• Stephen (6/5): - The property is more of a holiday park than a hotel.Completely self-catering.No cleaning or change of sheets, no shopping facilities within walking distance as the park is hard to find and a bit out of the way. Expected to clean up at the end of the stay to receive back the deposit.The actual apartment was OK but small and had some cleanliness issues. We liked the pool, and the staff were helpful.

• angela (6/5): - It was an okay stay overall. I had read the reviews beforehand, so my expectations were already adjusted. That said, I really don’t think this should be rated as a 4-star property—it sets an expectation the experience doesn’t live up to. The biggest challenge was finding our room. It took two of us, our driver, and even the security guard at the gate to locate it. If we had arrived after dark, it would have been very difficult. Our key was left in a lockbox in an envelope with our name on it. We had been told it was inside the building, but it was actually outside—and there were multiple envelopes, so it’s very much a trust system. The front desk was closed when we arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon, which was surprising. On the positive side, the room was clean and well air-conditioned, and the pool area was lovely—quiet and well maintained. However, we did have to put on our own sheets and duvet cover, which again calls the 4-star rating into question. There’s a great buffet at the hotel next door—good quality and very affordable. Just a note: the walkway to our room was broken in places and could be problematic for anyone with accessibility needs. There were also many gravel paths throughout the property. All in all, fine for what it is—but best to know what you’re getting into
• Simone (8/5): - Insgesamt okay. Früherer Check-in möglich, kostete aber 15€ extra und bei Ankunft mussten wir erstmal saugen, da der ganze Boden verdreckt war. Der Abfluss roch unangenehm und auf den Toiletten war sehr wenig Platz. Die Wege zum Appartment waren verwuchert und holprig. Gut war die funktionierende Klimaanlage, Betten waren auch ok, kleine sonnige Terrasse mit Wäscheständer und die Kommunikation vor Ort. Die Küche war zwar ausreichend eingerichtet, aber es waren keine Spülutensilien vorhanden (Spülmittel, Lappen, Geschirrtuch). Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Endreinigung war inklusive.

They left us instructions and poorly written map, which was difficult to understand. The air condition in the room is super smelly, i har an allergy after spending the night at this place. No restaurant working, nothing.

• Elisabetta (8/5): - Résidence con mini appartamenti e piscina comune. Silenzioso, immerso nella natura, a 10 minuti di macchina da Arles. Si può migliorare la comunicazione delle informazioni da parte della reception che oltretutto è chiusa il mercoledì e la domenica. All’interno del villaggio c’è un ristorante a buffet anche per la colazione ma è a pagamento e a volte non si trova posto. Nel complesso una buona soluzione.

• Marie-Rose (2/5): - Service client inexistant. C'est grâce à une cliente de l'hôtel que nous avons pu récupérer les clefs de la chambre. Personne ne nous avait envoyé un mail, ni un sms avec le code du coffre. De plus, nous avons appelé plusieurs fois le numéro d'urgence : personne n'a décroché ni nous a rappelé. Grâce à Louise, réceptionniste, nous avons appris que nous étions responsable de ses manquements à elle!!!. Et, évidemment, non seulement elle ne s'est pas excusée mais en plus, elle a fui ses responsabilités, le tout en nous accablant. Bref, nous demandons le remboursement. Un tel non sens du service au client est inacceptable.

Désagréable pour dormir Le logement très propre. Pas d acceuil pour remettre les clefs avons dû téléphoner et laisser la clefs dans une boîte aux lettres.
• michele (8/5): Améliorer la réception - Séjour impeccable mais l’arrivée horrible : personne à la réception cè dont nous n’avions pas été prévenu, erreur de clé dans le coffre, indications de recherche du studio inexistante. Heureusement nous avons pu déranger une heure plus tard un gardien qui nous a,donné la bonne clé et nous a accompagné
• Ariane (2/5): A FUIR - Hôtel horrible, perdu dans la campagne dans une zone qui craint, vu le nombre de grilles et de gardes et à plus de 6kms d'Arles. Nous n'etions pas arrivés depuis 5 mns qu'on regardait si on avait la possibilité d'annuler. Tout est fermé, pas âme qui vive. Aucun service car aucun personnel, réception fermée à 17h, également fermée à 8h30 du mat. Il a fallu appeler un no d'urgence. Chambre du niveau d'un F1, sans déco, encombrée au sol de seaux, balais et aspirateur car vous devez faire le ménage. frais : 80€ si vous ne videz pas les poubelles, 86€ si vous partez après 10h, etc. Salle de bain minuscule, envahie par de minuscules fourmis, serviettes de la taille d'un timbre poste, pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. WC qui fuit toute la nuit. Pas de shampoing, et on a manqué de PQ sans personnel vers qui se tourner. Vous n'êtes qu'un portefeuille. Il y a certes un golf mais il ne fait pas partie de cet hôtel. Grosse , grosse arnaque !!!!

