Mor (9/5): - מקום קסום עם הרגשה ביתית כפרית, מלא צמחייה וצמוד לשדה אורז רחב. ניקולה המארח היה מקסים ולבבי והיה שם תמיד לפתור כל בעייה. הבריכה נעימה ונקייה. קרוב מאוד לעיר העתיקה אך ברחוב שקט יותר מחוץ לאיזור הסואן. הדבר היחיד הוא שיש קצת בלאי של דברים ריהוט ישן. לא עובש או לכלוך אלא דברים שנשברים בקלות כמו המתלה של צינור המקלחת שנפל כל הזמן
Nicky (5/5): - We were under the impression it was an entire Villa with our own pool and shared living space It was seperate rooms spread across the property and a shared common area and pool who we had to share with other guests which was impossible as the other guests had taken over the shared areas The place is in a good location and Nick the ownerc friendly and helpful but it is not as advertised Best suited to back packer style accomodation not a family holidaying together unless you book out all rooms on the property Rooms were also have very dim lighting air con not working in two rooms and rooms in need of some maintenance Not as advertised Not as clean as we hoped
Tich (7/5): Pas mal - L'emplacement, le calme, la sympathie et la prévenance du gérant, le gérant parle français. Le homestay est joli. Odeur d'humidité permanente (due aux récentes inondations). Nous n’avons pas reussi à régler la climatisation. Le support de douche n’est pas bien fixé. Pas de rideaux occultant, il fait jour à 5h30. Les vélos sont inutilisables. Les petits déjeuners très légers, pas suffisants en quantité.

Huntemann (6/5): Es hat mir im allgemeinen gut gefallen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen, in der Hoffnung da - Die Lage hat meinen naturverbundenen Ansprüchen entsprochen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Es gab einen mit Getränken gefüllten kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Wasserstrahl in der Dusche lief nicht ausreichend, man konnte den Sand vom Strand nicht abduschen. Während meines 3tägigen Aufenthalts, gab es eine geräuschvolle Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft.

Catherine (9/5): Beautiful villas in a quiet but central area of Hoi An - For a group of friends, it was perfect accommodation. The villa rooms are beautiful and we loved being around the pool and communal areas. Hoi An town is about a 15 minute walk but it is lovely as you are close but have your own private, more quiet area. Nikola, the host, was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend this to anyone!

Se puede ir andando al centro. Nos dieron una habitación distinta a la que habíamos reservado debido a que algún otro inquilino había decidido alargar su estancia. Eso no nos gustó, dado que no tenía las características por las que habíamos reservado ese alojamiento. El dueño, Nicola, no fue de mucha ayuda en general, aunque fue amable.

Stassin (10/5): La terrazza - L'établissement est situé à environ 15 minutes du vieux centre ville de Hoi Han. C'est mieux car le centre est vraiment bruyant la nuit. Il donne sur un espace de verdure où 2 buffles broutent allègrement. C'est très paisible et très beau. L'accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux. Il est d'origine italienne et parle bien français et anglais.

Thảoo (3/5): - Vỡ mộng!!! Chỗ ở ko giống như mình nghĩ, ngay từ đầu booking để 1 biệt thự 3 phòng đến lúc nhận phòng thì mỗi phòng đi mỗi đường. Đồ dùng sinh hoạt ở bếp thì xin từng cái, mỗi lần muốn đc giúp đỡ thì ko đc hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Anh chị chủ kiểu sợ tụi mình phá hay xả ra đó hay gì á (kiểu ko happy lắm). Nói chung book phòng để tới ngủ rồi đi chỗ khác chơi thì đc chớ ở đó mà ăn nhậu thì ko vui đâu :))))))

perrine (8/5): Très bien! - Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Nicola et son épouse. L emplacement est parfait et le petit déjeuner proposé également. Nous avons testé deux chambres différentes, une très très bien, l’autre plus simple mais parfaite aussi! Prêt de vélos et laundry dispo!

