- Teddy (7/5): Agréable mais décu par rapport au supposé standing de l'établissement. - Cadre idyllique avec une vue imprenable sur Fort de France. Personnel très agréable et au service. Les services complémentaires (décoration de chambre, massages) sont très appréciables. La végétation environnante rend le lieu respirable. La propreté des lieux communs (lobby, piscine, tables extérieures) n'était pas à la hauteur du standing de l'établissement, au même titre que la vétusté de certains endroits (deck côté parking, canalisations apparentes). La propreté des chambres n'était pas aux normes (traces sur la paroi de douche et sur le miroir, poussière au-dessus de l'armoire). L'établissement mérite une mise à niveau afin de justifier le prix de la nuitée.

L’ameublement minimaliste de la suite. Le peu de confort des rares fauteuils très fatigués La salle de bains mal agencée et mal équipée L’absence de WC séparé La douche sans porte Enfin la quasi absence de lumières dans la suite : impossible de lire !!!

- Harmonie (10/5): Séjour de rêve dans un cadre martiniquais idyllique et intimiste - Un personnel d’un grand professionnalisme et aux petits soins, mention spéciale au gérant, extrêmement professionnel et accommodant, et à Peter, lumière de cet établissement. Nombreux conseils, accompagnements, pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Nous avons été chouchoutés et nous sommes sentis chez nous. Le lieu est sublime, d’une propreté impeccable, il n’y a que 6 chambres donc le cadre paradisiaque est en plus intimiste. Paocine à débordement avec une vue sur toit fort de France et la mer. Petit déjeuners absolument délicieux, produits frais tous les jours. Je recommande les yeux fermés et si nous revenons, ce sera chez Apolline et son merveilleux personnel. Merci pour tout. La chambre Victoria est sublime mais on entend les bruits des passages de motos sur l’autoroute principale (à plusieurs kilomètres. A noter sue c’est le cas dans tous les établissements. Et on n’entend rien dans la village piscine (qui vaut vraiment vraiment le détour…). C’est le SEUL bémol, et encore il faut avoir le sommeil léger. Le reste il n’y a rien à redire, tout est parfait.

Propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Mais je m'attendais à un autre standing au vu du prix très très cher. Même pour notre chambre surclassée le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon, beaucoup beaucoup trop cher. Séjour très agréable mais le tarif laissait présager un autre service. Propreté du jardin et entretien piscine moyen; plein de feuilles partout et dans l'eau, belle vue sur la baie mais très bruyant, bruits de la rocade en contrebas, dommage, pas au calme. Pas accessible PMR. Pas d'aide pour monter les valises. Remarques surprenantes pour le label 4* qui est revendiqué. je demande la facture depuis mon départ et impossible de l'obtenir cause problème de règlement de la part de booking, mais je ne suis pas concernée par le problème donc j'ai dû mal à comprendre pourquoi on ne me fournit pas cette facture.

- Malgorzata (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The interiors are beautiful and tastefully designed, and the rooms are very spacious, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of Fort-de-France, which truly made the experience special. I would also like to highlight the very friendly staff. They were extremely kind and handled any conflicts or issues in a professional and thoughtful manner. There are a few areas that could be improved. The food could definitely be better. I also noticed some issues with cleanliness. The property felt as if it was just being prepared for the start of a new season, with some minor renovation or maintenance work underway. The pool had not been cleaned of leaves, and the outdoor sofas were dirty, which slightly affected the overall impression. Additionally, when we arrived we were greeted by a staff member who did not speak English, so we had to communicate using a translator, which made the check-in process a bit difficult.

- Ingrid (10/5): - I stayed one week and decided to extend my stay. The service is quite good, and the staff is very keen to adapt to any situations. You feel more like at home than a regular hotel. The breakfast is my favorite part. It is personalized and the Maître D. takes note of what you eat and don’t eat. I really appreciated this service, that is quite rare in Martinique. My room had a private heated pool, large deck with 6 foot table, an outdoor shower and a very large bedroom. You really can’t beat that type of environment. You feel safe, in a secluded place so no one bothers you. Upon arrival, I had a very cute attention in the room. As I arrived for my birthday during carnaval, they had placed a flower bouquet, a cocktail and masks, goodies for carnaval. I can’t wait to be back! Thank you to the entire staff. You have been amazing.
- Michael (4/5): Disappointing experience - In this establishment you're asked to feel like you were at home - and you will! That is, if your home is a dark place where you're expected to do everything yourself (like lugging your bags to your room, moving place settings at breakfast or go get the cushions for the lawn chairs), where people are super annoyed if you intrude into their daily routine simply by existing in their space, where whether you'll be greeted or ignored is mood-dependent, where you communication is strictly used to ensure a smooth day for the head of the household and the comfort of the guest isn't a priority. We had booked a junior suite with a garden view here and were given a room without windows. We had to consider ourselves lucky to be able to change after two nights in this nightmare. The manager promised us to have our luggage moved during the day. Well, that didn't happen. The mansion itself is beautiful and breakfast is nice if you exclude the fact that every single day the table was set with only almost clean plates. The interactions with the staff varied between weird and unpleasant - there's certainly no sense of hospitality found here. The experience was very disappointing and we won't recommend this place.

The staff were all very friendly and kind, and the breakfast was amazing. Our room had shutters which allowed mosquitos in, we needed to buy a mosquito net to sleep comfortably. Other than that it was perfect
- Peter (10/5): - This is a wonderfully situated hotel with a sweeping view down towards Fort-de-France, The staff is unfailingly helpful and cheerful. A delightful place with a gorgeous huge tree (don't recognize it but it looks about 200 years old) where you can sit and enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. A nice lap pool too. This is a class operation. I can't say enough good things about it and the people who run it.