• Michel (8/5): - Bei dieser Ferien Anlage braucht man fast zwingend ein Auto. Von Arles ist es nicht einfach per Taxi ... wir haben aber vor Ort Fahrräder gemietet (die waren in super Zustand und ziemlich günstig) und das war super. Wer sich nicht scheut, die 4 Kilometer in der Nacht mit dem Fahrrad durch die dunkle Strasse von Arles nach der Residence zu gondeln, hat damit eine Alternative.

• Katja (8/5): Erholung pur - Ob die Anlage würdige 4 Sterne verdient, lassen wir dahingestellt, stellenweise ist sie überarbeitungswürdig. Unser Apartment war geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Ebenso das Badezimmer, alles sehr gut. Wegen Corona war die Anlage aber wohl länger nicht in regelmäßiger bzw. auslastender Nutzung (Gespräch mit der Rezeption) respektive gibt es vor Ort wohl auch Personal(beschaffungs)probleme. Trotz alledem sollte man aber bitte gerade dann eine Tiefenreinigung ansetzen, BEVOR man eventuell länger ungenutzte Räumlichkeiten vergibt! Schönes Apartment aber leider wirklich schmutzig (Fußboden, Lampen, Wäschetrockner, Terrassenmöbel - unsere Feuchttücher haben leider nicht ausgereicht). Man bot uns umstandslos diese Reinigung zum Folgetag an, nur war das leider auch unser Abreisetag, schade. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Der Pool war wohltuend, auch wenn der "Wasserfall" optisch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ganz gut, weil Flachbecken und Tiefbecken! Es gibt auf dem Gelände wirklich ausreichend Parkplätze, super. Und in die nächstgrößere Stadt Arles benötigt man mit den PKW vielleicht 10/15 min, das hat gepasst. Auch als Ausgangspunkt in die Carmague, noch ganz gut zu empfehlen!

• P (10/5): Great place to stay near Arles! - How to holiday like the French! It was a great experience. Super location in the countryside and even though I didn’t have a car, I got around by bicycle fine. The apartment was modern and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and I had an upper floor so I could sleep with the balcony doors fully open at night without any concerns - essential with it being so hot (and no mosquitos). Staff and everyone I met were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed it and will go back. It might be a little offputting if you don’t have your own transport but there is a call-on-demand bus service that calls at the property. An excellent choice if you want to visit Arles and Provence without the hustle and bustle of staying in the town. I hired my bicycle on site and it wasn’t expensive.

Unico neo che abbiamo riscontrato e' stata la scomodita' del letto; a ns. avviso il materasso era troppo rigido e scaldava parecchio anche se la temperatura generale dei locali non era elevata.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Looks good on paper - It was end of the season, the hotel complex was closing the next day, there was nothing open. It was a bit of a clash between expectations set on the booking and the actual. I suspect it is great when fully open in the summer.
• Joyce (8/5): Rustig park, net appartement - De appartementen zijn klein, maar functioneel. WiFi is gratis en bereik is prima. Het park heeft een mooi zwembad, met voldoende ligbedjes en schaduwplekken. Op 10 minuten rijden zijn allerlei winkels te vinden en in Arles kun je lekker eten bij Grand Café Malarte.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Fint men lite avlägset - Härligt poolområde i fin omgivning. Bra pris och faciliteter, fina lägenheter. Ett minus är att det är svårt att ta sig dit utan egen bil. Det är mycket ont om taxibilar i Arles, det finns en buss till området, men den måste förbeställas. Vi åkte dit i lågsäsong och då var servicen begränsad.
• Bettina (8/5): Pænt og hyggeligt, specielt for børn - Overordnet set et behageligt sted. Det er en del af flere “leje komplekser”. Lejligheden/husene er nyrenoveret og pæne og pladsen godt udnyttet. Angående selve faciliteterne er det bestemt poolen der var den skønne del og ikke overfyldt. Alt andet feks tennis, mini golf mv er meget slidt og synes at have stået urørt i flere år. Personalet var venligt og de fleste forsøgte at tale engelsk. Ingen info på engelsk (reglement for stedet kun på fransk). Der går sikkerhedsfolk rundt i området og der er port med kode indtil området. Netværk lidt ustabilt, men ok. Området og byen Arles er rigtig hyggeligt og Martigues er bestemt også et besøg værd.
