- Marcela (10/5): Velmi pěkný hotel s příjemným personálem. V krásné lokalitě. Určitě doporučuji. - Snídaně pestré a dostačující, ubytování v nádherné lokalitě nabízí spoustu možností, jak zde trávit čas. Bazén je příliš malý, ptoto je dobré řešení omezení vstupu jen pro tři páry. Naštěstí jsme měli dva páry se kterými jsme se hezky prostřídali v bazénu, vířivce a sauně.

- Diana (5/5): - -Lokalita -Krásna reštaurácia -Pohodlná posteľ -Izba 3 poschodia dole bez výťahu, čo by bolo dobré uviesť keďže máme malé dieťa a manzel je po úraze - v celej izbe koberec, totálne špinavý - v kúpeľni len vaňa v ktorej sa nedalo poriadne osprchovať, pri zapnutí svetla automatické zapnutie ventilátora čo v noci dosť ruší keď v izbe niekto spí - televízia nepoužiteľná, všetky aplikácie či netflix alebo internet zablokované.

- janusz (4/5): - "Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people. - Petr (10/5): Overall the stay was great, clean facility, great breakfast, great wellness. Worth every penny we have paid. - It has been second time we stayed with girlfriend in this hotel. I love the colourful design of the rooms. It’s modern and well decorated. This time we stayed in standard room, instead of massage bath we had shower corner, no good view to the valley. Room was smaller. No kettle to boil tea or coffee in the room.

There was enough choice at breakfast and the breakfast was good. Private car parking is available. My room was only reachable via external stairs outside of the main building.

(3/5): Nice hotel but for my opinion maintanance and clean service not working!! - Nice location, good welness, close to city center, parking really close to door My room is very dirty - spider & network in corner, stains on the carpet, moldy joints around the sink and bathtub, a leaking toilet that had to be flushed again every time, turned off lights on steel stairs!!
- Sinai (7/5): Disappointment from room location as I described - Great location, good resturant I got room 301, which is 3 stores below the lobby. No elevator, so I had to go down 3 floors on wet steps to .my room carring my laggage. Also this room has strange arangment once you turn on the light in the toilet the blowers work at lower noise for 3-5 minutes , . without possible to stop. It was explain to me after the team went down to my room and checking with the technician that is done on purpose , my estimation to eliminate humidity due to location of the room, down below

- Murat (10/5): Exceptional - The best hotel in town! Helpful staff, good breakfast and a nice restaurant with many choices for lunch/dinner as well. There is no elevator, and the check-out is at 10:00 AM (as in most other hotels). I think getting up early is a good Czech tradition. :)
- Michala (8/5): - V hotelu jsme byli v nejteplejších dnech, proto byl obrovský problém, že hotel nemá klimu v pokojích! Pokoj jsme dostali pod střechou, kde byly jen dvě malé střešní okna. V pokoji proto bylo 30 stupňů, což bylo opravdu za trest. Navíc jsme se nedostali ani do wellness či bazenu, který se prý musí objednávat dopředu. Jinak byl hotel pěkný moderní, čistý. Snídaně by měly být pravidelně doplňovány, protože jsme přišli hodinu před koncem snídaní k prázdným ošatkám a talířům, po upozornění bylo doplněno, ale nepůsobí to dobře. Ale celkový dojem z hotelu byl fajn

When we asked to change rooms they said they didn't have availability and instead the room would be cleaned, which never happened. We checked out early and moved to another, much cleaner and reasonable priced accommodation.

Ostatniego dnia zamiast śniadania poinformowano nas ze w recepcji mamy odebrać zapakowane bułki , szok po prostu dno . Nie zasługuje nawet na 1 gwiazdkę i będę domagać sie zwrotu części kosztów za pobyt , załączam zdjęcie śniadania w hotelu rajska zahrada
- Verified traveler (8/5): Celkem dobrý dojem. - V recepci dvě ženy: První méně vychovaná, při odjezdu příjemná. Hotel pěkný, pokoj taky, jen trochu moc rudé barvy. Pozitiva. Restaurace výborná, ochotný personál. Krásný výhled a okolí. Nagativa: Z hotelu do restaurace musíte přes dvůr, když neprší nebo nesněží, je to celkem OK, jinak je to trochu nepohodlné a neobvyklé.
