Veronika (9/5): - Velmi se nám líbilo okolí zámku, park je opravdu krásný. Je vidět, že se o něj nekdo pečlivě stará. Je zde klid a krásná příroda. Zámek je také velmi hezký, prostředí je hezky vybaveno. Pokoj byl malý, dle fotek jsme očekávali trochu více prostoru. Koupelna byla opravdu mini. Restaurace vypadá velmi hezky, menu je však strohé. Dostali jsme pokoj vedle technické místnosti, v noci i přes den zde byl slyšet kotel, který spínal a hučel. Nepřijde mi adekvátní umístit technickou místnost vedle pokojů. Personál nám nabídl výměnu pokoje. Jelikož jsme zde byli pouze na prodloužený víkend, odmítli jsme tuto nabídku. Balení a vybalení by nás stálo zbytečný čas. Jiná forma kompenzace navrhnuta nebyla. Koupelna byla opravdu malinká a ve sprše bohužel byla patrná plíseň podél těsnění, sprcha nedržela na svém místě.

There was nothing I didn’t like — everything was perfect.

Veronika (9/5): Kouzelné místo blízko přírodě pro zasloužený relax. - Lokalita je úžasná, uprostřed parku, který jsme měli možnost si i v klidu projít, je to kouzelné místo a hlavně velmi klidné. Skvělý odpočinek. Hotel byl původně zámek, tudíž pokoje a celý interiér je v zámeckém stylu. Snídaně byly výborné a i večeře v místní restauraci výtečná. Byli jsme moc spokojeni. Naprosto to splnilo naše očekávání, proč jsme sem jeli. Rádi se vrátíme. Jen opravdu drobné nedostatky - nefungovalo nastavení jedné noční lampičky u postele a odtok ve vaně se musel též ovládat manuálně, byl pravděpodobně strhnutý.

Igor (10/5): - Nádherný zámek, na chodbách galerie obrázů. Kolem zámku spousta místa na procházení. Největší stromy. Velice milé recepční a paní v restauraci. Obrovské pokoje s pořádaným nábytkem. Blízko od Prahy. Určitě se vrátíme;).

Co se tyka stravovani tak to predcilo moje ocekavani, jidla pripravena a naservirovana s TOP profesionalitou a výtečne chutnali. Śefkuchar si zaslouží vysoke oceneni, dlouho jsme si pri nasich cestach tak neužili zajímave chute , plating a sladkou tečkou byl váš vyhlašeny dezert v tvaru šišky. Pokoj byl nadherny a človek se opravdu citil jak na zámku. Kloubouk dolu co majitel dokazal a urcite se sem radi zas vratime.

Robert (10/5): - obsluha restaurace byla doslova tragická, píšu to jako důvod k zamyšlení nechci prudit, ale ten servis byl otřesnej, pomalej, na půlku věci se zapomnělo, bylo vidět že chybělo jasný vedení, chudáci mladí brigádníci, kteří nevěděli která bije, ale snažili se to né že né. A asi vrchol všeho bylo to, když každá výmluva zněla jako, pardon je tu pan majitel a ten má přednost.

Emirhan (7/5): Nice place but overpriced for what it offers - Nice garden. Spa is not included. Rooms were not clean. I dropped my phone under the bed and i had to wash it after i took it out. Rooms are little bit too small and than there is some glass divider in the middle makes it even more small. The restaurant is over priced and service is not very good. I asked multiple times the ingredients of some of the food they said they dont know. Even though I said I dont eat pork. They still bring appetizers with pork sausage.

Julie (10/5): Special place with the best food - The food is the best. It’s a true food experience, perfect for a couple or family dinner. The hotel gives you a walk through the history which is fascinating and it’s reconstructed to a very high standards still respecting the history of the place. Staff is very polite and make you feel at home.

Wolfgang (8/5): Beautiful, remote palace - Beautiful property with an interesting history. The spa was very nice for a reasonable price. Free parking and decent free internet. Bed was comfortable. Since it was in a remote location, the only dining option was the hotel restaurant, which was beautiful and offered good, but somewhat pricey food. The problem is that they had the same, limited menu every day for lunch and dinner. It got quite tiresome over the time of our stay. Also, while the bed was comfortable, there was only one stylish but uncomfortable chair in the room. That made it difficult to spend time in the room other than sleeping. There were also few options for relaxing outside the room at the hotel.

Lenka (9/5): Great hotel but avoid the restaurant - The hotel and rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing experience. The restaurant is overpriced with low quality of dishes. The worst is the service by very young people without any experiences. They absolutely don’t know what to do, but I believe the problem is the management which did not give them even basic training. I had there the worst aperol sprits in my life. The breakfast could be improved with more options, they do not refill after 9 am ( not enough dark bread, no fruit, no sweets…) and be aware the water melon is cut by a knife which was previously used for onions, which makes the taste disgusting.
Ondřej (8/5): Pleasant short stay in the castle garden - The whole place is an oasis of tranquility. The pool and garden is beautiful. Restaurant provides decent food. It is not adult only. Breakfasts used to be better in the past. Cleanliness was on higher levels few years ago (rooms, terraces). This is a feedback to employees what to focus on. Anyway, it is still above average quality and considering the pricing it is very good value though.

Stefan (9/5): One night stay toward surrounding castle. - The silence and nature surrounding. Fine dining restaurant, just expensive. Lovely and huge parc for a morning/evening walk or jogging. It wasn't mentioned in the description that the wellness cannot be used and was just mentioned at arrival. Parking is a bit odd, on a side. No cameras covering that, but the parc closes at 22.00 so no worries related to that.

Petra (8/5): Was very nice , but not sure if I will return. - I love the location and whole area. Beautiful. I found the rooms nice and big but it would be nice to have at least coffee maker in the room and little more furniture.. the rooms just feel empty and cold. Also the restaurant was very nice, but if you are having such a nice property, would be great if for dinner the restaurant would have little more intimate lighting and not full lights like in cafeteria. Otherwise the service in restaurant was perfect. I can not say the same about reception. Cold and empty rooms. Not very cosy. No coffee maker in the room. Too bright lights in the restaurant.

Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - swimming pool hidden in a beautiful park. everything brand new and very clean. very nice stuff Apartments are located in a completely different building, above a garage and next to a street (which was quite noisy even during a night). A cinder path leads to the apartments, which wasn’t the most convenient way of carrying your bags there and we were not allowed to drive there by car. Nobody from the reception offered us help which was expected considering the price of our stay. Additionally, there was no WiFi connection in the apartment (it was mentioned in the offer though, same as that the apartments were located in a different place - we just have overlooked this information and we’re a bit disappointed).

Jill (10/5): Diamond in the Rough--work in progress - Imagine the beauty and peace of the country on an estate in the middle of farm land. This is a perfect spot if you want to stay on site to enjoy nature, a great spa (sauna's, huge hot tub and showers). The outdoor pool is in the process of being built. Great outdoor patios and picnic spot next to tennis courts/basketball court. Only downside is it's difficult to get transportation to the site to hire a car for checking out villages near by. The village we were in was maybe a 3 -4 block radius. It's idealic for couples/honeymooners. Not so much to entertain children/teens. Our service was great. The front desk hostess was wonderful. Our waiter at the restuarant was AWFUL. Sat us at tables two days in a row with dirty linens. When I asked for them to be replaced, he acted like he didn't understand English. Removed all the beautiful glassware off the table, then served us our drinks in plain glassware--why have it on the table if you're not going to use it. He was rude. All other people at the resort were wonderful. This fellow needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!
