(9/5): Céntrico, boniito y barato - El apartamento súper completo, queda del lado de Pest y está muy céntrico, tiene una parada de metro, un lidl y el café Nueva York 5 minutos como nota curiosa. Los anfitriones súper amables te preguntan subte hace falta algo y te ayudan. Las cápsulas de café un detalle fabuloso. Me voy súper contenta calidad precio fue excelente 👌 No tengo nada negativo del apartamento
• Mauro Gennaro (9/5): Sono stato bene e mi sono sentito a casa. - Appartamento arredato con gusto e con tutti i comfort. La colazione non era inclusa. C'era una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e le capsule di caffè. Era ciò che mi aspettavo. I letti erano confortevoli. I materassi comodi. L'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per tutto. Il Flipper ha creato in me un bell'effetto amarcord. L'assenza del bidet nel bagno, per me che sono italiano è una mancanza importante. Per il resto non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. I cuscini li avrei preferiti un pò più grandi.

• Annie (10/5): Super appartement - Le flipper, piano et guitare. Avoir ce qu'il faut pour ne pas avoir besoin de les emmener dans la valise : shampoing savon serviette. Le chauffage fonctionne très bien, la cuisine et les capsules de café déjà disponible. Le lit confortable. L'emplacement : proche de bus ou tramway, ou si on préfère la marche c'est très bien aussi.
• TAM AITCHISON (9/5): Hidden Gem. - Warm cosy,clean well decorated, comfortable, quiet,. Everything you need,and more for your stay, some nice extras including pinball machine, guitar,and keyboard. Communication with the Happy home team was first class,from the moment we booked,and all forms of transport were within easy walking distance. There has been some comments about the entrance/courtyard to the building, Which may be true, But these are out of control of the owner, Please ignore them,cause when you enter the apartment,you will be delighted, Don't judge the book by the cover. If I go back to Budapest in the future,I would not hesitate to book Happy home again. Trip 14th-21st December. Tam
• Valeriya (10/5): Absolutely worth the money and good location - We could do a early check in and the instructions how to enter the building and the apartment were clear. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We got 4 towels for 2 people and plenty of toilet paper. We didn’t bring any soap or shampoo but even these things were present in the bathroom. Netflix worked perfectly on the tv. The bed was very comfortable. The pinball machine is a nice addition for entertainment. Also we got a supplementary bottle of wine :) The location was also perfect, 6 min walk to the metro, grocery store Lidl, Burger King and what looked like a shopping centre. The stairs to the mezzanine were creaking as we walked up and down.

Sehr hellhörig. Auch wenn der Gastgeber bittet, den Vorhof, welcher sehr dreckig & hellhörig war, nicht zu berücksichtigen, ist das nicht möglich. Bereits am frühen Morgen wurden wir von Arbeitern aus dem Schlaf gerissen & der erste Eindruck von Aussen war nicht toll.

• Erica (9/5): Happy Home Joy per le tue vacanze nella vera Budapest - L'appartamento è carino e pulito,dotato di ogni comfort. Se dovesse mancare qualcosa lo staff è molto disponibile nel farti avere ciò che ti serve.Le modalità di check in semplici e veloci. La posizione l'ho trovata molto comoda,a due passi dalla metro Blaha Luiza ter e II Janos pal papa ter e agli altri mezzi. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati bar e ristoranti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il cortile fuori dall'appartamento è poco illuminato di notte e l'entrata del portone piena di calcinacci e materiali edili per probabili lavori in corso. Bisogna fare un po' di attenzione agli ostacoli se si entra durante le ore serali/notturni. Netflix non funzionava,ma a noi non interessava più di tanto.

• Tina (10/5): - We stayed at Happy Home Diamond and this beautiful apartment was truly a gem! The owner Bjorn was amazing to work with and his staff is top notch! Perfect instructions on how to locate & enter plus a great booklet of everything you need once you arrive. Close proximity to market, St. Stephen’s Basilica, The Danube, and easy access to all public transport. We slept wonderfully each night as the property was very quiet. Everything you need to cook or reheat is provided for you. Having a washer/dryer available was so appreciated as we are traveling for 30+ days with only backpacks. The apartment is so sparkling clean and a wonderful size shower at the end of each busy day was so welcomed. We cannot recommend the Happy Home enough! They are worth every penny! We cannot wait to return to Budapest again and will most definitely be returning to see Bjorn and his Happy Home team again!