Jill (10/5): Wonderful stay for a group of 7 for a week at Hou An - comfortable rooms and great value for money - Great place for a family gathering. Easy walk into the centre. Loved having free filtered water. The pool was very welcome at the end of a hot day. The host (Nicola) was so helpful. It was difficult to tell from booking.com how the rooms were arranged. We thought we had booked one villa with internal shared space. However they were separate rooms with an outside area to gather. It worked well for us as children are adults but with small children might not have worked to have them in separate rooms - however suggest you contact Nicola as he can explain.
Rafe (10/5): - We had a lovely stay, family owned and run, it was great to be away from the hustle and bustle and felt like a calming spot, where we could relax by the pool or in our room. The hosts are friendly and able to offer advice on activities. We were a family of four and shared a room together. The property has a rustic charm The property is located a short stroll or a quick Grab from down town Hoi An.

Judith (10/5): Exceptional - The location was fabulous, adjacent to fields with water buffalo but yet the old town was easily accessible. The decor both inside the room and the outside area was delightful. The whole place has a fabulous ambience which reflected the friendliness of the owner, Nicola, and resulted in being amongst other interesting, friendly travellers. I was also impressed by the attempts to be eco friendly - reducing plastic waste etc. I had made a last minute booking for just one night and immediately decided I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately there were no vacancies for the following night. My less than perfect score for cleanliness is just a result of some signs of moisture damage in the room I was in but it did not detract from my overall enjoyment.
James (7/5): Relaxed and good base to explore from. - Quite location with a nice pool and garden and free bicycles to ride and onsite water filtration to minimise plastic water bottles. And the room had a fan as well as a/c so you could get airflow without running a/c. A little bit cave like when it’s raining. Not really setup for private outdoor spaces. Other guests and staff can walk through the space at any time.

Samuel (10/5): I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An into a cozy lit - Myself and my friends stay at La Terrazza was one I’d only describe as perfect. We began with being greeted by a very tubby little dog known as the security system. We were shown to our spacious and luxurious rooms which were stylishly decorated. The bathrooms were very nice and beds like floating in heaven. Our hosts were incredibly polite and friendly and I felt as if I was at home during my two day stay. We were cooked a delicious meal each morning with fresh fruit and possibly the best black coffee in all of Vietnam! Nothing bad to report!

Good place for European tourists, independent travelers. Host was very friendly, communicative Would have liked coffee cups in the bedroom automatically but it’s my own fault for not asking too :) I’m sure host would have arranged it
Iván (10/5): Paradise on the Edge of the city center - We spent 3 nights at La Terrazza, it has reached all of our expectations, it was somehow better then expected. The owner was really kind, the place was very comfy and quiet. I can just recommend to stay here. The breakfest is amazing, and there are bikes to use to reach the city (it's not so far, but still a decent amount of walk). If we are going back to Hoi An, we would like to choose this place again.
Olivier (7/5): Good - location is great (15 minutes walk to city center in a quiet neighborhood with a few nice restaurants) bicycle available for free owner is very nice and gave us good advices cute dog and nice view from the common area laundry was done carefully and nicely folded Humidity in the room is very strong and seem very unhealthy a lot of mosquitoes and no mosquito net on the bed a lot of few details that overall could be improved : not enough toilet paper, one lamp not working, electricity plugs not working great, bottle of shower gel was empty, synthetic bed sheets, we couldn't get any hot water, breakfast time was too late (from 8 to 10 am in a country where you have to do everything early to escape the heat)
Louise (9/5): Superb - I have stayed at la Terrazza 3 or 4 times now because I just just love it. It is such a beautiful little hotel tucked down a quiet alley on the edge of Hoi an which overlooks beautiful rice paddies and yet you are still just a five minute cycle to all the craziness of the centre. Nico and Tam are really welcoming and friendly. The garden is stunning with lots of tropical plants and flowers. The rooms are all well decorated, comfy and clean. The one we stayed in this time was huge and it had its own private terrace too. There is also a water filter so you could get clean drinking water without wasting so much plastic which is rare in VN. While I was there they were in the middle of building a pool so there's going to be even more reason to return there soon! This time when we arrived they weren't quite ready for us and still making up the room, although Nico did give us a cold beer while we waited! Some of the lights in the room and outside weren't working so at night it was a little difficult to see.
Olivia (10/5): Peaceful and perfect location - The location of this property is perfect. Located in the heart of the rice fields but still only a short walk away from the town. The perfect mix of both. The property also has bikes you can use for free or motorbikes to rent from across the road. The rooms were spacious and clean. The rest of the property gives you lots of freedom to relax and use the kitchen area. We sat for hours just watching into the rice fields where buffalo and workers could be spotted. We were sad to leave but sure to return when we are back in Hoi an. Owners and staff were amazing and helpful to any questions or requests we had. Thank you again