This villa was well renovated and we had a fantastic room with ocean view. We felt like we had this private oasis to ourselves almost. Just a couple of families/couples staying and lots of room for everyone to feel comfortable. Breakfast was super good!!!! Surprisingly disappointed in the dinner. For the price and the way it’s advertised we expected a much higher quality meal. The food was OK. Just OK. But not for that price range.

- Kirsten (7/5): Great view and staff, but no privacy, uncomfortable furniture and private pool was broken - Great view of the city and bay. The property is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The pool is refreshing. Great breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, cheese, meat and juice. 10 minutes to Fort-de-France and 15-20 mins to the airport. No privacy in the rooms due to their proximity to each other. The couch and lounge furniture that was chosen for the rooms looks great, but is wildly uncomfortable with no support for your back and almost no cushion under you. If you want to have coffee or tea in your room there is a per cup charge which I found to be ridiculous given what you are paying. The cost for lunch or dinner is really high and based on previous negative reviews we decided to forgo it. If you want cushion for a deck chair instead of putting them out every morning and taking them in at night they make you ask for them at the desk, which then disrupts whatever the desk agent was doing to bring you a cushion. We originally booked the suite with the private pool that is away from the other rooms as we like our privacy and were notified when we arrived that we “had been upgraded to the largest suite they have with a view of the bay”. When I inquired about the one we booked we were told the pool was not working. The room we were given was the ambassador suite which is the first room at the top of the stairs that the other guests who are staying in rooms on the second floor must pass to get to theirs. There is also a common area right outside this suite where guests can relax at any time that was utilized by other guests during our stay, further cutting down on our privacy. The suite we were upgraded to also had a room off it with gorgeous windows, but we were locked out of it during our stay which was deeply disappointing.

The amenities and overall service are great. We loved all the different spots to hang out on the property and appreciate the amazing views. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others. A few things were not working in our room but most was fixed within a day. Dinner service was not the greatest. Overall not much we didn’t like about our stay.

- Jessica (6/5): Lovely views from villa property. We didn’t have a car and taxis to and from town are expensive. - The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The AC wasn’t that effective, the fridge wasn’t cold.
- Alison (9/5): Lovely stay! - The property is stunning and the view is breathtaking ! It is also quite central to go visit different areas of the islands The ONLY thing we didn’t like is the food that was provided by the external chef that comes in for lunch/dinner. It was way overpriced for the quality of food that you get. I would recommend not having food at the property and drive a few minutes to much better restaurants. The breakfast was good though ☺️

Autant a l'accueil (lhomme aux yeux verts ,désolée jai zappé le nom😬) que romain au petit dej, une équipe tres avenante ,je recommande mille fois!! Sans parler du lieu!!! Un mot: magique

- Anna (2/5): - My husband and I booked this hotel for one week for our 12 year anniversary. We hoped for a peaceful, beautiful space with friendly service and a beautiful place to rest and relax and enjoy ourselves. From arrival it was nothing as we hoped. Unhelpful staff, impossible to find and when you did, useless unless you are perfectly fluent in French. unable to assist or support any of your needs or requests. Over priced, distasteful food and drink possibilities and lack of knowledgeable staff who present horrific food options and over charge you for it. No pool towels/conditioner/toothpaste and additional supply needs even when asked for repeatedly. Attitude with staff when requesting help or assistance. After staying one week in a humid, hot climate we requested our sheets be changed, which they didn’t do during our entire stay. We asked for support to book a restaurant during our stay to the hotel manager, Marc. He didn’t reply. And loud uncomfortable surroundings as the driveway was ripped up when we arrived and builders and work were around the area making noise waking us up from the early morning every day of our stay. Truly the worst stay possible. No assistance or help in understanding our needs, no empathy to try to correct or make things better. Very sad and disappointing.

(and to have cocktails with new friends😉) seating/ seats could use improvement. there are no really comfortable chairs or stools. there also were some renovations going on; a heavy truck ruined the walkway between pool and main building. this was not even temporarily fixed or smoothed out.

- Rsepulveda (7/5): Beautiful location, great view, old vintage home feeling, lovely staff. It's however too expensive. - The view from this location on Fort de France is fantastic. The feeling of an old home is charming as well. The main suite room is huge, with a living room / TV area, a huge bathroom, a great private balcony with couches. The staff is very friendly. The included continental breakfast is very good. We didn't use the infinity pool, but it looked great. Coffee machine in the room, and mini bar (not used). Mosquito nets. The F&B prices are outrageous, over 50€ for a course and a fruit salad, if not more. It's at least 2x the price I would pay anywhere else in the world. And there was no other option for eating in the neighborhood at night. The suite is also 2x the price I should pay for. I had booked for 3 people, but the reservation allowed only for 2, and I ended up paying another 50€ for the 3rd person in our suite. Travel to this remote place is expensive, expect 40€ to the airport each way, or 25€ to the city center. Wifi was extremely slow, we had to use 4G.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - We had a booking for this hotel and when we arrived we have been said it would not be possible to stay because the previous client booked few more days on a platform booking and they were not aware of this! Incredible !!!! Be careful they seem to do this very often!
- nathan (10/5): Simply Amazing! - Staying at Apolline was absolutely amazing! The grounds and amenities are nothing short of breath taking. The infinity pool overlooking Fort de France was spectacular. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and accommodating offering great recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was delicious out on the veranda overlooking the city. It was the perfect way to start the day. The grounds are gated with plenty of room for parking so the added peace of mind of having a secure parking spot is great. We stayed in the Suite which was absolutely enormous with gorgeous views of the city from the private terrace. We could not recommend this place more highly. We are already looking forward to visiting again and would not consider staying anywhere else. Simply perfect.