• Livia (9/5): Great value for money, the hosts are considerate and responsive. - Great value for money. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The hosts were very responsive, they sent us all the information ahead of our arrival and made sure everything was clear. I liked the personal touch of the manager, made us feel like home away from home. The location is 20-25 minutes walking from all the main attractions. The New York Cafe is right around the corner. Grocery shops are near by, smaller shops working past 10:00 PM are also close. May be this will be helpful for others, the apartment is on the ground floor, with windows looking at the entrance in the building. It might get noisy sometimes, but it did not bother us.
• Mama Ayla (10/5): A fab apartment - perfect base to explore! - We absolutely loved our stay here! A big, comfy apartment with everything you needed, and cute quotes all around. Loved the upstairs bed area - I don't usually sleep very well in new places but the bed must have been really comfy as I slept perfectly! My daughter absolutely loved the pinball machine. We arrived at 1am and she was playing on it straight away! She also enjoyed trying out the guitar and keyboard and I loved the sweet gift of a bottle of wine and coffee pods. Good location - although very slight out of the centre it was only a quick couple of tram/metro stops from all the main attractions. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Extremely friendly hosts and staff who were always fast to respond and stored our luggage for us at their main office (a couple of tram stops away) and let us use their office area to get changed and wait for a taxi back to the airport. Highly recommend :) Nothing at all!

• Cristina (10/5): ¡Un alojamiento para estar como en casa! - El alojamiento es un apartamento estupendamente distribuido, con la cama arriba y la sala de estar, cocina y baño (amplio y nuevo) abajo. Es tal cual las fotos. Tiene todo lo que podrías necesitar para una estancia cómoda y de varios días en Budapest (nosotros estuvimos una semana y era como estar en casa) incluida una botella de vino rosado súper rica y cafés de cortesía. La cama era muy cómoda, la cocina estaba perfectamente equipada y con muchos detalles pensados para que uno esté a gusto. La ubicación es buena, hay líneas de metro y tranvía a un paso y autobuses en la puerta de casa.

Un lit avec un matelas super confortable ainsi qu’une douche spacieuse avec un bon débit. La réactivité de notre hôte ainsi que son gentil cadeau d’accueil: une bouteille de vin hongrois et la mise à disposition de capsules de café pour la machine. Le manque de lumière naturelle: l’appartement reste malheureusement assez sombre même en pleine journée. Un prix de location relativement élevé, probablement en lien avec le fait que cela tombait sur le week end du grand prix de F1

• Alieva (8/5): - Extremely helpful staff, were ready to wait for us late in the evening because we were coming later as expected due to bad weather. For us - perfectly located. It was quiet, comfortable bed, enough sockets for your devices! Kitchen, bathroom are nicely equipped, you have everything you might need. Everything is functioning, we had also welcome pack, which was cute. And this is really very specific thing, and might be relevant only for those who are tall (>180cm) - the WC is quite near to the heater, which ist right in front, so you might need some effort to adjust yourself.

I was very satisfied with the stay. - Location, cleanliness, facilities, quietness, organization and information/instructions before arrival. Only one set of pillows provided. Another set of pillows, different from the original ones, is advised. Bedroom is on a mezzanine, thus going to the bathroom at night requires descending stairs with no handrails which can be a bit inconvenient and hazardous at night.

Good service. It was a bit cold in the room at night, the heater didn't work properly. And the toilet almost flooded a few times.

A bottle of local wine was waiting for us on arrival next to the welcome book with recommendations from the host. Beware of tall people on the mezzanine, as the ceiling is quite low. This didn't bother us as we weren't very tall, but you need to take this into account when booking.

• Lennart... (10/5): Exceptional - I was there with my family, we rented all three apartments. It was very well decorated and had all the amenities you need (and more) Comfortable beds and shower. We had fun with the pin ball machines. Public transport was close buy and some nice bars and restaurants. We would certainly return. I'm not a big fan of the check in process, downloading the app and forced to sharing your personal info and passport etc.
• Lino (10/5): It’s a great little home that’s fun and joyful, attentive to travelers needs. - Good location close to main road close to some restaurants and Metro stations, but inwards enough to be in a quiet location. We liked the idea of having a fun atmosphere in the house, the many positive messages on the wall, the decor and the retro pinball machine that works! Not that it mattered a lot for us as it is not the actual apartment property, but the entrance and yard are a bit rundown and if renovated could make the whole premises look wonderful and enhance the product for the guests a lot. It’s a common area with the city’s traditional courtyard and the Main Street entrance.

