• Johannes (1/5): Unacceptable - Location. No coffee. Rooms very dirty, trash over flowing, no coffee. No hot water for tea, poor breakfast. Very loud a/c mirror light not working. Filling spout in bath tub bent. Roasted mirror on closet. Smelly.

• Thessalonia (6/5): Pleasant stay but overpriced in my opinion at $160 a night - Night clerk was very welcoming and professional, room was clean minus some streaks on the mirror, and check -in was quick The mattress was firm and I prefer a softer mattress. The breakfast attendant was friendly but the biscuits were a little burnt.

When I asked about coffee in the breakfast area since it was empty, they told me they only make one pot a day. I thought maybe it was just a bad morning. I tried again the next day and was told the same thing.

Third room: thrash still in bathroom, grease all over microwave plate, curtains had rust stains spots, ice cream from previous occupant in fridge and ear plugs, coins and leaves on the floor around chair with ottoman. No decaffeinated coffee.

• Katherine (2/5): Not only am I not staying here again, I am not going to try any Best Western again. - It was not clean. They had not changed the sheets and pillowcases, which had obviously been slept on. They hung dirty towels on the rack and smoothed them out and apparently thought I wouldn't notice. After noticing this, I did not trust the breakfast--was the kitchen hygiene going to be any better? Numerous repairs to the room were needed--curtains broke our of the rack when I tried to close them, etc.

We had to stand in line and then the black coffee wasn’t available. The staff was rude when we arrived. He was a black male. He informed us that although we had been standing in a line that people seated where next. The staff after that was a black female. She didn’t even have common manners much less professional. The staff seemed to have an attitude. Our room was not ready at 3.30 and we had to sit in the lobby. The lock on our suite door would not lock. There was spider webs across the tv. The shower curtain was stained and so was the tub. Dirt had collected along the baseboards. This hotel was recommend to us because it’s new. It didn’t look new.

• April (8/5): Friendly staff and Newer hotel. - good location, clean, and newer facility. staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Hotel couldn't help this part - little league ballclubs at the hotel. This is my second visit to this hotel both times with ballclubs staying here too. Kids running in parking lots in front of cars. Running in halls and screaming, Above us kids jumping off beds and running in the room until midnight. Parents - remember to remind your children about manners and safety in parking lots. Other people have been driving all day and we want to sleep too. Room needs a new tv (vertical lines). A non-slip mat in tub would be nice.

Never got clean towels on the second day. when i asked for more towels they had no big towels, and we had to use floor towels. The phone didn't work to call the front desk. • Kristin (2/5): Miserable. Uncomfortable. Was debating checking out and losing the $114 charge. - There was a brand new mattress. I lifted the sheets to check for bed bugs. Noticed at least the mattress was new. Everything. I got there and they were already having issues with the family checking in before me. Room issues. The room issues carried over to me. They gave me a room. I went to said room and there was a couple already checked into that room!!!! They gave me another room. You could tell that this hotel is run down. Musty rooms. Rust on door frames. And the dead bolt to my room did not work. Manager came to check it. Had to forcefully press his body up against it to lock it. And then just left it to be dealt with after my check out. :( Very disappointed. Will NOT ever stay there again!

He never came, girl at front desk had to come with plugger and got flowing. We will never come back to this location nor any other Best Western Plus hotel!!!
