• Deanna (6/5): - Very close and easy to access bus and train station, close to malls, convenient stores and many restaurants. The apartment we had was a 2 bedroom with a very poor couch that was considered a sofa bed but terribly uncomfortable. Very limited utensils in kitchen if you wanted to cook , no baking sheet or anything that was oven safe for cooking. Bathroom shower was not draining and the maintenance man came and looked but told us he was out of draino . We also had a problem with what seemed to be like fruit flies and again they sent a maintenance man he came looked and walked out very poor communication at this place but we spoke English and they we doing there best at times communicating through an app to speak and understand. It can get loud if other people at the property don’t respect the quiet times as it seems to be a very busy place . All in all the location is great but it does need a lot of attention and a good cleaning. The cleaning girls around the property need to dress a lot more respectful as they look very unprofessional and not like cleaning ladies if you come to work dressed with your belly and bum showing I’m not sure what to say about this. They are not friendly and walk the halls like they hate their jobs . There is underground parking but you must pay for it . All in all it’s in a great location but apartment #52 needs some attention we were there 2 weeks .
• James (10/5): - Large apartment, very good location and a great price. The apartment has everything you need. There was even a bath in the bathroom, which unfortunately I didn’t get to use! There’s an outside space (balcony) and the kitchen has everything you need. It was lovely and warm and I can’t fault it. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

• Carin (8/5): Convenient Location but Disappointing Comfort - The location was definitely a plus — close to the train station and within walking distance of the Old Town. We appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived early. However, the check-in staff were unfriendly, which left a negative first impression. The apartment was advertised as having a kitchen, but it was poorly equipped — no pan, no spatula, and generally lacking basic essentials. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and the table and chairs were wobbly, making it hard to relax. Overall, while the location was great, the comfort and service left a lot to be desired.

• Leszek (6/5): Just Ok - The online check in was not working , dirty bathroom. Missing windows blinds. Good location to the train station, lots of space in the apartment.
• Isabella (8/5): - It was really warm and no way to lower the heat, we had to open the window in the middle of the night to be able to sleep. There were no handtowels, we had to use the bathtowels. Also no closet or wardrobe for your things so we had to use a ironingboard to lay our clothes on.. really odd. There were only 1 bowl and 2 of all other things in the kitchen so there wasnt enough to cook dinner or eat breakfast. Don't know why they have a dishwasher when there is only like 10 things in the kitchen. The TVs antenna was broken so almost impossible to watch TV. We called reception that said they would call an repairman, but he never came.. Nice bed and clean but a lot of things that were not so good.

After trying to charge phone noticed that none of the outlets worked in the living room area. The front door was scratched. The fridge door was scratched cauced by the kitchen door handle. The base boards by the front door are coming off.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Everything you need for a basic stay. - Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for 3 people staying in one apartment. A double bed and sofa bed. Needed to be better communication to open the front door accessed with a code. The code given to us didn't work, however we still were able to call 24 hour number at 1am to get a new code. Overall good stay with the essentials you need.

• John (8/5): Far from perfection - Accommodation was generally good but some wear and damage was evident in the room and the bed materials had an unpleasant odour.
• Verified traveler (6/5): You get what you paid for - You get what you paid for. The towels had a weird smell to them, like they were not properly washed and dried. No body soap in the showers.
• Melissa (4/5): - If you’re English, the nighttime receptionist didn’t actually speak to us at all before giving us the keys so there’s a huge language barrier. The room itself was basic but nice - no complaints. However I’m guessing the apartments are attached to a student accommodation block because no exaggeration…it was night club level loud until 5am every night. It was the loudest place I’ve ever stayed with constant shouting and music. I heard several others complaining telling people to be quiet and staff don’t care. I basically had maximum 2-3 hours sleep a night and was exhausted. Let’s down nice apartments

Bed was comfy but very small and the quilt was very thin. We had one pillow each which were so thin they were basically just the pillow case. Location was nice and quiet and about a 20 minute walk from market square. Great stay, only improvements would be the bed size, quilt and pillows

• Augusta (6/5): - Do not stay here in summer - there is no air conditioning and also extremely loud. Really disappointing. We were completely unable to sleep due to there being a kindergarten literally downstairs, kids were screaming all the time and you can hear your neighbours very loudly all the time. Not a very safe area either, wouldn't recommend coming here despite the kitchen and bathroom being good - you will not sleep at all.