The gift of a bottle of wine at the arrival has been really appreciated. Air conditionare and sofa / stereo appreciated. Happy to find a first cooking kit as salt / oil / sugar .. to cook something. Coffee machine appreciated as well and Netflix was a plus. Very quite also the night. Possibility of a Washing / Dry machine super. quite nothing.. but if we have to say the duvets smell not good. Possible they have been washed but not perfectly dried, so they had a bad smell.

• Jarosław (9/5): Very good choice - Very beautiful object. As soon as I saw pinball machinę, I knew I had to book it. It had everything needed (and even more). Very good contact with the host. Possibility to use the luggage storage in the office, thanks to which I could meet the hosts in person and see what wonderful people they are. The apartment is clean. A large bathroom and a large shower are an additional advantage. Very comfortable bed. Close to the metro. The entrance and the yard did not look inviting, but once you enter the apartment you forget about it.
• Ban (9/5): Great value for money! - Convenient check in. Comfy bed and couch. Accessible transportation. TV with streaming network, AC for the room. It is understandable that it’s out of the properties hand, but sadly the room was filled with mosquitoes which was irritating especially at night.
• David (10/5): A wonderful apartment that lived up to its name - Happy Home - The location proved to be excellent as it is just a 100m off the main road and set within a courtyard. That made it extremely quiet and dark at night so that I slept very well. I used Citymapper to find journey routes and the Budapest card included most forms of transport - metro, trams, buses and even a boat sightseeing so that I did not have to worry about tickets once I had collected my card from one of the few designated tourist outlets and activated the card by writing my ISD no and start time and date on it. Free use of washing machine, coffee-maker, and a lot more. My stay could have been longer!
• agnes (6/5): Big space - We had a five night stay at Happy Home White. The apartment is big. There is a kitchen full of necessary stuff. Close to supermarkets, bus, tram, metro and train stations. The apartment is very dark and humid. The loft upstair has no storage. Very low ceiling. Head board tucked into a concave wall. If someone is claustrophobic like me, you are in big trouble. Shower is not consistant. Hot shower turn cold several time during my shower. Pinball machine, electric key board is nice but no time to make use of them if you are busy touring the city. More storage space instead would be nice. Washing machine is nice.

• Test (10/5): - とても良い部屋でした。 キッチンや洗濯機&乾燥機（部屋のすぐ外にあります）がついていて、部屋も広かったです。 ロフトは身長170cm以上だと頭があたると思いますので注意が必要です。 徒歩5分程度でスーパーなどもあるためとても便利です。 気になる点としては、部屋に入るための中庭は埃っぽいのと夜になるとだいぶ暗いです。 また、場所がわかりにくく迷う可能性があります。ただし、WhatsAppでメッセージを送るとすぐに返信してくれるため、迷った時には連絡するのをオススメします。

• Annabel (9/5): Fantastic stay! - We absolutley loved this place. The greeting was lovely, the apartment was spotless, spacious, well equipped, and in a great location. The Dolly pinball machine was an added treat! Would 100% reccommend this place! :) One tiny change would be bigger pillows in the bed, thats all!
• Kevin (8/5): Altogether, the stay was amazing. Despite some minor defects, it was a great place and the staff were great. They even p - Conveniently located, welcoming, and pretty clean. The staff were very nice and helpful with everything The bathroom walls are a little moldy because the fan for the vent is very weak, so it’s not very efficient at clearing out the steam from the shower, which is kind of important considering there’s no window in there. The clearance upstairs is very low, definitely not for taller people like myself. And less of the motivation quotes would be nice, for such a small space, there are a lot of them all over the place. It almost looks like a single, lonely woman lives there.

A walk distance to supermarket and transportation services The apartment should supply more towels for people who are staying for couple of days. There is not enough light at the entrance to the apartment when arriving at night
• Ting (10/5): Exceptional - We were so late arrived Budapest ! But Gergely met us and helped for checking! Really thanks to Gergely that we can checking smoothly. We got everything cooking thing in the kitchen and even one champagne as welcome drink in the room! Though the stay has the head light in the front door, the yard at night was really dark, need to use the flashlight from cellphone when get back to the stay.