We could have breakfast while watching buffalos in the fields in front of us, and relax in the common areas. Tiana (10/5): Feel like a local in at La Terrezza - Nicholas was one of the coolest hosts you could ever met. What a fabulous person. It’s a beautiful property off the beaten pathed. We like the kinda rustic vibe of the place. It’s a lovely place to spend some time. It was cool. Could maybe use some new paint and linens but it works for a lived in earthy feel.

The property overlooks the green countryside so one has a feeling of being in nature, although only a short walk from bustling downtown Hoi An. Our host Nicola made us feel very welcome, and was so charming and friendly, What's more, he prepared a delicious and varied breakfast for us every morning- his banana pancakes are divine! We also appreciate the eco friendly approach at la Terrazza, with refillable glass bottles of filtered drinking water provided.

Must be an awesome place in the sunny season. Not recommended during the rainy season, walls got wet and we had a hard time sleeping. Very dusty. Walls in the bathroom need to be scrubbed down.

Our host was very accommodating (we arrived at different times) and helped us throughout our stay. He even had advice for when my phone died! Great, friendly service. I'd bring some mosquito spray if you're sitting on the terrace and bear in mind that it's an open roof. We heard things running and flapping. It didn't bother us as the ceiling seemed secure.

From the moment we arrived, Nicola, the host, extended a warm welcome trying to get to know us! The location is situated amidst open fields, which left us in awe, what a break from the city's bustle and noise!! The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting both comfort and style.

Jay (8/5): Charming and peaceful - The location is on the out skirts of town which provides amazing peace and quiet and a view from the common area that really says 'Vietnam' with the open fields and water Buffalo grazing out front. Nicola lost the front of the common area in the last storm but has rebuilt a more robust version that keeps its rural charm.

Emily (8/5): Not Luxurious. Vert Cozy, Rustic, Beautiful, and Relaxing - Really great vibes, cozy and off the beaten path. Dogs were great and the place is beautiful. Owner is very friendly. I'd recommend to backpackers, very charming place. A bit more rustic than I wanted, but I definitely see the appeal. Cars were not able to make it down the road, so coming in and out with suitcases was difficult. Air conditioning was not cold enough. The bicycles were in poor condition.

La Terrazza is very quiet and calm place located only 15 minutes walk from the city centre. While staying here you can enjoy delicious breakfast, wonderful view from the terrace and Nicola's amazing stories. Hosts are really helpful with everything you may need. We highly recommended staying in this place ❤️

Aya (10/5): Marvelous! - We could see beautiful rice fields from the terrace. The owner Nicola was really helpful, and our children loved to play with their dogs. During our stay it was cold, so we felt the hot water in the showers was a little low, but in the summer it would not be a problem at all.

SEOUNG YOON (8/5): 기분좋고 로컬한 호텔을 찾는다면 여기 추천 ! - 에어컨이 시원하지 않고, TV가 없지만 호텔의 가족같은 분위기는 마음에 들고 사장님의 환대가 무척 기분좋았습니다. 식사도 물론 맛있었구요. 가까운 곳에 올드 타운이 있어서 놀기에도 좋았습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문할 예정이에요~ :)