• Anders (10/5): Fresh - Fresh appartment. Good service. Close to convenience stores. Very close to the main train station. The only thing lacking is a micro owen. Bring your own shower soap and schampoo, because it is not supplied (but can be bought in one of the stores that is located close to the appartment.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap and good for the winter months. - OK the flat at Dąbrowskiego 40c/4 is a modern with big nice room. There is nice big firm bed, table with 2 chairs and big 42 inch TV. The flimsy covering on window and balcony were broken and also the curtains too short were making some troubles, falling off. The kitchen has oven, induction hob and really good fridge with big freezer, best part of the flat. The only thing missing is microwave. Bathroom was modern with washing machine and nice basin. The biggest problem is with too short shower glass panel. Taking shower makes a lot of water splashed out on the floor, witch is very dangerous getting out of the tub. Additionally the tiles were rather basic and poorly laid. Generally the flat DOES NOT have the air condition only quite good ventilation. IT is good for the winter but makes a big trouble in summer. Window and balcony output is in the internal courtyard with playground. Literally you look out to the big white wall and the noise generated by kids is huge. It is ok in winter but unbearable in summer.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Naprostá spokojenost - Všechno super, pokoje jsou výborně vybavené, takže máte plné domácí zázemí. . Nádherná velká plně vybavená kuchyň,lednice,myčka, pračka,žehlička i s prknem,nádobí,trouba,kafe,čaj a cukr. Prostě vše co běžně potřebujete.Jen jednou jsme nebyli spokojeni s čistotou,uklízečce očividně dost padaly vlasy a celkem i odbyla úklid, ale jinak vždy perfektně naklizeno. Skvěla dostupnost veřejné dopravy.
• Adam (6/5): Brud w pokoju. - Panie w recepcji śliczne, miłe i uśmiechnięte. Lokalizacja idealna. To jednak wszystko co można powiedzieć że jest pozytywne. Pierwsze co rzuciło mi się w oczy to brak papieru toaletowego, który bezproblemowo dostałem w recepcji, później zauważyłem odpiera zasłonę, aż w końcu ręką przykleiła mi się do stolika nocnego. Nasunęło mi to myśl że pokój nie był sprzątany, i faktycznie na prześcieradle pod poduszką włosy na zasłonach plamy... Na koniec dobiła mnie kabina prysznicowa która domykała się tylko dołem, co powoduje zalanie łazienki. Poniżej zamieszczam zdjęcia... Nie polecam!
• Anna (8/5): Not brilliant but a good place to stay - It is a good place to stay but a bit run down. Nice comfy beds and a good quality travel cot that was put in extra for us. The design of the stairs inside the apartment is hazardous for small children due to large gaps. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another one with a bath which is useful for a family. The location is good. Close to the main train station with good communication links.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Very hot apartment both good location - When making the reservation hotel info stated that there is air con in the room but there wasn’t and it was awfully hot and very difficult to sleep. When mentioning this at the reception I was only told ”there’s never been air con in these rooms” without any apologies or promises that this false info will be removed from Hotels.com pages so pls be aware of this. Also ”bed” (= sofa bed) for the fifth person was not very comfortable and there weren’t enough pillows or blankets (not that blankets were needed this time due to the heat). Garage under the apartment building was very handy. It took over a week to get the 500 sloti deposit back after checking out.

É il mio preferito a Wroclaw per la vicinanza con la stazione e per gli appartamenti nuovi e decentemente attrezzati. Ci sono appartamenti più confortevoli ed altri meno dato che non é stata posta particolare cura al disegno degli interni in base alla struttura degli appartamenti ed alla diversa posizione dei plugs. Reception aperta 24h ma preparati alle esigenze base per l’accesso all’appartamento. Se avete bisogno di supporto ulteriore non é il posto giusto. Se si é indipendenti, la location é quella desiderata e si cerca un posto tranquillo pulito senza troppe pretese é il posto da scegliere

• Verified traveler (2/5): Kiepski hostel w cenie bardzo dobrego hotelu - Chyba najgorsza noc jaką kiedykolwiek spędzałem w "hotelu"; standard apartamentu bardzo niski - totalny minimalizm (nawet brak jakichkolwiek obrazków na ścianach, szamponu w łazience, mikrofalówki, itd. itd.); konstrukcja budynku fatalna - pokoje wychodzące na bardzo mały dziedziniec - przez całą noc niewyobrażalny hałas, przeklinanie, wyzywanie się pijanej młodzieży, a rano od ok. 7...............przedszkole;) nigdy więcej!! dołożyć do tego słabo działające WIFI, brak klimatyzacji, okropną duchotę...mamy ogólny standard - tak jak wspomniałem kiepski hostel za niewyobrażalną cenę - co najmniej 4-gwiazdkowego hotelu lub innego, choć może bardziej oddalonego od dworców apartamentu na odpowiednim poziomie; szczerze przestrzegam przed tym obiektem!
