• Pauline (10/5): - Super Lage, außerhalb der Sassi aber easy innerhalb von 10min (max.) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken ist auch super easy, entweder auf der Straße oder auf einem kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses. Paola war sehr zuvorkommend, immer gut zu erreichen und total herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
• Richard (9/5): Fijn verblijf op een prima locatie met een super aardige host! Grazie Paola - Paola was erg vriendelijk en stond ons al op te wachten. Ze gaf veel nuttige informatie over de oude stad en had vooraf ook al diverse tips gegeven over o.a. het parkeren. Wij hebben een prima plek gevonden. Het verblijf is praktisch ingericht en op loopafstand van de oude stad. Het ontbijtbuffet voldoet prima. Wij waren erg content met dit verblijf. Uiteraard zijn er gebruikssporen maar dat hoort bij een locatie die veel wordt geboekt. Wij gaan ervan uit dat 1 keer in de zoveel tijd de kwast er doorheen zal gaan. En ja het is derde etage en trappen, maar dat wisten we van te voren!

Appartement avec 4 chambres (avec salle de bains privatif ) pièce de vie et salon commun . Suivant sur qui vous tombez ce n’est pas forcément génial … Pas forcement de respect au niveau du bruit des autres chambres et du rangement au petit déjeuner . On entend également la route

Dommage pas de grille pain, ce serait un plus.

Accueil plus que charmant, chaleureux et sincère. Excellente communication, confiance et conseils . Une belle rencontre. Appartement confortable et bien aménagé. La chambre avec la terrasse (il n'y en a qu'une ) est super. Spacieuse, confortable et avec une vue sur Matera waouw en plus d'être parfaitement située pour aller découvrir les sassi avec parking gratuit à côté en plus.

• Delano (10/5): We hebben een top overnachting gehad. Onze credits gaan naar de eigenaresse. Wat een TOP vrouw! - Wat een super ontvangst gekregen. De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en doet echt haar best om je zo comfortabel mogelijk te laten voelen. De kamer beviel ons zeer goed. Het was vrij comfortabel en er was voldoende ruimte. Het ontbijt werd door de eigenaresse geregeld en je mocht zelfs spullen uit de koelkast pakken. De koffie en/of thee mocht je ook helemaal zelfstandig zetten. Daarnaast was er een balkon beschikbaar, waar iedereen op mocht zitten. Je kreeg dan een prachtig uitzicht over Matera. Het parkeren bij de locatie is niet even gemakkelijk.

• Maarten (9/5): Aanrader, goede prijs kwaliteit. - Locatie en kamer zijn super. Bad/regendouche was heerlijk. Uitzicht op Matera is echt grandioos. Ontbijt is een beetje karig. Tip voor vriendelijke eigenaresse: je kunt je handdoek nergens ophangen om te drogen, misschien iets van een haakje maken.
• Daniele (6/5): Not highly recommended due to noisy location. - It was okay. The place is in the third floor so you have to carry luggage up stairs. Location on the main road makes it noisy with traffic all night.
• Schwimmer53 (10/5): - Paola ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation auf Englisch war zu jeder Zeit bestens. Ihre Infos zu Matera und guten Restaurants waren sehr hilfreich. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und unser Auto parkte kostenlos quasi vor der Haustür (wir hatten Glück). Das Frühstück ist ein Selfservice Buffet, was Paola am Nachmittag/Abend des Vortags frisch bestückt. Die Atmosphäre im Limen Guesthouse ist sehr persönlich. Nichts. Man sollte wissen, dass das B&B in der 3. Etage ist und es mit schwerem Gepäck schon eine Herausforderung ist 💪

• AnneOvRolf (7/5): Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und unsere Fragen wurden erschöpfend beantwortet. - Es handelt sich um eine induviduell geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage ist gut, man hat eine hervorragende Aussicht. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es müsste stärker darauf hingewiesen werden, dass sich die Wohnung in der 4 Etage befindet und kein Aufzug vorhanden ist.

