Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de una amiga y nos cambiaria sin costes adicionales a una habitación con vistas del lago, desde la cual se puede uno relajar. Además la habitación contaba con todo lo necesario, colchones comodisimos, mesa de escritorio amplia y un sillón para poder leer. Al despertarse con las vistas del lago parece que estés en el paraíso.

Der rest war in Ordnung keine Highlights Personal war nicht freundlich keine infos außer Zimmer im 2 OG und da is der Lift! Bei der Abreise war die Rezeption nicht besetzt dadurch habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten, viel Potential nach oben!!! Das schmälert das Erlebnis doch sehr und wirft den Focus auch mehr darauf was nicht passt.

Wände sind sehr durchlässig, die Betten und das Bettzeug könnten meiner Meinung nach bequemer sein (aber jeder Mensch liegt ja anders gut und bequem), habe leider nicht optimal geschlafen.

- Georg (8/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr gute Auswahl am Büffet. Der After Sales Service ist schlecht, bzw. nicht vorhanden. Ich habe bereits zweimal per email nach meiner Rechnung gefragt, aber da kommt einfach gar nichts. Für geschäftliche Zwecke gehe ich da sicher nicht mehr hin, da ich den Aufenthalt ja nicht mit meiner Firma verrechnen kann. Eigentlich sehr schade !
- Sarah (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen finde ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man halt in der Hauptsaison anreist. - Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und vor allem unser Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich groß, als man es von anderen Hotels kennt. Wir haben anscheinend die Nebensaison erwischt, somit wurde nur unser Schlüssel hinterlegt und hatten bis zum Frühstück am nächsten Tag keinen vom Personal des Hotels gesehen, was relativ ungewöhnlich ist. Zumindest die Rezeption hätte besetzt sein sollen, für Notfälle oder Anliegen, egal wie ausgelastet das Hotel ist. Man war anscheinend auch nicht ganz drauf vorbereitet, dass man bereits um 07.30 Uhr frühstücken möchte…

- Michaela (10/5): Pokoj jsem vybrala na základě sauny. Ta byla sice infra, ale i tak prohřála,sauna byla na úkor výhledu z okna , který by - Nemam co vytknout, vše bylo ok. Výborné snídaně, blízká dostupnost možnosti venčení psa. Soukromí. Sauna ( infra) v koupelně .

- Wohlstandsbildung durch Innovation (2/5): Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht !!! - Alt - abgewohnt - durchgelegene Matratze, Preis Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht! Frühstück: wenig Auswahl, alte Wurst, Semmeln/Brot vom Vortag. Inhaberin unhöflich und arrogant. Bei anderem Gast war sie schnell genervt und dreist, als dieser eine einfache Frage stellte.
