but it was fine for a rental apartment. Overall, we would definitely recommend this apartment!

• Xiaolou (10/5): Nice clean house and easy going to the train station - Very big space and nice house, the owner was very nice upgraded a big room for us. Easy to connect with owner with WhatsApp. 12min walk to train station and 15min walk to Izban which go to the airport. All good

• Leila (10/5): It would be great if large mirror will be placed. - Everything was clean, accurate. We loved that on kitchen there were all conditions for living. The location was good. It was about 15 minutes to train station. Also, there was a large and popular park, where you can walk. There was no any problem, everything was good. Only in first day, the lock of wc door was broken, but personal was very helpful, they immediately came and fixed it.
