Hôtel location is great if you are attending events or meetings in the area of World Trade Center. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to different locations in the city.

• Dirk (10/5): Welcoming Stay in the Center of Dubai - Very friendly welcome and casual vibe at an affordable price, great for a short stay. Rooms are fairly standard, and hard to "walk" anywhere (OK that's Dubai). Nice on-site restaurant. TV channels weak (no CNN or BBC) and the TV should be internet linked. Wifi OK if not super-fast. Room spotless. Frontin on the highway but windows sound-proofed.
• Sony (4/5): Never again Rove!! - Very disappointing behavior by the lady staff on duty while checkin. Instead of suggesting a workable option, was told directly “you cannot checkin. Ask for a refund from the agency”. And the advice, “next time book directly with us to avoid this kind of confusion”. Finally she understood her argument had no stance and had to let us checkin but the verbal version was “ looking at your family I felt sorry and letting you checkin”. I told this direct and I wish to repeat, I don’t wish to negotiate showing my family, just respect the booking I made. Never again Rove.

• David (10/5): Unbeatable. I'll be back - My stay at the Rover Trade Centre was splendid. What a place! It has a load of character compared to your average hotel and although the Rove is rated three day, in reality it's easily a 4-4.5. The staff are exceptional, the place is spotless, there's a pool, games room, restaurant with super food throughout the day, and it's a gorgeous laid-back refuge from the usual madness of Dubai.

Modern construction, clean and with good amenities, a very customer-oriented staff and to top it off, a wonderful restauarant on their premises made it very convenient. The staff was responsive to requests even at odd hours, and always courteous. Their breakfast buffet was fabulous, and ensured we could start our day with a heavy healthy meal. Reasonably close to important locations in Dubai - definitely would stay here again on a future visit to Dubai!

The location was excellent very convenient and close to the metro station. You have options to go by taxi and if you want to explore Dubai have a trip through metro. Really enjoyed it.

• VINOD (10/5): Business travel - Rove trade centre has very quickly become my favourite place to stay while in Dubai. The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and responsible. The only thing lacking is food options for vegetarians. It is ideally located close to the business district with metro access.

The hotel itself is beautiful, design wise it is interesting and modern with a quirky twist. The play area is awesome, ping pong, mini golf and other games to play. Over all I give 11/10.