• Daria (10/5): I liked absolutely everything about the apartment, it was clean and comfortable - The first thing that caught my eye was the cleanliness and presence of all the necessary equipment and even minimal accessories for it, for example, there was a coffee machine with capsules, tea bags, tablets for the dishwasher. The equipment also included a toaster, microwave, TV and even a washing machine in the common corridor with capsules. everything is in working good condition. I highly recommend these apartments. and I will gladly return to them again. Thank you. everything was amazing:)
• Eileen (10/5): Charming, unique, fun and memorable flat! - The overall vibe was cool and unique. The gentleman that met us with the keys explained everything perfectly. The space is very well taken care of and fun! Dolly Parton pingball machine! The extra large shower was a dream! The entrance to get into the courtyard could have been better lit at night by the gate. I'd suggest more pillows on bed.

• Terry (10/5): Exceptional - The place was clean and tidy. I like the design of the living/dining area. Location is good and 5-min walk from the Metro. Bus 99 stops just outside the apartment which is very convenient. Supermarket LIDL is just opposite the Metro. The washer/dryer machine is really convenient. It is also close to the Reform Baptist by taking Bus 99 and then Bus 72/9. We bought a 72-hour travel card at the airport. Really we used it on the Bus/Tram/Metro. None

Suggestions only by good intentions and not criticism! -Tidy up the courtyard a bit! I know it’s not easy because it is a common area, but worth a try! Maybe you tried already in the past. I know it is not always easy with neighbours! -Coffee and wine are very kind, but also a bottle of water would be a life saver. Especially on hot days. -Iron the curtains and put them back properly or change them! -Change the pillows, they are very “springy” (elastic). With the nice comfortable bed you should choose comfortable pillows as well! These are only minor things that might not bother most people, but if you can take them into consideration and implement them, your place will be even nicer! Well done you’re doing a great job!

• Clara (10/5): Perfect central Budapest apartment - We stayed in the White Happy Home Budapest apartment which was beautiful. Greeted by the lovely Kate who showed us around & explained everything wonderfully. Great location to explore everything central Budapest has to offer. Only a few metro stops from the city centre/Danube or approx. 25 min walk. Very clean, huge shower, great little kitchenette with lots of appliances. Spacious apartment in general with lovely mezzanine level for the bedroom. Great value for money for a self-contained city centre apartment.

• Juliana (10/5): Couldn't have been better! - Tina was extremely friendly. She was waiting for us in order to give us the keys of the apartment and show us around. The check-out was contactless (we left the keys in the keys box). The apartment seems to be newly renovated, with nice furniture. It's clean and had way more than we expected in terms of appliances (iron, microwave, washing machine, stuff to cook, they even left a bottle of wine as a gift). They truly show they care for their clients. It's centrally located, within walking distance of many bus/metro stops. We loved our stay here and would definitely be back! Even though it's centrally located, it was around 20 mins walking distance to the busy area. Which sometimes felt a bit long. The apartment was a bit dark, but since we were out all day we didn't really suffer that. If you go for work: The internet was really fast but there was no proper surface to work.

• Stacey (8/5): - Really enjoyed our stay at Happy Home Diamond. Nice, quiet street & building with a secure gated entrance. Great location 2 mins walk from a main square with metro / tram / bus stops. Better shower than most hotels & having netflix on the TV was a nice touch. Very friendly staff showed us the facilities and then at the luggage drop-off office. If possible it would be a good idea to indicate the correct building. The ceiling in the bedroom area is uncomfortably low and the pillows weren't great, but they're minor inconveniences.
• Adam (8/5): Great location and spacious - Clean spacious and perfect location The bedroom up the stairs has a low ceiling and banging your head is quite easily done. I'm 5ft 10in and I had to keep my head down all the time when I went upstairs.

The bed is comfortable, they provide you with a complimentary bottle of rose wine, the room has a pinball machine, Bluetooth speakers, a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, a spacious shower, and musical instruments. There is also a shared hallway that has a washing machine/dryer combo. The legroom on the toilet is pretty small, so if you're 180+ cm tall it can be a bit crammed.