We loved the view, the room and its amenities. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse! Super close to the city centre, beautiful view from the room :) Nothing to say, everything was great.

• Isabelle (5/5): - Paola is a very kind and helpfull host, but this needs to be said.  The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the apartment is quite small and contains 4 bedrooms. We were located in the smallest bedroom (the one with no name). The 3 other bedrooms which are bigger are named : Lentiges, Ferula and Tima. Our room had a very uncomfortable bed (= matress on a plank). The (once) white walls were full of black stripes, which gives a dirty and not well maintained athmosphere. The street noise is very loud (also during the night). Bring your earplugs. The shower is moulded. Price/quallity for this room is not ok.

Piękny pokój dobrze wyposażony- czajnik, lodówka, różne herbaty i ciasto dla gości dostępne w dowolnym momencie. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do historycznego centrum. Śniadanie wyjątkowo nie było serwowane w obiekcie tylko w pobliskiej kawiarni, ponieważ Paola miała wizytę u lekarza, mieliśmy budżet 7€ na głowę.

• Maria Jose (9/5): - La ubicación era excelente, muy cerca de los sassi y con unas vistas espectaculares desde nuestra habitación.Muy fácil aparcar en las inmediaciones, justo detrás del piso hay un amplio aparcamiento. El piso era muy acogedor y decorado con buen gusto.El desayuno estaba bien: café o té, zumos, repostería, yogur... Paola fue una anfitriona muy atenta, nos proporcionó buenas indicaciones para aparcar y movernos por Matera. Las pizzas en la pizzería Mavi estaban riquísimas.. No era fácil ajustar el agua caliente. Tardaba bastante rato en salir. Es la única pega, pero tampoco fue un problema, pues finalmente salía caliente. Los viajeros con dificultad de movilidad o con niños pequeños han de tener en cuenta que se trata de un tercero sin ascensor. A nosotros no nos supuso un problema

• MARCELINO (8/5): Conveniente - A anfitriã é muito gentil e atenciosa. Como tivemos um problema com o carro alugado e só pudemos chegar no dia seguinte da reserva, ela entrou em contato nos oferecendo ajuda e orientando sobre algumas questões do ocorrido. O apartamento é muito próximo do centro histórico e foi fácil encontrar estacionamento publico próximo ao prédio. O quarto é amplo, cama confortável e a bucha é muito boa. Precisa de um cuidado no banheiro. Como tem pouca ventilação, tem mofo no box.

Bardzo smaczne śniadanie (goście mają nieograniczony dostęp do kuchni z: dobrze zaopatrzoną lodówką, ekspresami kawowymi, przekąskami, słodyczami, różnymi rodzajami kawy i - co rzadkie we Włoszech - dobrą herbatą). Poza tym Pani Właścicielka dba o szczegół - wszelkie informacje, karteczki napisane ręcznie. Niezapomniany widok z balkonu na Materę i komfortowa, wielka, dwuosobowa wanna. Miejsce godne polecenia. Szkoda, że byliśmy tylko jedną noc. Nie śmiałbym nawet wskazywać...

La literie est à renouveler: matelas en fin de vie posé sur une planche en bois. Un entretien général de la chambre est à effectuer : saleté des murs ( beaucoup de traces de valises), murs de la douche en mauvais état, beaucoup de moisissures et pomme de douche inutilisable tellement elle est entartrée. Bien que le petit déjeuner soit bon, l’hôte n’est pas sur place pour le gérer, il faut préparer soit même: à préciser dans le descriptif du logement.

La vue depuis notre chambre sur la vieille ville La baignoire douche dans la chambre apporte beaucoup d’humidité, le lit est affaissé au milieu et les WC sont à l’étroit. Pour le petit-déjeuner que nous devons en partie nous préparer (thé, café, frigo, rangement dans la machine à laver, tri des déchets, etc), il est difficile de se retrouver potentiellement à 8 (4 chambres) dans la cuisine. La logeuse n’est présente que le soir pour nous accueillir de 16h00 à 18h00
